This place is below 1 star. I needed a U haul and my experience with them was bad with a capital b. The day I went to pick up the truck a women was in there, discussing her medical problems out loud. So much that I couldn't get a word in edgewise, to the guy at the desk. Then he's the only person out of 3 that knows the procedure for renting the one yes one truck they have. I had to go back because they failed to fully charge me in one go round therefore U Haul sent me another invoice informing me I owed an additional amount, ok fine, so the old guy he yells to me that I have to come back when the guy comes back. I didn't have time because I was on a lunch break. I was a bit frustrated because the same lady from before was in the sniffling and being the center of attention for who knows what reason.Customer Service =0Time =0Efficiency=0Here's my second bill to prove my finding.

They gave me a great quote and time frame for pickup. The tow was smooth and the driver was very knowledgeable and professional. Definitely recommend their service.

I ve used them for years. Great work and very fair prices. I highly recommend them. Call first before you go in. They are busy but always makes appointments. Ask for Doug.

The owner is a really down to earth guy. He worked with me through a tough time and handled business quickly and thoroughly. He always answers his phone and responds quick! I'll be coming back if I ever need another car repair

Well,it has been years,since I visited.late 90s.i live in tampa,FL now(20 years)wanting to say,Jeff helped son many times.I am AlexUsed to drive 1st a camraro t-top,later a black che y blazer.I remember carleen.think that is her name(she would answer phone,appointments, etc.if u r reading this,I have never forgotten you!!.always in my heart.

I do not know where all of these 5 stars are coming from but it is not accurate! Came here and immediately was informed we cannot get to your car until the end of the week and you cannot leave your car here. This place used to have good service and I could leave my car and knew it was in good care, he would work with me, etc. So disappointing and highly do not recommend because it is not what it used to be!!!!!!
