I ve been coming here for a few years now and I m never disappointed when I leave. Rob is extremely knowledgeable and takes great pride in his work and the results show. From oil changes, to replacing my alternator, and brake work, I always know my car is in safe hands when I bring it here.I recently had my clutch and flywheel replaced on my manual transmission and Rob had it done in 2 days when most places would keep your car for a week for work like that. Now it drives like the day I first bought it, if not better! Every time I take it in, Rob is very thorough with updates on repair time, what needs to be done along with pictures of the work being done. Great customer service and very fair honest prices, I won t go anywhere else now.

Rob, the owner and mechanic at this location, is absolutely incredible and knowledgable about all auto repairs. He does a quality job, and will explain the issues in detail while communicating during each stage of the repairs via text/phone. Best mechanic I've ever dealt with! Highly recommend, and I will definitely be going back for any future issues that may arise!

Rob at Hi-Tech Auto is rare gift to people like me who don't know enough to challenge a high price tag at a dealer. I needed a major repair, to the point where I was considering trading my car in. The repair quote from the dealer was huge, and Rob's quote was half of that. Long story short: He saved me thousands and probably doubled the lifespan of my car.The gift is he's an expert who's seen everything, but he cares about people, and he's taught me a lot in just a few conversations. He provided frequent updates with photos of critical steps, was extremely cost-conscious, and he's able to cover a lot of ground in a short amount of time. He takes the time to educate as well, at least for people who are interested. I'll never stop going back.Sidenote: He's worked on my car outside of business hours and on his days off, knowing I have two young kids to drive around, just so he can get it back to me sooner. You don't find customer service like this anywhere for anything these days. I know he's discounting his labor too. Major THANK YOU to Rob and HI-Tech Auto. Wherever you typically go for check ups and repairs, I recommend you switch it up and go to HI-Tech for the sake of your wallet and the life of your car.

I highly recommend Hi-Tech auto! Rob did a great job on my brakes. He thoroughly explained everything and sent photos, which I definitely appreciated. At first impression, Rob is a genuine and sincere individual who truly wants to fix your car. When I first called, I was upfront about being new to the area and that I needed a loyal and reliable mechanic, and Rob began to tell me about his experience and history with automotive repair and diagnostics. He admitted that he runs the shop on his own, which let me know that he only trusts himself to perform good quality work - a concept I can wholly relate to. Throughout the process of my repairs, Rob frequently updated me with text messages and photos and walked me through each step. He gave me honest feedback about any car issues and always asked before making a repair or ordering parts. As I picked up my vehicle, Rob informed me of any pending concerns, including items that should be addressed in the near future but are currently fine. Rob gave detailed information about all his work, and I will definitely be returning to his very clean and tidy shop.And turns out I returned to Rob for other repair/maintenance. I recently had my car repaired at High-Tech Auto Repair and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and excellent customer service. Rob was knowledgeable and explained the repair process in a way that was easy for me to understand. The repair itself was completed in a timely manner and my car was back on the road in no time. I appreciated the attention to detail and the care that was taken to ensure my car was running smoothly. The pricing was also very fair and transparent, which is something I value in any service provider. Rob is very knowledgeable and very trustworthy. He is one of those rare mechanics that is definitely concerned with getting your car fixed. He absolutely does go out of his way to fix any issues and will tell you whether something is needed or not. He gets back to you immediately when you call and even follows up afterwards. I started taking my cars to Hi-Tech Auto about a year ago after a co-worker's recommendation. Rob the owner is very personable and trustworthy. He stays in contact during the service process and clearly explains everything that is being done. He is truly concerned with making sure your car is running right. During my last visit he went above and beyond and followed up with me as well. I now recommend Hi-Tech Auto for car services.

Rob is an excellent mechanic and I will definitely return to Hi-Tech! I had some basic maintenance done elsewhere, and when I picked my car up I felt immediately something wasn't right. I repeatedly brought the car back to the original shop and they repeatedly told me nothing was wrong. I knew I needed a mechanic I could trust and I'm so glad I found Rob! He actually LISTENED to me explain the problem, asked relevant questions, and took the time to thoroughly investigate. Sure enough he found and fixed the problem, keeping me informed on his progress the entire time. Rob is a mechanic like no other. He is an excellent diagnostician and identifies the source of your issue accurately. He is also an excellent mechanic. I have used his services many times, as has my family. Never have we had an issue with him or is work. These words come to mind while writing this. I have not had the luckiest summer in terms of things running smoothly with my car. However, such issues have lead me to discovering this place, and for that I am extremely grateful! I have had the pleasure of coming to Hi-Tech Auto Repair on two separate occasions for two different vehicles. On both occasions, the owner, Rob, was able to get me in immediately and quickly resolve my issues. I really appreciated how Rob would intently listen to what I perceived to be the issue both on the phone and again when I arrived to the shop. He did a great job of explaining what he perceived the issue to be and letting me know his plan(s) to resolve it. I am admittedly not very car-savvy, so I was grateful that he broke down what was going on with my vehicle(s) in terms that I could easily understand while not trying to push any extra/unnecessary services or sales on me in the mean time. It is clear that Rob is very professional and experienced in his field. He is so meticulous and thorough when examining vehicles, and I had full confidence after leaving that my car was in the best shape it could possibly be in after being serviced by him. He is extremely friendly, personally greets you as you arrive, and is very open about price points, time that a service will take, his availability, etc. He clearly cares about his customers and was a pleasure to talk to even about non-car related topics. I cannot recommend this shop or Rob strongly enough! I am so thankful to now have a reliable mechanic right around the corner that I know I can go to with any of my car troubles or needs.

High Tech Auto absolutely embodies everything that a customer can hope for in a TRUE mechanic. The owner and head mechanic, Rob, does nothing without customer consent, is extremely thorough, and shows his knowledge through conversation as well as performance. The word passion is, in my opinion, thrown around all too frequently but he is 100% passionate about doing the job right. I can t recommend his services enough! He fixed my car, my wife s car, and I am confident that he can tackle any and all challenges that are thrown his way. Rob the owner of Hi Tech Automotive in Lindenwold did an excellent job with my car. He explained all issues and what was a priority and what could wait. Rob cares about his customers and does great work. Also the convenience of being across from the Lindenwold Patco station made my life so much easier! Made an appt with Rob, dropped my car before I hopped on the train and it was ready when I returned from work. If you need any service work on your vehicle check Hi Tech Automotive and speak with Rob before you go anywhere else.

Rob really came through with such short notice. I had an emergency and left his shop a message after hours. I was immediately contacted and a plan of action was put in place. He diagnosed and fixed the problem the very next day and even took the time to explain more about other issues he found with my vehicle when I arrived to pick it up, including my check engine light. He offered for me to bring it back to diagnose at no additional cost. I greatly appreciate his thoroughness and honesty, which is critical for me as it can be somewhat rare to find in a mechanic. Rob was very prompt to fix my Toyota's alternator issues. He explained the diagnosis and repair process thoroughly. The price was very reasonable, and no charge to diagnose the problem. I came back to Hi-tech, this time for breaks and rotors. knowing I will get the best of the best service and sure enough Rob met my expectations once again! Rob is such a nice and personal guy, he walks me through everything that was done and answered all of my questions. He also did a free Diagnostic check on another issue I have with my car. Rob had replaced my brakes and rotors for my hardworking honda fit. He's very courteous and honest. He allows and promotes you to be a part of the decision making to every step of the process. He had sent me pictures of the brakes and rotors before to explain the reason for replacement and also what it looks like after he replaced it. It made me think about other mechanic's job that have worked on my car. I'm definitely glad I brought my car to Hi Tech Auto

After growing tired of the chain oil change shops, my search lead me to Hi-Tech Auto Repair in Stratford. I called for an oil change and received same day service. Upon arrival I was personally greeted. The owner Rob was very kind, thorough, and had an impeccably clean shop. I told him exactly what I wanted and he did just that. The whole process took less than an hour. The price quote I received over the phone was right on with no hidden "fluff". He didn't push sales of any kind. He did make me aware that I was ready for new tires. He showed me his findings and recommended some options. He clearly cares about the customers safety. I will gladly be returning in 5000 miles!

Rob is great. Moved from city and got a car about 2 years ago so I needed a mechanic. After having issues finding one I trust, I tried high tech since it was right near Patco. Very happy I did. Rob clearly communicates issues and charges fair pricing. No one else is getting under the hood of my car. Very relieving to find a trusted mechanic.

Wow. It is such a pleasure to write this review. Rob first of all is such a down to earth guy. I actually stopped there on day because of a bad tire. I wanted to buy a new tire. He took the time to check. He didn't have it however He took the time to give me suggestions. Fast foward 5 months later. My car started misfiring. I couldn't make it home. Thank God I was up the street from his shop. He actually told me what was wrong. However he wanted to make sure. The next day after diagnosis ,he was right. He fixed it with original parts. Being new to NJ I would and will highly recommend this shop. Great Job Rob. By the way He even text me the next day to see how my car was. Robbie is an amazing mechanic! He cares so deeply about his job and the work that he puts out. He takes the time to actually show you what is wrong with your car, not like most places who will try to take advantage of you by telling you that things are broken when they re not. I will be going back to Hi-Tech Auto for a long time. Super pleased with the work and my car feels brand new again!!!!! Thank you so much!

I have been having issues with fumes that either smell like exhaust or gas. I had taken my car into to another shop (old mechanic) for an oil pan replacement, so while there I had asked to have them check out the smell. They either didn't hear me or ignored my request because nothing was ever said/done & I assumed they took care of it (my bad). Needless to say I have been driving around for months dealing with this smell & it has just gotten worse. I brought my car (2001 Honda Civic) into Rob who has done everything to go above & beyond trying to find the source of the smell, hoping it was a simpler fix & trying to keep it more cost effective for me. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case when you have a cracked fuel modular/pump. Rob kept me in the loop every step of the way, texting with pictures of diagrams, bad parts & new parts. I couldn't have been happier with the service or result. I am glad I decided give him a shot - I will be back.
