I purchased a 2016 Chrysler 200 in June 2023 from Dena s Auto. My salesman put my electronic signature on paperwork I never saw or present to sign for, said I traded in a BMW and got $500, and sold me a salvage car without my knowledge on a bank loan with Western Financial. I put $3500 down in total to pay for the taxes and registration up front, I was told it s what the bank was requesting. They told my father to just say yes to any questions the bank asks and the purchase was completed. I had further issues after purchasing the car. First, I was told I needed to get the car inspected in PA since purchased in Jersey before the state would allow me to get my plates. I got the car inspected but could only get the emission test done not safety since my car didn t have registration and to come back when the paperwork was completed with the dealer. The dealership told me I needed a salvage inspection report done now and that was the last step, this was when I found out my car was a salvage title. The mechanic said the inspection is $750 and that the taxes needed to be paid in PA so it would be $2500 total. I told them I paid that already and the owner of the dealership met at the mechanics with me with a check to cover the cost to get my car street legal. I had to leave my car over the weekend as my mechanic was waiting for the check to clear, it never did. Turned out the dealership owner gave my mechanic a fake check and they said they no longer want to help me with my car. I go to the dealership and one of the workers said that my file was a disaster and the best way to fix it would be to get me in a new car and that the man who did my paperwork no longer worked there. The loan was canceled and I got a 2016 Grand Cherokee on a new loan clean title in November 2023, all the payments from the other car went towards a down payment and taxes/registration for the new one. We are now in March and I still don t have my plates or registration and my apartment is threatening to tow my car for the second time since my expired temp tags as of 3/5/24. I have been told I d have my plates in a week since January. I have been calling for 2 days with no answer, text my salesman with no answer, so when I had a tow sticker on my car today(3/7/24) I drove an hour to the dealership and saw an empty lot and building. I was able to reach out to the tag person who worked there and I m being told the dealership closed and a tag place should call on Monday to get my plates however I ve been told this for months. I was never notified about the closure of the company. What do I even do now because come Saturday I can t even park my car where I live.

Mr.Marcus is awesome! He helped me get into are SUV that I did not believe I could get approved for. Not only did he get me approved but he even fought to get me a better rate to keep me underneath $300 a month thank you Marcus and God bless you. However since my approval and delivery of the car. I have nothing but problems with my car oil leaks, transmission needs serviced an the owner Ray or Dhamir won't fix it..It's a shame cause the employees can't do anything about because of the owners greed.

They are big scammers. Traded my car in back in November, took them 2 months just to get my tags. To this day they have not paid off my old car from the bank and they sold my old car to someone but they don t have title. so now I am stuck with 2 car payments. Can never get an honest answer from the finance dept. Just so everyone knows they are looking for new location again and they have several lawsuits against them for the way they are doing Bussiness. Don t buy anything from them!! Now I have to spend more money and file a law suit to make them pay off my old loan

*New Owners (at least the new employees) are TERRIBLE so if you see a good review its bc of the old owners! STAY AWAY FROM TIA AND EDDIE* If I could give negative stars I would! This place is a complete disaster and should not be in business. They have a finance manager who is never there to follow-up or follow through with customers and a sales person who has no clue about car sales. Everyone is on a different page which made it impossible to get a vehicle without issues. I do not recommend this place to ANYONE. THEY WANT A NONREFUNDABLE deposit so they can take it because they have paperwork issues which then will allow them to keep your money and end up without a car. I had to call tge police and file a report. BBB contacted BUYERS BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

I would stay clear from this dealership. They falsified condition of the vehicle and would not let me take it to my mechanic before to get it looked at. When I suggested the vehicle get assessed they took it to some shady repair place down street that said everything looked great. When I had my mechanic look at it there were tons of electrical issues that they said they would assist with and didn t rectify. My sales person was let go weeks after my vehicle was sold and both parties pointed the finger. They also ducked all of my calls. They also ran my credit and salesperson told me my payments would be in $200 range and lied about interest rate. Worst experience I ever had buying a car. Thousands of dollars in repairs months after purchasing the car.

The Dena's Auto team helped me get my first car, I am very happy, Eddie was very kind and guided me through the entire process, the car I bought is in excellent condition, I was afraid because of the review comments here on Google But it was the opposite. I recommend this dealer.

But the transmission is shot, and they don't care to be helpful. They sold me a lemon and promised to rectify the situation. I have never experienced anything like this ever before in purchasing a vehicle. They saw me coming. The vehicle broke down 2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle. A bunch of crooks! I highly suggest no one's purchasing a vehicle from that establishment.

Crooks, sell you vehicles with multiple problems, will lie at all cost to make a sale. It s pathetic to take advantage of working class ppl during this period in time. You must have some very angry people with you. I left my review and my review seems to be accurate about the type of establishment that this is. Bad business gets bad business. That sounds like a you problem. When disgruntled employees have problems, they usually take legal actions. And exposure is one of them.

I have never dealt with such a rude and incompetent auto dealer in my life. I had been talking to a Marcus for a bout a week that told me I was preapproved and qualified for several vehicles on the lot. I told him I would have to bring a bus as the engine in my car had blown up and it would take me several hours to get there, so I wanted to make sure that I was preapproved and guaranteed a vehicle before I spent my money coming out. He assured me that I was guaranteed several vehicle choices. I had spoken to him before I even left in the morning and he told me he would be there to talk to me and meet me. When I arrived, I only saw one person that didn t even acknowledge my attendance. I went to him and told him I was looking for Marcus. He told me he had called out sick for the day. I told him I had talk to him and he was on his way in and his reply was he decided to take the day off he didn t feel well. He said a gentleman named Paul would help me. Come to find out the gentleman that I was talking to had actually been the owner of Dino s auto sales. He was rushed and sloppy jeans and a plain old regular polo shirt. Paul had come out, introduced to self. and was also in jeans and a T-shirt. While he was a nice gentleman, he did not know much about the vehicles on the lot. He began by showing me a jeep Cherokee that had many rust spots on it, and told me that was the vehicle that I had qualified, for I explained to him that I had talked to Marcus, and he assured me I qualified for several of them. With that in mind, he began showing me several others and said oh, it s probably these. When I found a vehicle that I absolutely love, he went inside to talk to the owner, and the owner was not willing to budge in any way, shape or form. I sent pull in several times to talk with him he would not come out and talk to me face-to-face. Finally, I decided to go to him. In one sentence, he would say one thing in another he would say another thing. First he told me the vehicle was X amount the next conversation it was actually on and the next conversation it was Exemouth he couldn t seem to make up his mind with the amount of the vehicle was, and could not agree on a set amount of the vehicle, nor agree to a set amount of a down payment one minute it was a certain amount down, and in the next sentence it was another amount down. He could not keep a straight story whatsoever. When I went looking for Paul to have a group meeting, I saw the other sales person their name Sarah she was dressed in tight, formfitting denim jeans and a pink fuchsia belly shirt. I do not know what kind of business they are operating there, but as you can tell from the things that I am saying it is not professional at all. While I was trying to discuss things with him, he said I can see we are not going to work at a deal. I got up from his chair and walked away from me. Very poor service very poor businessman, and very poor way of doing business. Do not waste your time going to this auto dealer I do not think you will be talking to a courteous salesman!

My boyfriend and myself had a great experience with the guy's here. Jay, Brian, Ray all phenomenal salesmen. Very professional, laid back and didn't rush us at all. They genuinely care about their customers and make you want to come back. Ultimately a great experience!

I ve worked here before and honestly left cause I could not deal with the shady business antics. I ve seen cars roll out to families that were not equipped with seat belts. Every car is salvaged or rebuilt. How these people sleep is absolutely beyond me. If you care about your financially security do not buy a car here. It will break the moment you leave and you ll learn that they paid your first payment the moment you leave, leaving you stuck in a pinch.

Shop at Dean's auto if you want to get scammed into a car with no air bags. Every car is unsafe. When mentioned they simply say "do you have a warranty" knowing very well the condition of the cars were not sound to begin with.

I bought a Mercedes C55 AMG back in October 12, 2018. Normally I would advise to stay away from buying used exotic sports cars.. but this one was amazing. They know what they're doing there. The process is straightforward, and I've only had to work on regular maintenance with this car. No actual issues, it just hums, drives, revs, sounds nice, and it's fast. Credit Acceptance bumped my credit up quite a bit. Definitely would go back here to buy a car. I wanted to wait a bit before posting a review here, but now having had the car for almost 6 months, I can confidently say this isa good place to buy a car. How they got their hands on a Mercedes C55 AMG is hard to believe... but I love the car.

This dealership is terrible and they will scam you. Each car has problems and they will hide what is wrong the car until you are stuck in a loan with the bank. Worst experience in my life. I highly do not recommend this dealership if you are looking for a good running car. No car will ever be perfect but all there cars are far from just simple. You will be stuck paying over $1000 and more on fixing the problems that come with the car.

Just grabbed a car from denas auto, the sales men Jay and Bryan helped find out how quick and easy it is to buy a car at denas. Went in there with my 540 credit score and 850 down and left in a 2018 accord. They really work miracles.

It was a nice and easy transaction. The salesperson was very pleasant, but BEWARE of the cars that you buy here. Before making a decision please don't be hasty and make the same bad decision I did... BRING A MECHANIC. As soon as I drove my 04 Monte Carlo off that lot it has had nothing but problems from DAY 1. I didn't expect a perfect car because of the age, and I knew that it might have problems, but paying $1000+ in repair expense every month and a half is a bit much! After 11 months of ownership, not even a year, I have decided to throw in the towel. I'm purchasing a new vehicle now from a reputable dealership and auto group. My 04 Monte Carlo was ultimately a money pit and most likely a lemon. Be weary of what you look at on this buy here pay here lot and bring a mechanic!

Check the CarFax and ask questions!!! I inquired about a car and it had a salvage title that they tried to hide! I found the same car with half the mileage, 4 years newer and with a clean title for 3 grand less. Their prices and interest rates are ridiculous
