Excellent service! One of the few honest used car dealers I've met in my life. Fair pricing of vehicles, service, and repairs and quality mechanics on hand to do the work. More than satisfied with my experience buying a vehicle and returning for maintenance and repairs. Highly recommended!

Respect the transparency of this business owner, who has been in the Auto maintenance for over 50 years. Very reputable and honest. Wish other businesses followed his professional experience. VERY NICE GENTLEMAN...BOB KOCH !

contrary to opinions i have had a very bad experience. rear tailgate handle was acting up, left all day since it was convenient and closer than a dealer. come back and owner Bob walk me through the repair. so it was oiled and apparently if you hold it or tilt it in a certain way it opens, and that was $40. as if he had no shame, also bragged about showing off the truck to his wife. welcome to sussex or just bad business? point being if you get screwed for something this small, imagine the big jobs! part was $28 at autozone, 10 minute job to swap out. lesson learned! (keep the 40 and choke on it, would not do business again)
