The honesty and character of this garage is astounding. They say what they mean and get it done with precision and at very good affordable prices too. We won't go anywhere else for having our transportation kept in working order. Especially when they had coupons available because that's what brought us in. It's getting more corrupt in the world as the years go on to find a garage of mechanics so accountable such as this place. The best! Thank you!

I went to 2 other mechanics and got 2 completely different diagnoses both with outrageous estimates. Louis garage listened to my dilemma, got me in quickly and repaired my civic without trying to pull the wool over my eyes. They were honest and made sure safety issues were addressed. The price was much lower than other estimates and I look forward to using them for all my car repairs in the future. This shop is honest!!!!

I have a 2015 BMW X5 and I am new to the area I looked around for a few places called a few places and got a few different quotes. Keep in mind I usually go to the dealer but life prevents a 40 min ride. I came across Louis garage and spoke to Mike.... VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE RESPECTFUL POLITE PATIENT HONEST AND most importantly to me welcoming! Price was very reasonable and i didn't make my scheduled appointment and came the day before thanksgiving and my car was done CORRECTLY the same day! The service was amazing and I am big on that! They have gotten themselves a new faithful customer!!!! Thanks so much guys! I highly recommend

I was in need of a mechanic and started searching for someone near by. I read their reviews and heard nothing but great things about Louie s Garage. My car needed a lot of repairs. They took me in with no problem. Mike explained everything that was wrong with my car and prices are extremely reasonable. Everyone is super friendly and I highly recommend them. I will definitely be taking my car to them moving forward.

Great, very personable mechanics/workers. They explain everything about your car s issues, if any, and let you know when things will need to be done upcoming. Mike took my info and then actually messaged me to let me know I could save a few bucks. Not many places do that anymore, many garages try to soak you out of more money. Not at Louis Garage!!! Five for sure!!

I had a scare with my Subaru forester late at night and they saw me the next morning. Very good team there, the tech explained to me everything that was wrong with my car in great detail as well as informed me what was most important to fix right away. They even charged me less than it was initially supposed to be :))

This is a fine and professional repair shop. They're flexible and provide good communications and service. They were familiar with my car's problem and knew the fix that other mechanics had missed.

Louis Garage provides quality service at an affordable rate. There is no dealership overhead and no franchise shop inexperienced to deal with. Great service, good team, honest and respectful.

Look no further. Best shop I ever used. Been going here for over 15 years. These guys are just down to earth, honest, and hard-working folks. They never try to sell you anything extra. Gosh had new 20$ bills that stuck together when I paid my bill. Chris called me to return it. Who does that these days? LOL

Our car started making a horrible noise and we needed it fixed quickly. We were having trouble finding a mechanic who could fit us in. Louis Garage was busy but said they d try to get to it. They worked quickly, did a great job, were great to work with, and all for a reasonable price. We will definitely be using them again.

Such a great shop. Really. People are down to earth, straight up and honest. They don't try to oversell you. And prices have always been fair. And their quality of work is awesome. They actually care!

This place cant do anything right camein for a oil change and coolant flush coolant was way below level and never put a washer on the oil pan drain bolt and was leaking oil

Honest service center. Went for my 3:30 appointment that was on time. Didn't try to tell me they found other things wrong. Thats why i continue to use them.

Very truthful only does the work that is required. Just had a break inspection at no charge. Where other places would have said that the brakes needed to be done just because I came in and had to have an inspection done he looked at the brakes said I have another at least three to four months depending on how I drive . Would definitely recommend him, and we'll be going back to him when it's time to get the brakes done.

Excellent service. I brought my vehicle in for oil and filter change, and to check the brakes and coolant system. A panel fell down under the front end of my '21 Prius. It was dragging and I could only drive 20 mph. I called and Mike got me in that day to make the car drivable. Then a few days later the part came in and I waited 10 mins for the install.You can beat that service! Thanks guys!

I was having trouble starting my car when I finally got it started I didn't want to take the chance of getting stranded somewhere so I brought my car to Louis Garage which was nearby. It was after business hours so I left the car there and put the keys and a note in the drop box. I was worried about leaving it there without an appointment but first thing the next morning my mind was put to ease when Chris called me to follow up. Turns out it was the starter. My battery was checked and cleaned first to make sure that wasn't the problem. The repair was completed within a reasonable time frame especially since I just showed up. I would definitely recommend Louis garage to a friend!Service: Auto battery maintenance

Replaced 2 rear tires. Chris was very friendly & had the two tires for us same day from when we ordered them. Chris was very prompt, professional & Cost effective for our needs. Will be using Lou s Garage again real soon. A huge thank you Chris!!!

Had my battery replaced- I was in and out within maybe 15 min. Which is nice- I used to live an hour away and I always went to my Ford Dealer. Had I still been in my old town, I would ve been sitting at Ford for at least an hour waiting for my battery change and probably would ve paid double the price lol. They also were able to get me in the same week I called- Ford would ve booked me 2-3 weeks out.The admin/receptionist was very friendly and it was nice that I didn t have to remind them to just leave my old battery somewhere inside my vehicle- they remembered!Prices are good too- I was given a price over the phone and that was the price I paid when I was checking out.Unless I needed a hole patched in a tire, I ve only ever gone to my Ford dealer, so I was a bit nervous using a new shop. But, I m happy with the service and I ll continue to go back for maintenance/other services needed for my vehicle.Service: Battery

Chris and his crew did an excellent job fixing my vehicle. I recommended them to my neighbor who set up two appointments for himself and his wife. And I'm going back to get my girlfriends car fixed. Excellent work at a fair price.
