Nice people, but they never got back to us to quote or even to decline the work. Common problem with contractors and car repair shops, nonetheless disappointing.Of the 3 shops I tried to hire, only 1 got back to me.

The guys did an awesome job. Wife hit a deer did allot of damage. Their work on the repair looks so good almost want them to paint the rest of the car. Will use them again and highly recommend. Also got the job done quickly.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

We just had to go get all the stuff out of my son's car after it was totaled. The staff was the nicest I have ever encountered at any auto body, mechanic, towing or even auto dealership! Thank you so much for your caring & compassion in a very tough situation for us.

Car was impounded by police for expired registration, after I left it parked due to a dead battery. H & K allowed me to send my wife with a new battery, and payment for tow, but didn't charge to put battery in. Very reasonable and accommodatingService: BatteryService: Battery

Dealt with Louie, he was very nice, took me at last minute, was reasonable and fixed my car as fast as he could. The whole staff was very nice. I wouldn't go anywhere else again. Very trustworthy.

My car was towed here for a hit and run. Staff here were very nice let me clean out my car no questions asked. Thank you h&k for making a nightmare alittle easier to deal with.

Awful place. I've had 2 appointments here now. Each one I've had to make a month plus in advance and each one has been cancelled by them now a day before. The best part is I'll have to wait another month now to schedule an appointment. I will not be making a third appointment.

my girlfriend got in an accident and her car was towed to H&K. Spoke on the phone with them several times, they even went out of their way to drop something at my house for me that I forgot. super friendly and pleasant

Terrible service. Called at lunch time and was told the mechanic was out, and would call back in about an hour. Three hours later without a call, I called again. A very rude woman told me I must have called the Phillipsburg office before. I told her I dialed the exact same number, and she told me I was wrong and hung up on me. Both times I dialed the number listed on their website. Never got a call back from the mechanic.

We never had a vehicle in my shop owned by any one named Adam Kleintop. Also the number and info on google was incorrect. The person Adam Kleintop's vehicle was at a shop named H&K and Sons in Phillipsburg, NJ that has no affiliation to us.

Horrible service!!! Not informative at all. I was told they need my title (unusual to me) and payment to receive my plates from my vehicle. Rip off!!!! I was taken advantage of and charged over 1,700 for towing and most likely they made more money from my totally lost vehicle.
