Joel & his team did an amazing job! We were in desperate need of a viral cleaning due to a sunroof leakage that had been going on in our Altima. We did not know this because there are no alerts for this issue. We were not aware until the damage became apparent with drenched carpeting & a horrific odor. These guys removed the seats to install the new carpeting in the interior & trunk. Yes, mold ended up in the trunk! Before installation, they thoroughly cleaned & sanitized everywhere to remove toxicity & sent pictures. My car looked brand new after this process & when I picked it up. Great job!

Absolutely amazing! Joel is dedicated, professional, and does an amazing job! My car went from a disaster ( major coffee spill) to brand new. They were able to get me in quickly on short notice - their team is responsive and attentive. Wouldn t trust my car with anyone else after my experience. These guys are the absolute best. The most meticulous, talented and nicest guys around. Did a ceramic coating and do a weekly wash / spray wax on my vehicles and they never fail to exceed expectations. I will continue to go back to these guys for all of my car detailing needs going forward and recommend them to everyone I know!

My car was flooded in January 2024. I tried towels, chemicals, and a shop vac first, and made some progresses. But I could not tell how dry it was under floor carpet (foams), and I knew that I was not able to get all water out. Finally I bought the car to the shop on 1/29. Two business partners Brawlio and Joel worked on my car and I received it back on 1/31. During the process, after they opened up the floor carpet, Brawlio showed me flood conditions before repair, and the new floor foams after he put in via facetime video calls. The status update gave me a good feeling that the car was in the right hands. The job was finished ahead of schedule and the charge was very reasonable too. It was very first time to use the shop, before I decided to leave my car there, I felt this shop could be the right place for this repair by looking at the way things were organized well and kept clean at the shop. I highly recommend them for the similar type of repairs.

Joel and his crew always leave my car looking right!! Gave a very clean clear coat. And he cleans my car for me every month. If you clean your car at regular car washes you end up with scratches. Not with Joel he s the only one I trust with my Benz. Highly recommend!

Joel did an excellent job detailing my truck. I ve been using his services for the past 5 years and every year he gets better with his services. My truck looked brand new by time he finished. I ve cleaned my vehicles myself , I ve taken them to car washes, and I ve used detailing services . HANDS DOWN , TopElite is at the very top of their class . I brought my work truck in , not cleaned in 12 months , it came out like it was painted ! NO LIE , it came out as good as from the show room 3 years ago , if not better ! EVEN THE BED , that hauls pavers , concrete , tools , cinder block , brick , everything construction related . These guys are amazing ! Top notch service as always. Brought my mother in laws CRV in for an interior detail after a vinegar spill. Joel and the team got the strong odor removed and left the interior looking spotless with same day pick up. Will always bring my vehicles to them for all my detailing needs.

I've had my car detailed from a number of places but I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care that Top Elite Auto put into my vehicle. It honestly looks like just like the day I picked it up from the dealer for the first time. Top Elite arrived on time, communicated with me through the scheduling process, and Joel was extremely professional. 10/10 would recommend. With countless similar businesses in the central NJ area it's hard to find a business that treats your vehicle with the same respect & care as you would on your own but Top Elite Auto does just that time after time. You pull in and you're greeted with laughter and smiles from the team and the quality of service is outstanding & very impressive. My car looks better leaving Top Elite than it did leaving the showroom floor. I'd recommend their detailing and other available auto services to anyone looking to upkeep their fleet. I have spent a lot of money at different car detailing places and none of them did a perfect job. Early New years Eve my 6 year old son got car sick and puked in my wife's Honda Pilot. It was an absolute mess! We called Top Elite Auto and to my surprise they picked up the phone immediately and told us to bring the car in right away! We rushed over to their place in Springfield and met with the owner Joel. He's a Super nice guy and gave us a detailed breakdown on what would be required to get the car cleaned and to get the smell out for good. We left the car wit him and when we picked it up I had to double check to make sure it was my car. The car looked newer than when i first bought it from the dealer! It was super shiny, and the interior was SPOTLESS!! As a result of my sons mishap they even had to remove part of my door panel to clean between the cracks to ensure that everything was removed! They steam cleaned the carpets and the headliner! They ended up having to also remove and power wash all of the interior carpets! Even though a lot more work was done than expected my price did not change. And to top it off their price was much cheaper than any other detail place I have used. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST - WITHOUT A DOUBT! Give them a call - you won't be disappointed!Services: Seat shampooing, Auto detailing, Interior scenting, Car waxing

My first time using Top Elite Auto Detailing. They did a great job detailing the inside of my car. HOWEVER, they lack in following up. The detailer mistakenly forgot to return the items I had in the car which were removed for the detailing. It took 2� weeks for me to get my stuff back. I recommend their detailing. They did great work. Just be sure to take your stuff out to avoid it being left at the shop. That was quite the inconvenience.Service: Auto detailing

Should have left this in December but here we go. These guys are great!Sent my wife here to get an Elite full detail and head lights restoration.The car was really dirty and needed much love and these guys didn t disappoint!The Crevices could have been clean more throughly but that s just me coming from a car wash background. I would definitely come back here and would recommend!I just have to add one thing. Making appointments does seem a bit sketchy and the lady is not the most professional person, as it s hard to get in touch and leaves you with unanswered questions.The payment method is also a bit weird. I will not zelle you for this kind of service and proper transaction services are well appreciated ( was able to pay with a credit card for my protection).Services: Headlight polishing, Auto detailing

First time I ve ever had detailing done on a car. SUPER CONVENIENT ,they come to your house! I Bought an older car for my son that needed some TLC in the interior badly. These guys came in and detailed the car so nicely inside it looked like they changed the interior! Very professional, came in on time. They also did the headlight restoration , the difference was jaw dropping, looks new. Great job guys , will definitely spread the word and will use you guys again.Service: Steam cleaning

Very nice people and super efficient. Went in for an emergency cleaning because I got coffee spilled on my front passenger seat. I just looked up a place for detailing and found this store. I drove to them and explained my issue, they took me in without a doubt and without even having an appointment. Price was very reasonable for the work they do. Literally saved the day because I can t stand the smell of any kind of food in my car. Thankful with them and highly recommend to anyone who needs their car cleaned up.-Disappointed on me because I didn t take any pictures of the before and after, but they got the job done and even more.

The only place I take my car to get washed. Their attention to detail and customer service is hands down the best! Joel and his team are excellent professionals and know what they are doing! Brought my Honda CR-V for a pre-sale detailing given all the positive reviews. I was super happy with the outcome. The team here did an amazing job making my car shine inside and out. They are not the cheapest but the quality of service is top notch as the name suggests. I also think the $$$ spend here will be easily recouped during the sale of my car. I will happily return here with my next car.
