Upon arriving, there was 0 customer parking. We had to illegally stick our car somewhere.My advisor was not very knowledgeable. Normally when these representatives know their stuff, they can go on and on and tell you every little detail about the car. Being a first time Tesla owner, I definitely felt like I wasn t given a whole lot of information. She never even told me about maintenance or any other important information.To make matters worse, I was picking up my brand new 2023 Model Y and it was DIRTY and at a 50% charge. As stated before, I am a new Tesla owner unfamiliar to EV. Seeing my car at 50% was nerve wracking especially since I did not have a charger at home yet.This was my first time buying a brand new car and it was not cheap. I feel like my experience was very bittersweet. I was so excited to get my new car but it doesn t feel new because it s dirty and not charged.It was raining so I couldn t check the outside for scratches or anything. Stay tuned.

First-time Tesla owner here, absolutely thrilled with the car! The staff was friendly, although it appeared that they were understaffed. My only disappointment stemmed from the delivery process. I had hoped that scheduling a specific pickup time would ensure a thorough cleaning and buffing of the car. Unfortunately, my car was handed over with noticeable swirl marks from the detailing machine. I believe the condition of the car could have been much better, considering the high standards associated with Tesla.

Disappointing Experience at Tesla DealershipI recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting a Tesla dealership, and I must say that it left me thoroughly disappointed.From the Day 1 where I went to pick up my new Model Y which has scratches on it. Before picking it up I did let the Tesla attendant notify that the car has multiple scratches around the front, back & side of the car. They told me Tesla will send at home mobile service to remove the scratches. Just book the appointment on the app. on the App there was no option for Mobile service. So I did get a regular appointment to bring the car back to the service center. They tried to buff & Polish the scratches but the ones on the front were not going to work. After 2 tries they decided to get a new bumper reinstalled. I showed up to the appointment and they had to reschedule 2 times cause both times the new Bumper (part) did not arrive. No update whatsoever.Car also has a broken trunk panel, Back seats were making rattling noises when driving on the local roads. The front passenger side windshield corner is also making a high pitch whistling noise when the car is going above 70mph. (After visiting 2 times they have offered to install a new windshield). There is no update from the customer service side on the parts that are not delivered due to this, I had to come back from the service center without any work. They wasted my time and 2 trips.After a month, car license tags also expired and had no update from tesla till i called and waited another few weeks to get the license plates.It hasn't been fully 2 months of having this car and I have already visited their service center 5 times. Next appointment is in jan to install a new Bumper & whole Windshield on a "Brand New CAR"Update: January service they took the car for to fix. When I picked up the they attempted to change me for the replacement of the parts on which the car is under full warranty. Then the parts were also not replaced. They lied to me saying we have replaced the parts. Then I confirmed with the manager & he said ya I was a mistake & we didn t change the parts so here we are with another appointment 1 month later.

Where to begin .. my service advisor Eddie and Will( when Eddie was out) would give him they helped me so much ! Great team ! Honest ! Answered very difficult questions. Without thinking knew the answer.Ok getting the car ! Nightmare !!! Let me explain . i got 2023 model x 5 seater with FSD and the 22in rims . the car was in inventory. it was a model demo in great condition i placed the order .1. I Someone used my card to reserve another car or there system had a glitch, I lost 250 . Tesla management said: sorry ! fight it with your bank, we Tesla don t keep personal records and information!?I called before I went to pick up my car what s the procedure's. I asked about final payment . They said yeah just bring your license and final payment in. Didn t ask me if i had a co signer and she had to come in person . ( we thought everything was done online ) I had a co signer my wife . They didn t tell me to bring her in . I asked employees they said they changed the rule . That the person has to be in person . I wasted a whole day !! My appointment was at 1230 and my wife didn t get there til 6 because she works or do another day but they have this policy you have to pick the car in 3 days!! . I got into my new car at 7 pm .. I get in my car . I am missing one key card . You are supposed to get 2. ..Tesla gave me a busted scratched up key card . I just bought a 100k car . They didn t even clean it . There was scuff marks all on the back seats . You think , the car would be clean. you pay that delivery fee . .2nd no washer fluid in the car . 3 all the tires were all low pressure like low 30s!!! 4th the rims were soo dirty ! I know it s a demo model. With 750 miles on it !!i have bought a few demo models from the dealership and they make sure they give it to you like a brand new car ! I got charged for a brand new car with miles on it and gave it to me as is ..I had to come back in next day to address this the service center was packed with angry customers and I m very patient when it was my turn just got im sorry they said it will take 20mins !!!!! 1 hour and change .The service line ! Forget it ! So many customers waiting 2 people!! Under staffed !!!I hope a delivery manger see this and contacts me because this was so unacceptable . Again sales team Eddie did a great job!!!!!!!!!that helped me soo much finding a car and answering all my questionsthey need to make it right I have talked to alot of my friend and told them my experience with Springfield and they said the same about the service .

I am very disappointed with the purchase of my new Tesla model 3. When I came to the appointment, I had to wait 1.5 hours to receive my car. And when I received it, I found a lot of defects (fog lights and tail lights had condensation inside, the car was all scratched and stained , the steering wheel was stained with blue paint, the interior was very dirty) When I turned to the consultant for help, he replied that he did not have time to talk to me and that I needed to take a photo and contact the service. Very bad service, I do not recommend buying from Springfield Tesla dealership!!!

Brought in a brand new 2023 model x plaid to fix panel gap issue and other exterior issues on the car that was spotted when I was took delivery. Was assured by Tesla that it could be addressed via making an appointment through their app. Made first appointment and the date was moved 4 weeks past what I scheduled. When I finally took the car in, I was told that the car would be ready in a day. I asked if they were sure about it I was told yes, I asked again since I would need to make arrangements to leave work early to pick up the vehicle at 5. While enroute to pick up the vehicle around 430 the app showed picked up date is shifted to the next day. I noticed that the car has been parked in the same spot where I dropped off all day. I was told that it was running diagnostic, I texted via the app telling them that my issue is the panel gap and the body of the car and some minor issues with the car kept deleting the driver profile. The body work can easily be done without a software diagnostic. Waited another day and still see the car in the same spot. Tried to use the live cam via sentry mode but they disabled it... I guess they don't want you to see them not giving a damn about your car. Paid over 100k for their car, I expect better service when you're paying that much for a car. They do not respect your time, this is my second Tesla, will never buying another Tesla again

This review is in reference to my service experience. From the start I was given misinformation and was not provided with the correct expectation of how the service works at Tesla. I am a new Tesla owner and had an issue with a vehicle that was purchased second hand but to no fault of Tesla. The agent who did my intake became my advisor and from the gate provided me with misinformation. He was not very responsive and did not know how to properly address issues. When you call the service team for help you are left on hold with no check in no set hold on expectations. You are literally just placed on hold until Jesus comes. I feel if you are busy you should answer the call and take a message providing an estimated time for a call back. The saving grace of my entire experience was when I was connected with Brandon. He knew his stuff, did not set unrealistic expectations and followed through on what he promised. The team made initially the wrong diagnosis of my vehicles issue, causing it to extend the amount of time that my vehicle was in service. Brandon made sure that I was not charged for that part but also the diagnostics nor the labor associated with my service due to all of the back and forth and issues. Brandon is truly the reason that this review is a 3 star review and not just 1. The team at the Springfield office need 10 more service reps just like Brandon. If you go there ask to be assisted by Brandon. You will not regret it. Thank you Brandon for all of your efforts.

Dajohn helped me order my long range model 3 today! The experience was amazing, there was no pressure to buy or put a deposit down. It was very welcoming and he spent the time to answer all of my questions. I am extremely happy with my experience here today!

Horrible store to service your Tesla, booked appointment for three issues.1. Paint is peeling I am seeing several white dots on the driver side of the fender2. Seat cushion showing abnormal rinkles on the driver seat.3. Abnormal tire air pressuresAfter waiting for 2 weeks for the actual appointment, store made me sit for 2 hours and none of the issues were resolved.I was told paint job cannot be done at the stores I should have to go to third party body shops, abnormal wrinkles in the seat which they claimed to fix and upon pickup found nothing was done car was returned to me without anything done.All these problems in a 8 months old car should have been acknowledged and fix under warranty but the store has taken zero ownership. This is the same store who booked my Model Y initially promising me to bring the car to their store only for me take delivery at a store 50 miles away.I wish Tesla corporate is seeing how their stores are treating their customers. This is my last car from Tesla horrible customer service from day 1.

Although, there one major Tesla service center, they manage it well. Almost no wait, everything was communicated through the phone app messages, payment was also done through the app. The wait time for the service depends on the repair needed, but overall it was a pleasant experience.The best: Unlike other brands' labor charges, it was almost negligible; may be none. I did not check their invoice in detail.

Was worried a bit about the negative reviews, but working with this place has been great! Bought a used car here, zero issues with pickup and sale, and recently got it serviced for a tire rotation and camera issue. Only had to pay for the tire rotation, they replaced the fender camera for free and even comped us a rental for the evening since they would finish with ours the following morning. Zero issues, car is fixed and it was a super easy return/pickup.(Only complaint is that the parking lot is crazy crowded every time, but that's such a minor thing, considering)

Last Saturday, I drove a friend up here to Springfield, NJ to pick up her 2023 Tesla Model 3. The car was supposed to be ready at 1 pm, we were told to be there at 12:45 pm. We signed in and waited. At 1:20, we went up someone in the showroom and inquired. We were told 1 pm means a range from 1-1:30 pm. Hmm.Sometime later, Ms. Marchese came out and told my friend there was a problem with her car. They could fix it, they had the part. It would be ready at 3:30-4. She offered to loan us a demo to use to go to lunch. We accepted and had a nice lunch. Got back before 3:30. We finally left with the car about 5:15 pm only to discover that she was only given ONE key card and it was so used, the printing had rubbed off. So, we went back. Believe U-turns on US-22 are no mean feat.She went in and about 10 minutes later two guys came out and they made her two new key cards and deleted the old one.By the time I got home is was nearly 11 pm.The week before, we had picked up my Model Y at the Cherry Hill, NJ location. It went like silk.My advice: DO NOT TAKE DELIVERY AT SPRINGFIELD, NJ! This is a very busy store. Their waiting area was filled with people. Apparently too busy to make sure your car is indeed ready for pickup.Were it not for the loaner, I would have rated this store 1 star.

I had went in for a Model Y repair. I was told this would be done the next day and be ready for the pickup. In the process of the fix, another part was damaged and needed to be replaced. Which is understandable, not a big deal. However for the next 5 days I was told everyday they will have the car ready by the end of the day. Each day I was told the same thing. Finally a week later I asked them to please give me a real answer. The car had bot moved from the same parking spot for 5 days. Clearly no one is going to work on it. I had to call the rep and have them fix the damaged part. I had to call them 3 times the final day do they can do it. Changing the part took no more than an hour and the car was ready for pickup. I don't understand what the issue was. Scheduling issue or this place is highly understaffed. I understand some services require a long time to fix but this wasn't something that needed a week.At max, a day. I would suggest anyone looking for Tesla service to pick another place. This place is highly understaffed. I don't blame the reps. They are doing their job. Matter fact all the employees were very professional and friendly but they were so limited, they probbaly didnt know them selves what to do. Tesla as a whole needs to hire more Service employees for this specific service center.

This service center is always overwhelmed. They are always short staff and long wait for you to meet with a service advisor.My car was taken in to replace the front and rear bumper. The tech did a terrible job on the installation and looks like it was done by some aftermarket body shop. I would avoid bringing your car to this Sc.

PAY ATTENTION EVERYONE! My experience with buying a Tesla here was AMAZING! My sales person was Mike and he couldn't be any more knowledgeable and respectful during this process! The procedure was like no other dealer I have ever been to before! If you are in the market for a Tesla, do yourself a favor and stop by to see Mike!

I have used this service center 3 times in 2 years. Always very fast and professional. Just returned a loaner after having the window replaced due to a crack. 24 hour turn around and A+ service.

Tommy, Michael, Lee and Maria made an expensive service visit painless (completely my fault). Would they lite attitude and their professional conduct they have elevated this branch in my humble opinion. Keep up the good work. The manager even runs a good place.P.S. while I was fixing my tire I bought another Tesla for my wife. Best car on earth.

What do I say :) delivery was so simple in this showroom. You go and accept your delivery (in the app) and it takes you to ur car . Pick up the docs in the car , sign it and drive home ur Tesla it was amazing to see everything so much automated . No hassles dealing with sales rep and waiting for hours to get ur car delivered ..The only suggestion I would have is - probably have someone who can walk around asking people if they need help. There is absolutely no staff who smiles or asks people if he can help. Customers are confused as to what to do , and sometimes they wait in line for no reason. Also, after delivery , I wish there can be someone who can tell the basics in the car . Not everyone would have driven a Tesla before . Basic things like charging / and going thro the dashboard would help. Also , there is no water/coffee etc for customers. I feel the customer service could improve vastly

Brought my car in for a repair that was covered under a warranty. They completed the repair in a timely matter. Upon picking up my vehicle there was a huge white scuff on the rear passenger side bumper. Service tech told me to take the car home for now and they would have to investigate the matter. It has been 24 hours and i have not been contacted yet. The parking lot is a circus and they need to be more organized on how they park their vehicles. I wasnt surprised at all that my vehicle had been damaged just by the negligence of the dealership and their parking lot.

Absolutely worst service center and i owned at least 5 cars till date but horrible to deal with this center. My car was delivered back in December 2023 but till date no registration plates provided by them and its an offense for not responding for multiple calls, texts and physical visits at the center. no one take any responsibility and this will be last time i will ever step there . After 65 days of delivering car till date no one responds and its illegal to drive a car with out valid registration . very bad service center

Overall people are nice and knowledgeable. My experience at pickup and service was ok. I feel the folks are super busy and are dealing with higher volume than the location is staffed for. This leads to the delays and parking issues which makes the experience less than ideal. Otherwise everyone I dealt with was nice and professional. The service process for drop off, loaner car and eventual pickup was seamless.

Worst place to buy car. Salesman lie to me that car is available in stock and he can book it and schedule for delivery. I booked model Y on 12/18. On 12/29 Tesla aap allow me to schedule for 12/30. I schedule it for 12/30 at 12:30pm. I received a text message that schedule is changed to 6:30pm. But I missed checking the text message and went to the dealership at 12:30pm. Then left hoping to get my car at 6:30pm but received another message around 5pm that schedule changed to 7pm, then another message with 7:30pm. Finally I went to the dealership at 7:30pm about 30+ people were on line waiting to get their car. After one hour my turn came and they said that car is not available. Then they said that they have exactly same car but it will cost me $1200.00 more.I was hoping that Tesla is very good company but after this lie and cheating, I don t trust them.Don t trust them they will lie to get your $250 and try to sell you for more later.

Had to leave 5 stars for Joel and John in the service center. Had a few disagreements with one of the service staff people and went and got a second opinion from them and was a great experience. Great people skills from both and deserve all the promotions they could get.

Elom was the only person working and cared about the customer experience. She was helping 10 people at once and keeping everything positive. It was very impressive to watch her juggle all the customers from New Car Pickups to Service issues.Meanwhile, her counterpart looked like her could careless and spoke to people in a rude manner. I avoided that guy at all costs since whoever he was texting seamed to be more important.My delivery took 90+ mins and 75 of those mins were me sitting in the waiting room not knowing what was going on. When I went out to the sales floor, I waited for some sales guys to finish their convo (about nothing because I was listening) and then they acknowledged I was there. Great, thanks guys. Once I told them I am picking up a car, I was pointed into another room to wait. Didn't set any expectations at all knowing they were behind on the day.It was just disappointing that 90% of the staff, if asked a question by myself or other customers, felt like it was inconvenience for their day. Need to do better or get people in there that care.

We d like to place a formal complaint about our Tesla experience. We just got a new Model Y after being a Tesla customer for 3 years with our Model 3.We had a horrible experience picking up our new car on January 15th. We arrived at the correct time for our appointment and there was a line of people at the delivery desk with only one woman, Ilona (or something similar to that name) working. Though the sales department had about 5 people with no line and nobody moved over to help with delivery. Please note that we had our 5 month old daughter with us.Ilona said that our Model 3 that we were returning did not have a complete inspection. I let her know that I had sent all the pictures and did a self inspection at home as requested. For whatever reason the pictures were not good enough. She wanted to send me out in the 10 degree weather while holding my newborn baby to take pictures that I already took. I said no and that they ll need to work with the pictures they have. At this point she told us to wait, she did not give us an estimate or any other options.After waiting for 30 minutes with our baby, my husband asked this woman for an update. He was polite and she said it can take all day and to wait in the waiting area. My husband asked to speak to a manager who was in a meeting and never resurfaced during the whole hour we were there.After another 20 minutes, I came up to the woman and asked for another status update. Only after waiting an hour with a fussy baby did this woman give us the option to sign the odometer release paperwork and have the invoice after inspection generated later. Why didn t she give us this option hours ago?She kept referring to my husband as the man with you, which was odd as he was obviously my husband and child s father and on the account as well.We then went to check our new car while also getting a baby seat while holding our baby. Nobody told us that we can pull up so as not to be in the cold. Nobody was polite or asked if we needed any assistance with our things.We picked up our Model 3 in 2020 with contactless as well but being that this is no longer completely contactless help would have just been a professional way to do business especially for a couple with a child in frigid temperatures.On January 23rd, my husband spoke to the manager, Derek from Springfield and told the manager about this awful experience. The manager did not want to hear about his employee being rude and telling us that our car return can take all day and he defended her saying I don t believe that. He did not seem to care at all that we bought an expensive car and had a bad customer service and delivery experience. Check on the google reviews for this location. It s abysmal.This will be our last Tesla. You re not the only EV company anymore. Though we like the product, this experience has soured our Tesla experience completely.Additionally, we had an issue with our lease. Our model 3 payment went through after we returned the car and we could not reach anybody at the company for more than a day. How dare you take people s money and not respond to their calls?We need this matter looked into immediately. If we could, we would return our car because Telsa obviously doesn't care about their customer.

Stopped after a low brake fluid light had come on.They processed my request promptly , gave me a loaner so I could continue to work , car was ready in the evening.Overall all went smoothly and every single person from the Tesla center I interacted with was willing to help and resolve the issue.

I must start with that the people I have dealt with were very polite and pleasant. However, they are overwhelmed with the amount of work they have. I don t think they have enough people and proper training.For example, my car made a grinding sound inside the cabin. It took two different dealerships and a bunch of people to figure out that it was, the rearview mirror assembly that holds the cameras that has a fan in it that was hitting the cables. It took over three months to get it resolved, and that does not even include issues with the car shaking at high speed and nobody seems to be able to figure out why. And every time I came in for the work to be done something was missed, flat-out not recorded or I was told it was done but nothing was fixed.But keep in mind that there are only 2 dealerships that repair Teslas in the area.
