I just purchased my car from Andrea and Antonio, and I couldn t be happier with the service. They managed most of the deal virtually, and I only had to come in to sign papers quickly. They were very knowledgeable and offered me an incredible deal that no other dealership could compete with. When my lease is up, I will be coming back to them for my next car!

Came to this dealership in search of a replacement vehicle for our Jeep that was in a total loss accident that was not our fault. We did not have success or a pleasurable experience at the several other dealerships we visited with before we came to Springfield Acura. Needless to say, our hopes were not high when we came here. From the minute we walked through the Showroom doors we were treated like gold. We were blindsided by the professionalism and courtesy we were shown. After so many sour experiences, it was refreshing to be dealt with the way we had wished to have been dealt with from the start of our car shopping voyage . Osvaldo listened to our needs and found us the perfect vehicle that checked all of the boxes of what we wanted in a vehicle. Not only were Osvaldo and the dealership sensitive to our need to wait for the insurance payout from our total loss but they also gave us the best price possible for the MDX we purchased. I do not say this lightly but I would surely refer my friends and family to come see Osvaldo & the sales team at Springfield Acura.

Never met a car salesman so talented. From start to finish, we could not tell you about the impeccable service we had received from Andrei he is amazing as well as Antonio and Many from Finance . On a whim, I visited this Acura dealership for a test drive. With the kind and sincere help from Richard Morales and Nabil, I was able to leave with a car. They were so helpful and honest with the pricing. As someone who is inexperienced with car buying, I was grateful to have encountered a trustworthy dealership. The process was speedy and pain-free. It s always a bonus not to sit in a dealership for hours on end. It s also worth mentioning that the receptionists are A+. They make sure you are not sitting in the show room completely lost. I am proud to say that I am now a proud owner of an Acura. Thank you Springfield Acura!

( Ask for Mr. Mont� Harris , tell em I sent ya ! ) I've been searching for a car about 6 months , researching , researching , numbers , mileage , quality. I started with Cadi's ( all pre-owned I didn't want new ). How I got into an Acura , I drove one at a used lot , and was very impressed. After long hours at pre-owned dealers , run arounds , price changes , shady behavior , my girl and myself walked into Springfield and were lucky enough to hook up with Mr. Mont� Harris ! Told him what we were lookin for , and he had 2 trim levels runnin side by side in less than 10 minutes of being there. New mind you , drove both , he explained everything I needed to know , a day later we were in negotiations , today it's mine , and I LOVE IT ! A week after purchase , I needed help at 7pm , called Mont� , he answered , all was right in the world. Thanks Mont� , it was a pleasure !

Today I bought a brand new 2024 Acura and Antonio was the best!!!! He took his time and was able to help me with all the questions I had. He did not pressure me into buying my new car he told me think about it and make sure I was comfortable with my future payments. He is also a funny guy he made my experience so much fun and smooth. If you are looking to get a new Acura definitely look for Antonio :)

This will be our 3rd Acura we have purchased but our first time at Springfield Acura and words can t even describe how much we would recommend this car dealership. From Richard Morales our sales person to Bill Ronnow the general manager and Will from finance, my husband and I had the easiest most pleasant experience ever purchasing our new car. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and i knew as soon as i walked into this dealership i was walking out with a vehicle. Want to give a 5 Star to Rich Pasananti For taking care of me On my new TLX type S. Explain everything in detail and the buying process was excellent. Excellent customer service. I also want to give a 5 star to the service department. Phil the shop Foreman Wilson in Parts And Billy the General Manager always go above and beyond to take care of you. It's all about customer service and taking care of the client. I would recommend everyone to buy a car from this dealership. You will not be disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience. Antonio was very attentive with me. He knows his job very well and is great at what he does. The best thing was he kept it real with me. He gave different options as to purchasing the vehicle. He was very patient. Kept me in the loop at all times. Even on his days off it check up on us . Was a pleasure doing business with him.
