Just came from another dealership, and these guys are so much better! I was greeted with genuineness and felt very comfortable with my sales person. Will keep them in mind when I'm ready to buy!They're part of the "Integrity Automotive" network of dealerships, and I can feel the integrity & better vibe!

Horrible, I bought my truck from them in 2013 and I've been using them for oil change due to fact that my truck happens yo be high top no other nissan locations be able to change my trucks oil.I've called day before to fins out what time was last oil change service can be accepted receptionist told me at 3 pm couldn't make it that's day and went the next day not knowing they only accepted high priority appointments and they can't take my truck to service it. This was around 11:45 I came about an hour distance and they wouldn't take me in because they were short staff while mechanic's were watching soccer game and cheering in the back there...I'll am disappointed not only couldn't get service also they wouldn't care if I came from a long distance and truck is an specially needed yo be service at this location.Of course time changes people move on to new places that's why I could get the same service because people I dealt with were not longer there anymore.In the past loyalty meant something since 2013 I've driven an hour to get my oil change every service schedule they appreciated back than.Today I've learned that nissan Springfield has moved on to new level loyalty means nothing to them anymore.

So far I'm impressed. Luis has been very helpful. Tire was low and they added air and looked for damage all within 10 min since I gave a very short lunch. Took car in this morning so they can diagnose. Will update once work has been completed.

A 5 star rating thanks to Luis at serviceThis Man should be promoted to GM of the dealership. Luis truly understands the essence of customer service.Regardless the price of maintenance, I am always happy to service my vehicle at Nissan World of Springfield because of the courtesy Luis shows , his enthusiasm. Not to forget the fact that he understands a client needs his/her car serviced quick and get back to their day .May God Be Pleased with you Sir

The place was clean, but the price quote to check a light that came on was very over priced. I left immediately after feeling that I was being ripped off. My husband checked the car, the sensor light went out and the car has been fine since. Fluid levels were fine.

Customer service was not good, I had to go wonder around looking for someone to help me when I went in and when I got helped they were telling me a higher price and when I told them the online price they were saying that they made a mistake that the price was wrong and that they ll give me the online price. If I didn t double check, I pretty sure they would of still charge me the higher price.

Was very mad i had to pay 387.00 just for them to tell me where the noise coming from been there all day long..i felt as if i were sold a bad car from you...i had my car not even a good 2yrs and my engine no good
