Highly recommend Nissan City of Springfield from the moment we walked in to the minute we walked out with my new Rogue. I was very impressed with everything. Super polite, helpful and knowledgeable. From the salesperson Michael Adams to the manager Alejandro, we were in and out in a couple of pain-free hours. I recommend you go see them. They have a large selection of vehicles. You won t be disappointed .

My first time at this dealership and had a great experience with this dealership! If anyone goes to this dealership I highly recommend a Salesman name Shakeem! He was great salesman and really wanted to help me out with the deal on this Truck I wanted. He gave me a best offer on the 2024 NISSIAN PRO4X! I appreciate you Shakeem and Nissan of Springfield! Great doing business with you guys!

My experience here was amazing I went here with no intentions of buying a car just browsing but Shakeem made it his mission to see if he could find a car we would love and work his magic and got us approved for a car he was very nice and funny and the finance manager jimmy Luna was very helpful as well they were both very nice and accommodating towards our situation and made it work and we got to walk a way with a new car I have never had such an amazing experience at a car dealership and never once did we feel pressured to get the car I m so happy with the car thank u guys will definitely be sending my friends/family your way

Tyreck made finding our car as easy and fun as possible. My fianc� and I fell in love with the Nissan Rouge and came in with our hearts set on getting one. Tyreck made it happen! Everyone at this location was so kind, patient, and helpful. Tyreck went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful! We could not recommend this place enough.

I bought my car from Justin and he was great. I was shopping for a Rogue for 2 weeks and went to multiple dealers. It wasn't until I met Justin where someone took the time to explain the feature and options on the rogue. He was very knowledgeable and nice. The team over there are amazing I will be sending over all my friends and family to buy their next cars. Thank you Justin.

The only reason I chose met my expectations is because I always receive such impeccable service here that I expect it now and you don t disappoint. My service rep was friendly, helpful, informative and attentive. My service was completed on time plus one issue I didn t mention till later.

Terence was quick & efficient with letting me know about the issues with my check engine light. I asked a lot of questions & he simply just answered each one. I informed him that I would be coming in the next day, he told me that he would be off but his colleague, Jocelyn, would be able to take care of me as he would leave a note. I came in the next day and Jocelyn was ready for me with all the information that Terence relayed the day prior. The service process was quick and smooth! I am completely satisfied with the service I received and that s why I always come back!

The Service advisor was knowledgeable and courteous. He kept me informed about the status of my repair and let me know what else was needed. The facility was clean and had a place to wait. If I have issues with my car in the future I will return

Jeremy is very polite and knowledgeable. He explained what has to be done with my car, gave an approximate time he would finish and offer me a shuttle home because there wasn't a loaner available.Cynthia, the drive of the shuttle was friendly and she made me feel comfortable.The customer service was impressive..Thank you.

Shakeem Chain was excellent! Very nice, very honest and pleasant. I will definitely be back to get another car with him. Nissan needs to stop with weird flat colored paint but that a different story.

They tend to sell you something and don t honor the deal. You guys make sure you read those contracts and don t settle for whatever they want to give you. I feel like a fool. Lesson learned. Never again. And now my kids won t make the same mistake I did.

These people could care less about you once you sign the dotted line. They advertise new ownership but they practice poor customer service. The Service dept is especially brutal in the way they patronize their clients and treat folks who purchase the vehicle right there in that location. In our case only a few weeks later..Most people who buy here go and service elsewhere , and now we know why. Unfortunately. Never seen anything like it. Beware !

The entire staff was awesome!!! Alejandro Cruz had the car brought in from their other dealership as promised in the initial phone conversation Overall , he went above and beyond! Michael Adams my salesman was professional and courteous His effort to reach out to me after I had the car was so appreciated I never had a follow up in all my years of car buying Michael Maiello the financial manager was very professional Again Thanks to Alejandro the sales manager for a smooth seamless transaction ! I love my new Sentra and the whole process was painless

I had to bring my Armada in for a recall. They don't do recalls on a Saturday which is very hard for those that work during the week & need their vehicle to get to work. Luckily,I didn't have to start going into the office until the following week. I was told when I dropped it off that I would be called when my truck was done & a ride to pick the car up would be arranged since I didn't have a ride to pick it up myself. Instead, I received a text that my truck was ready & not a call to arrange a ride. I left a message an hour later & never received a call back. I was finally able to find a ride to pick up my truck. When I went to pick it up, Jeremy came over with the paperwork & said "as we discussed on the phone", I had to remind him there wasn't a phone conversation. During the complimentary multi point inspection, they said my Driver Belt needed to be replaced for $392. I denied having it fixed & went to my mechanic to have him check if it really needed to be replaced & he said yes but it will only cost $210. I've had the belt replaced before & the $210 was about right, not almost double the price.

Michael in finance and Justin the sales associate truly went above and beyond in every aspect to ensure my family just left their dealership 100% satisfied, we have a baby on the way and needed affordable safety and they took the best care of us. I cannot thank them enough for their time and efforts. We have never received better service at a car dealership in our lives. Thank you guys so much! Will only return to them in the future.

Lack of attentiveness by management. Poor customer service. Nissan recommended that I replace the transmission in my Sentra (95,000 miles) for the SECOND time in 4 years. The first time it was replaced the car had 71,000 miles. They couldn t explain how the transmission could fail after only 24,000 miles nor would they offer any meaningful financial assistance. The estimated repair bill ($7,500) would have been 5x the car s worth with no guarantee that it wouldn t fail again. I would avoid purchasing any Nissan with an CVT transmission.Updated - April 8, 2024The dealership did not make every attempt to assist me in the process. They left it up to me to work with Nissan Consumer Affairs to appeal the claim. They informed me there was nothing they could do to help. Only after I appealed the claim twice, did Nissan Corporate agree to pay 1/2 for the price of the transmission.Yes, I have an issue with the quality of the car which you represent as an authorized dealership. The transmission installed by Nissan was done so at 72,000. The car now has 94,000 four years later and the code for the check engine light indicated that the transmission needed to be replaced again. The mechanic informed me that a rebuilt transmission was installed the first time. This was the first time I was made aware of that fact.More than one month later, the car drives fine and shows no signs of a transmission in need of repair much less replacement. In fact, the check engine light is no longer illuminated. So while I am clearly unhappy with the quality of the car, I am suspect of Nissan City of Springfield's service recommendations. Check engine lights just don't shut off if the car is in need of such "critical" work.

It exceeded our expectations, the person that helped us purchase our Nissan was very patient, understanding and informative of the car. He catered to our needs and budget. We ve never had such a pleasant experience at a dealership, Rob and Alex kept reeling us and we are glad we stuck by them.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Beware of the Service Department. They used to be top notch. Since the new ownership, buyer beware. They tried to scam me twice for tire repairs, then lied to me, then offered different pricing for the same work.Either they are 1. Incompetent and cannot diagnose problems or 2. Intentionally trying to scam customers.Neither one is a good look. Shame on you Nissan City!

Was there to service my car and ended up walking out with a new car. Sales person was very professional and made sure that I was comfortable and keep me up to date during the process of purchasing a new vehicle. Salesman followed up days after to ensure that all is well.Very satisfy customer.

I am extremely disappointed in my sales/ service here. My salesman, Jurod was outstanding, and I would give him 5 starts if I could. However, however there were several issues that arose that are the direct responsibility of management, receptionists, and technicians that are simply inexcusable.I purchased a new vehicle on 2/16/2024. The night that I purchased the vehicle, there was a malfunction with the lift gate system, where the automatic trunk was unresponsive to any of the buttons. I had to return the following day for the service team to fix it.Less than a week later, around February 21, 2024, I was driving in the rain, and noticed that my rear wiper was making a strange sound and no water was being removed. After pulling over to observe it, I noticed that there was no wiper on the wiper arm. My rear windshield was severely scratched and had to be replaced. When I called and expressed my concerns, I was passed around from manager to manager. I spoke to a salesman, Chris Sullivan, and Dave Lagruth, who all stated that they would call me back, and never did. It was not until a day later, after I emailed the owner Mike Ianelli, that Calin Fisher, finally reached out with a solution. At first, Calin told me that I would not be provided a rental, because they didn't have any more, however, a very kind service advisor, Terrance, was able to find one when I dropped my car to be fixed.This afternoon, March 16, 2024, I noticed that my temporary plates were expiring today. When I called to ask if my permanent plates had arrived, I was told they were there, however I was never notified. They young ladies (Ashley and one other whose name I did not get) working the desk who are responsible for notifying people about plates, never contacted me. When I asked why, they were unable to provide a sufficient answer.This dealership promotes the motto, "TLC- transparency, efficiency, and respect". However, the management team, receptionists, and technicians responsible for new vehicle inspection, have proven that the motto is one that they cannot live up to. It is clear that the staff that cuts corners, and their inability to effectively perform the tasks associated with their jobs, has created inconveniences that I have had to spend my time and energy addressing. Disappointed is an understatement for how I feel, and this will my my last time ever purchasing a car from this dealership.

I went in for service on my Murano. The service advisor Terrence Sheffield was amazing. He made sure to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle. Terrence explained everything that was wrong with my vehicle and broke it down so that I can understand. I will definitely continue to service my vehicle with Nissan City of Springfield with the help of Mr. Sheffield!!!!

Last time I felt extremely disappointed by the service and how pushing the dealer agent was by asking me to purchase everything. This time, it was a different story. The sales person treated me with respect, patience and had a great capability to listen to all my concerns, she is definitely a rising star, and if I go back to Nissan is due to her charisma and the quality of the vehicles.I did not like when I was told that I had to pay a difference on taxes, which once again was something I was not told before signing the paper work. However, since I love my new Nissan, I let this go for now.I want to let customers know that Nissan takes really serious the maintenance of their vehicles and they have the best team working at Parts and Services. This department is phenomenal. They always provide a 5 service to my vehicle.

I had an intermittent problem with my new versa's backup camera and I wasn't sure they were going to be able to reproduce it. Initial attempts failed, but they kept looking. I'm very pleased with the technical abilities of the crew and they eventually found a problem with the backup camera by testing it on an oscilloscope. Kudos to the crew!

This was my first time buying a car at a dealer .. major upgrade from my 2006 Honda Accord so I was super excited at the possibility of a new car.We were greeted by Tarik D who assisted my husband and I through the whole negotiating process even getting me set up on the app.From the moment we walked in we were greeted quickly and had all our questions answered .. thanks for your patience Tarik :)Not to mention they assisted us wellll past closing time so that I could have my dream car.If you re considering a Nissan go to the Springfield location on RT 22 and ask for Tarik or Alejandro C (sales manager) - I guarantee you ll be in good hands.

I accidentally made an appointment with a Nissan dealership far from my house but I thought it was for the Springfield location. When I showed up in Springfield, they were able to fit me in and fix my car within a few hours. The staff was courteous and very nice. Highly recommend!!

The staff were a little condescending and gave me an attitude. They were pressing me into getting a car I don't like TODAY and didn't take no for an answer. Refused to show me more cars and in the end, even refused to give me any concrete numbers. Two hours wasted.I don't know the what you offer and that's alright, I'll get a car from Toyota then because they were much more understanding and found a car that I like.
