Dave is excellent store manager. Have purchased 2 sets of tires and had brake service done. One of winter tires had a screw in it and was unrepairable. Dave warrantied the tire completely. The store is busy but would take my card there for service again and again.

The mechanics did a good job fixing my car. The turnaround time was same day, which helped becuse I needed my car back to return to work. The manager, I believe his name was Mr McClinton, was exceptionally great at making sure all my questions were answered and making sure he explained all the cost and issues that were being addressed. I would recommend them always.

This was the best appointment I have booked with Firestone. Once I walked in, McClinton greeted me with courtesy and professionalism. Once I was booked for services, McClinton informed his driver to take me home. I had the pleasure of riding with Kenny. Kenny was polite. After Abdelhadi completed the oil change and the other maintenance that was recommended,. I received a phone call, and the crew added my coupons, and I paid for the services.

I had a horrible experience at this Firestone in Springfield, yesterday 2/17 around 11:30am. These two employees McClinton and Kennis were completely rude and disrespectful toward me. Will definitely never go back.

I can understand when things get busy that timing can be off, but to be lied to several times your cars the next one in , it ll be done well before noon , It s finished and I was just going to call you ( and then it s not ready when I got there 30 minutes later), makes me not want to use them again. And then , they forgot to reset the oil gauge so I have to go back tomorrow so they can finish the job. Makes me think maybe they didn t even change the oil that I paid for. Not happy and after tomorrow, won t be going back.

Went to change oil and rotate tires. After half an hour, told me to change brake pads and rotor, I REFUSED. Another half an hour later, told me my two nut locks and a stud were broken, but they didn t mention anything wrong when getting them off and they claimed it *might be* because Costco tire staff put them on too tight before... Will NEVER go back to this place again. Checked with dealer later, about $150 to fix the stud. ZEROor NEGATIVE stars if I can.

Hard to find places who will confidently service Teslas. Took my Model 3 in for an alignment and rotation and they did a great job. I also got the lifetime alignment deal, great way to save $ and skip the service center prices. -1 star because they tried to charge me for a free tire rotation. Make sure you know the internet prices before going in for your appointment.Service: Wheel alignment

Made an appointment to wait with car and when I arrived the explained they don t control the system and would be waiting many hours - would recommend not going here if you expect them to honor appointments in a timely manner. Quick check would have been 3 hour wait

Giving 2 stars because the actual car services they provide always seem to be quality but they do try to sell u a LOT of things you don t need. I took my new car there for an oil change and decided to have them also run a diagnostic just to make sure everything was good. I got a call from them an hour later telling me my brakes/rotors were shot, fluid flushes needed, need a new battery/spark plugs, and cab/air filter. I already knew something was amiss because I had only gotten my car maybe 2 months previously to this visit and the battery and filters were for sure brand new (battery was done within the first month of me owning it and filters were done the day I purchased the vehicle). The brakes/rotors should have also had time on them. The quote they gave me for just my brakes also sounded very high. I decided to do the fluid flushes just because but everything else I decided to get checked by another mechanic and I was correct. My shot brakes had about 15,000 miles left on them and only one rotor had a line in it. I saved $800+ by getting a second opinion please stay clear of this location.

Shop lied to me about my back breaks and rotors. So glad I did not have service with them. I take it to the Nissan dealer and they said they were fine. David and his staff were great! They went above and beyond for customer service. I have an old Firestone card, and they were still able to take care of me with no problem. We visited a Firestone affiliate previously and was turned away due to the card issue.

We had a very pleasant and unexpected experience today at Firestone in Springfield, NJ.Returning home from our house in the Catskills, my mother stopped at ShopRite in Springfield NJ to buy a few items. Upon returning to her car, she opened the car door but could not start her car. The battery on her key FOB had died. She went to ShopRite, purchased a new battery which I took down the street to Firestone to get it installed, but still couldn't start her car.I returned to Firestone and Cristian, one of the mechanics who had installed the battery in the FOB came over to my mother's car in the ShopRite lot to test out the battery. Upon opening the hood, he noticed that one of the bolts was not property tightened. He fixed it immediately and did not want any payment for helping us.There are fewer kind people today and I wanted to extend a personal thank you to Cristian for helping us out today. Thank you!

My visit was all the way back on 10/05/22 but I saved the invoice and a note to myself to make sure to write a review at a later date because of how awful it was. I choose to do business with Firestone regarding vehicle maintenance and tires for jobs I can not do myself or not have time for etc. I have chosen to continue to use Firestone for close to a decade now as I have had good experiences with several stores and store managers in my home state (FL). I was away from home working in NJ when my tire had a leak from debris. I made an appointment between shifts (after getting off PM shift and before another PM shift) to have the tire inspected with hopes for repair but likely replacement. The store manager (?) "Adam" was rude from start to finish. Rude is the most appropriate word I can use to describe apart from unprofessional. I left much later that day after waiting and waiting and waiting and with 3 new tires and a wheel alignment having now been performed. I'm not arguing that I wasn't in need of any of those services despite not what I had made the appointment for; however I witnessed poor customer service from Adam firsthand for myself and with every other patron in the hours I was there waiting with the one exception being a young attractive woman who was quickly made a priority over us other patrons despite not having an appointment. Adam also tried to sell me on a complete brake job. I incredulously asked him to explain and all he could say was "They're low". I continued to ask what was "low"? The pads worn? The rotors worn? The brake fluid low? What was low? He could not tell me or answer only stating that they were "low" and in need of work. Glad this is not my home Firestone and would never go back. Hope corporate has since or will soon get involved with this store because this location is sullying what I thought was a reputable name.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Awful service!!!! Went there one time with my Toyota Sienna for alignment and tire check, because one of them was leaking the air, waited 4 hours, paid 170$, and in20 minutes after I picked up the car my tire needed to be pumped again. I had to bring the car to a different service shop to fix it. Not sure if anything was done at all. Second time I had an emergency and needed to fix my tire because there was a needle, instead the manager stated that the tires needs to be replaced, on my new car with less than 30000miles. Avoid this location!!!!! SCAMMERS!!!Service: Tires

I had my tires shipped from Tire Rack to this installer and made an appointment online for the installation. This was for a typical tire replacement, nothing exotic. The installer s appointment system specifically asks if you are dropping off or waiting for your car. I selected to wait for the car as I didn t have the ability to leave the car that day and my appointment was confirmed. When I arrived, the person at the desk told me that it would take them 5 hours (presumably because they were busy). When I noted that I had specifically made an appointment to wait for the car his rude response was I didn t say you couldn t wait, I said it would take 5 hours. I then asked if I could make an appointment for some day in the future where I would be able to wait and he told me that I can make an appointment whenever I want but it s still going to take 5 hours. Not sure why you would be given the option of waiting for your car in the appointment system if anything they do takes 5 hours and then be rude to your customers when they express confusion. I ended up having to borrow a friends SUV to go pick up the tires and go to a different installer. Very negative experience, hard pass.

Typically busy, make sure to set an appointment earlier. You may try earliest at 7:00 am sharp in weekdays to be done in an hour or drop off.

I ve always gone to Firestone for car service. Unfortunately the one I normally go to is very different, I loved my mechanic but I couldn t deal with lack of professionalism from others. I decide to try the firestone in Springfield New Jersey it was great the manager was respectful and listened to my request he called me and in a timely manner and gave great details for the work that needed to be done! Juan is mechanic who worked in my car and he did a great job!Services: Wheel alignment, Battery, Oil change

I had a nail in my tire and went to Firestone. The service manager(?) told me it would take several hours to fix. I asked if he could suggest another tire/service facility since I would have to wait with the car. He said he couldn t. I said: isn t that another tire center across the street, directly opposite.? He said he didn t know!I drove out of the Firestone parking lot directly into Mavis Discount Tire. They fixed the tire in no more than five minutes. The young mechanic was extremely courteous and insisted on checking the tire pressure on all the tires.What a contrast in attitude. Two very large organizations. Two very different customer experiences.

Do not go here! From the get go the man checking in was rude and dismissive to me as a woman. I came in at appointment time and was told that appointments were only for drop offs. It didn t say that anywhere on line and he was so dismissive. Basically informed me that I could drop it off or get lost. Worst customer service. I was patching tire and then was going to purchase a brand new set of tires. Lost my business for good.

I like this place. There warranty on tires has been helpful over the years. There lifetime alignment and rotations are very useful. They do not use pressure tactics to push unnecessary repairs and they consistently are priced lower than a dealer for sure for maintenance items like brakes and oil changes etc. I had some issues with repairs that went awry but they made them right and refunded monies upon request when an error was made. Mostly the staff are friendly, some can be a bit ornery at times. I ve been a customer for many years. I continue to go here.

I used this place for car maintenance before and found it ok. But the recent experience of a tire replacement really disgusted me. The service manager Paul first quoted me the price of $230 on the phone. When I placed the order the next day, the price turned out to be $250 because now he included the tax. I also received a quote of $65 for full synthetic oil change. When I dropped the car, that price became $85. After the job was done, Paul called and offered wheel alignment at the discounted price of $82. When I finally picked up the car, the receipt said "standard wheel alignment" at $94 without no discount listed. I confronted Paul about this, but he insisted that this item has included discount. In addition, the oil change was now $94 plus tax, even after a $15 coupon I brought in. The entire sale was simply bait-and-switch. Paul may have made a few extra bucks, but Firestone has forever lost me as a customer.
