Jacob in the service team is simply outstanding to work with. Every time I have gone to him with a problem I have come back as a hale and hearty customer. He has gone above and beyond time and again to help address all my 2020 X5 servicing needs. He is and will remain my go to person. Thank you Jacob for everything.

THINK BEFORE BRINGING YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE! I went here the other day for a recall repair service and before I took my car in I made sure to get it inspected by a mechanic just in case and I had no leakages and my levels were good. All of a sudden when I got my car back the dealer told me my oil pan was damaged and was leaking and also that my coolant expansion tank needs to be replaced because it is leaking. It s evident they are trying to get me to spend more money and potentially buy a new car. My car wasn t having any problems before I took it here. My advisor was Gabriel. This stuff isn t cool at all.

Without hesitation this is the only BMW service department that I will ever bring any of my BMW's to! Jacob is a true professional who listens and really values his customers. He takes pride in what he does and it shows in his unparalleled customer service. Tino, the service manager, is also such a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!!

I must have some of the world's worst luck with this service department. First oil change (made an appointment) was supposed to be an hour and it must have really been more like 3 hours. Second oil change (also made an appointment) was also supposed be an hour). Advisor says it'll be 90 minutes. Ended up being three hours. On the website, it allows you to say that you want a loaner. I was advised that I couldn't since it was an oil change. I wasted half a day waiting for an oil change. Air filter replacement, I, technically, can do it myself as it's super easy. Literally, takes a minute to change out. If I was by myself maybe I wouldn't be so upset, but I had my toddler with me and was trying to wrangle said toddler for three hours in an enclosed space. I was not offered a shuttle to go home or a service to drop my car off at home. It would have made things 10,000x better off these alternatives were offered. I will most likely go to a different dealership for service in the future, unfortunately.EDIT: I changed my rating after my experience yesterday.I had a tire changed out the other day and the service was much better. Micael is a great advisor and there person who scheduled me in last minute was great as well. I hope that the service remains this way.

I have been to my fair share of service departments and BMW of Springfield certainly stands out. Service Advisor, Mike Goworek makes you feel like you've been working with him for years. Service Manager, Tino, pays close attention to every car in his shop. Tech Tommy was also really great. Highly recommend!

My service experience has been excellent, I start going here from JMK days back in 2004. My last service appointment was for wheel alignment, overall cost of service in my experience has been good. My car is 2002 540 they take the time to explain what needs to be done and why.

JACOB KOLASINSKI!!!! I was assigned to Jacob as my service advisor a couple weeks ago when I brought in my 2013 328i xdrive, for an oil change and potentially a new tire (I had been putting air in it at least once a week for a while). I stated that obviously I would like to save the money to have any potential leak fixed as opposed to paying for a new tire, if possible. I fully anticipated a charge for a new tire, because how would I know if it could be repaired? Well, it was repaired. For the much lower cost than charging me for a new tire, that I would never have known if I actually needed it. It was at that moment that I trusted Jacob, and BMW of Springfield, completely. I had a few other things that came up on the diagnostic (as can be expected at 93k mi) and I fixed all of them (at minimal cost) with the exception of one, of which we determined was not an immediate necessity, but I would fix before my move out of state (because I want to give Jacob my business and he gives me the best deals!) Now .while out of state in the interim, my car dies (feels like a run out of gas situation but not with 19 mi left to empty? I know). Jacob So, I have my BMW towed to the nearest dealership in Boston (mere weeks after the diagnostic in NJ). The recommended repairs come back with a list of 5+ issues at a price tag of over $5k. I immediately contact Jacob. Jacob, without hesitation, says, Send me their report immediately . Within minutes Jacob informed me that the fuel control panel and pump they were charging me upwards of $2k for, was actually completely covered under a sulev warranty and I should be charged nothing. After confronting the dealership about it, it was promptly removed from my invoice. I NEVER WOULD HAVE KNOWN THIS WITHOUT JACOB!!! Jacob then asked to see the videos of the other charges, to which they provided none. Upon receipt after requesting them, I sent them to Jacob, to which he responds that they are not actually due at this time, however will be in the near future. JACOB, not only as an advisor, but as a decent human being, should be BEYOND recognized for his efforts as a representative of BMW of Springfield. I have NEVER experienced this level of customer service and sadly, I bet I never will again, elsewhere. Keep it up Jacob!! Overall amazing experience thus far. Super attentive, amazing customer service, hospitality on point. Requested an X5M with extremely low miles ranging from 2018-2019 and it was delivered within a week of my request. We couldn t be any happier with the service provided by Jack Ferreira, salesManager at BMW of Springfield. He is definitely the man your looking for when it comes to finding your car.Thank you so much! Chris & Fil DaCosta

Service was up to par considering it being a BMW dealership. I gave it two stars because my car came back with 20 extra miles on it. Do not leave your car there!
