Let me tell you... Mike in the service area is the best! I met him some years back with my x5 and I went to the Benz (big mistake ) now I'm back and he is still such a great guy! Give him a raise! Mike keep up the great customer service! Thank you

Everyone here is amazing. Micael, my service rep is down to earth, honest, and very rational. Micael understands you and your immediate needs. David, in the parts department is also very helpful, he doesn't beat around the bushes, if you have any questions or doubts regarding price match from other sources, David will do his absolute best to fulfill your needs. I am always taken care of at the BMW of springfield. I am always welcomed with honesty, humbleness, and care. They look at my safety first and my finances second. Thank you to these guys. By the way, the manager whom I can't remember his name, is also looking out for you. If you have any concerns, ask for the manager. He calls right back if he is not available right away.

BMW of Springfield always treats me right. I have BMW dealership closer to me but I will always go to Springfield. They ordered what I needed the day before and got me in and out quickly
