Our 2013 Toyota Prius broke down on the Garden State Parkway as we were traveling there from out of state. Autoland, and in particular our service rep Yolanda, took amazing care of us!! And the technicians at Autoland repaired our car expertly. I would absolutely recommend this repair shop - we got better care here than we would have at our home Toyota dealer. That is not an exaggeration! A big THANK YOU to Autoland and Yolanda - you deserve it!!

I went in for a service and my insurance was being difficult about paying for the labor cost. Myrna Moran was my advisor and was going back and fourth with them until they paid for the service that needed to be done. She was super nice and has great customer service skills. She kept me updated with what was going on with my vehicle. If it wasnt for her and her team i wouldnt have gotten my car back anytime soon. Great service thank you Myrna!!

I ve had the most amazing experience with this Toyota dealership location. From choosing, to pick up, to maintenance. The service and people are top notch. Kyla was with us every step of the way to choose a vehicle that fits our needs. When it comes to maintenance David Wong has been superb. Not only is he knowledgeable but he s so patient and kind. When my sister had a knee injury I came to service her car in her place and after mentioning it to David, he serviced the car and even printed some at home care therapy exercises we could do to get her knee recovery better and faster. That was so thoughtful of him and we appreciated it a whole lot because it actually helped. You re lucky to have him and Kyla on your team. Both are such wonderful people who went above and beyond in their service.

Felix, my sales rep, today was very gracious. Showed me Toyota Camry and explained in detail what I would be signing up for. He was very professional.Unfortunately, I didn't get a car because I still need to wight out my options, let's be honest. But Toyota is definitely my number one my list after the today's visit.

Really bad experience here. Brought the car in for an emergency maintenance, Rav4 hybrid check engine light had come on.Was advised that vehicle required a part that the dealer service station did not have & we'd need the part delivered.Rep that was managing the case only worked 3 days a week so they sat on the car for an extra day in the middle of the week & we received no updates on status until the rep was back to work 2 days later after dropping the car off on a Tuesday.After the wait, we finally received a call from the rep that the car was ready at close of business on Thursday.Immediately after bringing the car home, we noticed what looked like engine coolant leaking from the vehicle.We didn't see the link persist, so I assumed it was a temporary issue following the maintenance, only to find out that the coolant cap was only loosely secured inside the engine block after the work was done & a while later the coolant cap came off entirely spraying engine coolant all over the engine interior & causing the vehicle to overheat.Brought the car to a different Toyota in the area (Sansone Toyota - much better service experience), they immediately identified the issue, cleaned & refilled coolant, ran the vehicle through a MPI & provided documentation showing all of the above.They were communicative throughout, which Autoland was not, transparent about the services & costs, & turned the maintenance around before close of business the same day.Recommend avoiding autoland Toyota for service & try Sansone instead.

Melvin was so helpful, professional patient and knowledgeable. I had a very good experience. He also tried to help with a solution as in this car the radio does not go off when new messages are coming in or navigation is trying to give me directions. Very hard to hear.

I really enjoyed my last experience. The service manager was very welcoming and approachable. She listened to my concerns and paired me with a mechanic she felt would best meet my needs. She introduced me to Clive, the mechanic who worked on my car. He took the time to explain his concerns and advise on the next steps

Thoroughly disappointing service this morning at Autoland Toyota for a new vehicle service at 5,000 miles. This is only a tire rotation and brake inspection, nothing else.I had an appointment for 7:30 AM and was the first car in line before the gates even opened. I dropped the car off as soon as they opened and waited at the service center. It is now 10:06 AM and the car is not done yet.The service rep was friendly, and no fault of hers, but this slow of service on a Friday morning with appointment is awful. According to her, their hydraulic lift stopped going up and the car had to be brought down and taken to a new lift. Sounds like poor maintenance plan on their own equipment and/or no pre-use inspection in place. Either way, it doesn't matter why it took so long; a tire rotation and brake inspection cannot take nearly 3 hours.

My service experience today was GREAT! The Service Advisor, Myrna Moran, greeted me with a smile and wanted to know how I was doing before the service writeup for my vehicle. Then she looked for ways I could save money during this visit. She saved me money on this visit. Throughout my time there I was constantly updated. Thank you, Myrna!!!

Unfortunately Mr. Douglas is not there anymore, but David is another great advisor. I hope he stays there for a long time. He is not worry about 5 starts like others, he just want you to leave happy with your car running like new. Thank you Mr. David for your excellent service.

I am very disappointed with Service.I came and spent $201 and 2 hours.Service lady was nice but mechanic wants a lot of money for changing one tire sensor. I will never come back to you again. This is not the way you should the business. Service lady gave me one price $322 but mechanic wants $511.
