I really can't say enough great things about this business. I had purchased tires elsewhere, and I came to them to have them mounted and balanced. From the start they were able to squeeze me in right away to get them on my truck. Issues then arose at no fault of theirs, but these guys did EVERYTHING in their power to fix it. At the end of the day, the other shop that I bought the tires from sold me 4 bad tires. The hours they put into my truck though, and how understanding they were, I can't thank them enough. Mike went so far above and beyond any level of service I could have asked for. If you are looking for a shop that will stand by their work and are top tier in what they do, don't look any further. Thank you again Sparta Tire!

Was able to have two different issues for two different cars both able to be looked at and/or fixed the same day the issues happened. Very responsive, reasonably priced, and quick! Will be using them in the future!

These people took a look at my car and told me exactly what was wrong with it for free. They even gave me alternatives other than their own business to fix my issue. I don't feel like you see this kind of stuff anymore, so they deserve true praise. I will definitely be recommending them to others. I personally hate dealing with this kind of stuff, but they made it as easy as possible. Props to all of you.

Chris at the front desk is professional courteous and very knowledgeable. He takes the time to listen to questions and explain everything. With staff like that you can't help but be a success.

I ve been here a couple times a few years ago and had no complaints, decided to use them again for a simple job recently and it was clear they are just not the friendly guys they used to be. Won t be back.

Being a customer of Sparta Discount Tire is the closest thing to having an uncle in the auto repair business. I stopped in and for a brake check but after their inspection, I also needed rotors and an emergency brake service too. They know their business and were kind enough to educate me about how it all works. Its nice to know there is still reliable and competent professionals whose services are priced fairly available as I am planning on keeping my car rather than trading it in. Thank you for getting us back on the road!

The check engine light came on in my son's car - these guys were busy but made room in the schedule to take a look for him. Turns out the gas cap was loose from the last time he had filled up. The manager wouldn't take any payment. They've earned our business moving forward. Great prices on tires, too.

I am eternally grateful to have an honest and dependable business like Sparta Tire in town. On Thanksgiving weekend, my sister s car wasn t working and she and my parents needed to drive home 3 hours away. My dad and I took the car over to Mike on Thanksgiving weekend ;Mike and his technicians found the problem and got the car working immediately so my elderly parents could travel safely home on the holiday weekend. What a wonderful feeling to be able to trust a mechanic in town, and know that my parents would be safe traveling home. I can t say enough about this wonderful place!

Try to avoid this place they don't want to do oil changes because they're not enough money.. Spoke with a gentleman named Chris told me to come in at 8 o'clock I told him I can make it at 9:30 he said that's fine got there then he tells me I can't get a oil change they're closing At 2 I told him Why did they say they would give me an oil change if they can't do it he then got snaughty and said don't know what To tell you... From my experience avoid this place they are very unprofessional and they don't care to do oil changes but they'll take the big jobs very quickly

Mike and the mechanic that looked at my car were really helpful they found multiple codes on my car the main one being transmission so even though they couldn t fix it they took the time out to explain some potential causes and wrote down the codes for me and recommended me to other places that could assist me properly.

Love Sparta tire but my husband had an issue. About 2000 dollars worth of work was done on his BMW and we were told it was done. We went to pick it up and something was still not fixed. So we left it again and they are trying to get more money from us. My dad helped pay as we are living paycheck to paycheck. If I was a place of business I would have fixed the minor problem without charging since it was my fault That it wasn t caught the first time. Mind you this was under 120 dollar repair. Now I can t go back there because of my husband and how he feels.

I was in dire need of tires and stupidly kept putting it off.After the snow earlier this month, I did some research myself, then went to the Sparta Tire website for more research & sent them an email with a few questions.The next morning, I called around 9 am and Mike told he was 'just reading my email and had some questions". Once I answered them, he told me he could get me in that day and get the tires on. He suggested comparable tires that were cheaper than the ones I decided on and explained why they were so great in rain and snow, which I really appreciated because he could have easily just sold me the higher priced tires.Unfortunately, women are used to being treated like morons whenever we have to deal with car issues and Mike never made me feel like I didn't know my own car or was too stupid to understand what he was discussing with me. That's important. Women take note: you *will* be treated with respect at Sparta Tire.

We had a tire blowout on the way to Manhattan and limped home to Sparta on a barely functioning run flat tire. The guys at Sparta tire found a new tire and went out of their way to give us a ride home that night and had the car ready to go the next day at a reasonable price. Thank you and we will return in the future!

These guys are always willing to accommodate if you have a vehicle emergency or need an issue looked at right away, regardless of how busy they are. Their tire prices are always competitive with the big retail chains, and they will always give you options for your vehicle instead of trying to sell you expensive tires or repairs you don't need. I bring both of our cars here regularly and never had a problem they couldn't fix.

Honestly, the freakin BEST! The guys are so personable, kind, and genuine. Fast and quality service. Sucks to need to get a tire replaced, but does not suck to get it done here. Appreciate you, Mike!!!

I've been desperately in need of new tires for my car but work overnights so that can be challenging. We're supposed to get bad weather tomorrow. My mother told me that she could loan me the money and I should try and get the tires today or tomorrow. So this morning after work with only 3 hours sleep I called several tire places. The first place was a big chain and I was treated like I was a bit slow which I probably was with as little sleep as I had but still. The second place was a smaller local owned place and he was very nice. The third place was just down the road from where I was walking my friends dogs in Sparta. I apologized at one point and asked him to repeat something explaining that I work overnights and I'd only had 3 hours sleep. He was extremely polite and explained that if I drop the car off this morning they could change the tires. The problem was I had no way of getting back to pick up the car this evening and when I explained that I was told very nicely that they could come and get me, so I booked the car in. When I dropped the car off they asked me to call when I woke up so that they didn't call and disturb me while I was sleeping. I explained that I sleep until 7 when I get up for work but that I could be outside my house waiting around 515, 5:30 so that they could close their shop on time at 6 p.m. We agreed on that and I left. A moment later one of the guys came outside and said there been a change of plans. When I woke up my car would be waiting for me at the house if I could just call and give them my credit card information, they would take care of everything. I was so impressed with how understanding and considerate they were with someone who works night shift, something that I have found is quite rare. One of my pet peeves as the daughter of a mechanic is being treated differently by an auto shop because I am female and that was definitely not a problem here. They were kind, polite and extremely helpful and accommodating. They really went above and beyond and it was very much appreciated.

Hands down, BEST PRICES! Women, if you re hesitant or overly cautious when going to a mechanic, look no further. No hard sell on anything you don t need. Trustworthy and reliable. This is my second experience with these gentleman and again it was wonderful from beginning to end. Respectfully treated and that speaks volumes of the character of the owner of Sparta Tire and their staff. Keep up the great work guys!

Went out to my vehicle at lunchtime to find an unexpected dead battery. Called Sparta Tire and they were able to order and install the new battery within no time. Appreciate the fast service and happy to support a locally owned business that cares about their customers.

Mike and Chris are so nice. I came in with my 2 very young children and my repairs were going to take a couple hours, so Mike offered to drop me and my children off at my house to help me while my car was being repaired. You don't see service like this much anymore, this place is a gem. Thank you Mike!

These guys are the best. They're upfront and honest, don't try to sell you anything you don't need. Speaking as a clueless car owner, they take the time to explain things so you can better maintain your vehicle. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, and I do.

I called earlier in the week ordered 4 new BF Goodrich truck tires and a alignment for a Sat morning appointment.In and out in 75 min . Cant beat that!!Nice people to deal with too.Highly reccomen .

Awesome service.I went all the way from New York to get my Hummer H3 for repairs.It was making noise.The guy fixed the problem and did not charge me a single penny.As it was a 30 secs job.I am shocked and impressed.Of course i will be going again all the way to fix anything i need .Infact it has become a family shop now.

Top notch auto repair shop! All the guys at Sparta Tire ( Pat, Chris & Mike) are very knowledgeable and helpful. Most importantly they've never suggested a repair that wasn't needed. Great place for all General car maintenance.

Had my 2017 F250 there to check the alignment after the dealer said everything is good. They found both tie rods need to be replaced and the alignment is out of spec. NO CHARGE for this inspection, told me Ford should replace the parts under warranty. Will definitely go here for future repair work, Highly Recommend Sparta Tire to everyone!

The best place to for tires & auto service, Mike, Pat & Kyle - great to deal with and give straightforward answers, very fair pricing and geared towards excellence in Auto Service & Customer Service. Get quotes from others, but once you come to Sparta Tire - you'll be a long term customer. The real deal in the automotive service industry.

Decent prices and service at place near home where we had all our car's tires replaced and certain services performed. Only complaint is tire lugs lost at times by some careless techs but we like front desk staff who try to get us in and out quickly.

These guys don t make me feel like an idiot for not being auto savvy. I also check prices with a couple mechanic friends and they re always reasonable.
