Haydens is so much more than towing. I've driven past so many times not realizing I had an amazing auto repair right down the road from me. They really helped me with my teen daughters first car. It was a fairly large repair and we were worried about cost. They charged a fair price, fixed it and had my kid back on the road safely.They also got my truck in to repair my tire first thing one morning and got me to work on time. They have my business and I highly recommend them. Staff was wonderful and so was the service!

This is the place when you are looking for honest and quality work on your vehicle, Jen goes beyond office manager and is a pleasure to work with always keeps you up on all information as your vehicle is being worked on. Chris runs a 1st rate business being available for any Questions needed answered. This Organization goes beyond their means to work with their customers. I highly recommend them to all looking for great service on your vehicle

I found Hayden s Service Center through a recommendation. They couldn t have been any greater than I could ask. Jennifer, who handles all the appointments, is great with keeping you informed from beginning to end. Chris is the nicest guy and will drive you home and pick you up when your car is ready. Never experienced that kind of customer service before. Their pricing is also more reasonable than any other mechanic or dealership I ve ever dealt with. They have a customer in me.

Excellent service center. Chris (owner) and Jennifer (Admin. Asst) we re both outstanding, they diagnosed my Cadillac, dealt with my warranty company and repaired my vehicle professionally. Very organized shop. I ll definitely continue using them.

Hayden's helped me out pretty fast. Gave me the information I needed in regards to my truck in 2 days as they stated. To include willing to help me out with my other truck. You guys were kind, professional and patient. We will be coming back! Thank you Jennifer for not only the information but willing to help us out with our other truck.

Best work and trustworthy shop in Sussex county without a doubt. They always tend to find the problem and resolve within a matter of hours to days. And especially an incredibly customer service from the best lady herself , Jen. Wonderful person always attentive, caring, and ontop of her game. Very respectful towards her customers. What more can one want. They re best that s it.

Shouldn't even get 1 star! BEWARE! Dishonest! Do NOT use! I googled local repair shops and they came up w/ good ratings, what a joke! Must've been family and friends "loading" reviews for them because they were shamefully deceitful and dishonest!! Lie after lie about getting to my car which sat in their lot for 2 wks before they could get to it?! Called day after day for an update, nothing. Lies! Telling me they'd get to it... LIES!!!! Be honest and say we can't get to it or can't repair and then offer to tow to another repair place since you're a Towing Co! Then after conveying frustration, they can get to it, took the car apart and couldn't figure anything out! This all went on for 5 weeks!!!! Fed up, I called a dealership repair shop who picked it up and had it diagnosed same day and on the road the same week! Incompetent all of them and dishonest! Note: they are a "towing company" first and foremost, but NOT a repair shop in any capacity contrary to reviews and their advertising!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Hayden's is an awesome service center, if I could give them 10 stars, I would! My home state accepts out-of-state emissions tests for registration renewal, and I needed to get one on short notice to save myself from 30+ hours of driving. I explained my situation to Jennifer, and she and the mechanics worked to help me complete the process, even though this was a really unusual request. No other shop I called in the tri-state area was willing to help. Jennifer was extremely kind and helpful throughout this process, and the mechanics worked quickly to help me. Awesome service, fast, fair price, and great people!

I got a flat tire - screw stuck in it- Was nowhere near home. Googled and saw Hayden s was nearby. Stopped in and they were so nice! Took me right away, fixed the tire, were so friendly and helpful- and the price was great too. I highly recommend Hayden s! Wish it was closer to home I d use regularly!Service: TiresService: Tires

Had a car emergency early morning on my way to work, Jennifer took my call as soon as they opened and had me come in. I was serviced fast and they did a fantastic job. I had a 2nd Gen 3.5L Ecoboost cam phaser failure on my 2017 F-150. I called Hayden knowing they have good reviews and I can explore doing them to do this expensive engine work.The staff were very professional. They knew I was worried about trusting them to do a big job like this on my first visit, and they were very accommodating. Spent the time to talk through the technical bulletin that Ford issued, explained how they would obtain the right parts and how the actual work is going to be performed. I also got lucky because they were just finishing up another similar job on a Expedition. That made me feel a little better.When it was time to actually do the work, I called a couple of times to check on progress. They were very patient with me, explaining what's going on, and even show me actual progress and showed me the parts that are going into my engine.When the work was finished. They took the extra time to really ran the engine through, test driving it to make sure the problem is truly resolved. They did discovered additional failure of my wheel bearings and oil cooler. After fixing everything. The truck ran like new, and continues to run like new.It has been several months now and I put more than 6,000 miles on the engine. Everything is still working great. I am very happy with the work they have done, and the time they have spent making sure I feel comfortable the entire way through. I will definitely go back for other work.

Haydens replaced the ntakra on Nissan Frontier on 8/16. They did a great job. Timely efficiently. Price' way right. Everyone working there was super Nice. If you need Any work done on Your vehicle, I highly recommend you tabke it to Haydens Service. You want be sorry

Hayden's is the only diesel mechanic I plan to go to from now on. I don't usually post reviews but they deserve every good review they get imo. I've run my used trucks pretty hard, and my diesel has now needed a new engine AND new transmission, as well as other small things. These people answer the phone, get to your vehicle in a timely manor, and actually keep you updated on it. I dropped my F550 off 9 days ago in the afternoon, and they managed to diagnose the issue, order a new transmission, install it, and replace my front tires and exhaust manifold leak and lights, and had it done yesterday.So few businesses in my experience keep to their schedule and word, but these guys do. They're honest in reliable in my experience so far. If you need a diesel mechanic, my advice is go to them.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Transmission replacement, Wheel alignment

New to the Sparta area and glad I found Hayden s. Had issues with my front calipers and breaks on my jeep wrangler that they fixed right up for me, we re super personable and friendly- and even drove me home personally when I dropped off my car. I had the same issue that Hayden s fixed for me with my rear calipers and breaks last year (the joys of buying a used jeep the last guy took off-roading in MA). Hayden s charged me $900 LESS than the previous shop I used, and did a better job. Highly recommend!!!

I will never go anywhere else for my car issues! They have reasonable pricing and wonderful customer service. Chris and Jennifer are wonderful to work with. They are quick and responsive!

I used Haydens for tires , wheel alignment and a generator service on a Class A motorhome. It is not easy to find a reliable and honest repair shop let alone trying to find someone to service a motorhome. These guys are great. Superior customer service. I drive a TT Audi. Brought it there for a second opinion . on a $ 2000 dollar plus oil ,pan an extra job,he .saved me just about all of it, explaining that it was missed diagnosed, honesty is his motto. I have 3 other cars. I would not trust anyone with that type of allegiance.and honesty. Gary M.

Have been taking my vehicles to Hayden's for over 10+ years. The quality of the mechanic's work is excellent and the value is great! No need to take my cars to the dealer and over-spend on high priced labor. Chris Hayden, the owner, will always back the work of his staff.
