I have 2019 BMW M550IX which I always bring to GDO Automotive. I wouldn t bring my car to anybody else, they are the best mechanics who fix german cars in NJ in my opinion. Danny is a magician with them!Very friendly, honest and professional mechanics, highly recommended!

This was the best experience I ve ever had in the automotive industry hands down. I have sold cars for luxury car dealers and I have been exposed to all elements, Danny is a diamond in the rough for sure. Not only trustworthy, but extremely knowledgeable and skillful. Before choosing GDO I had received multiple quotes from reputable shops and lets just say that I got a truthful diagnosis and quote from Danny and GDO, not to mention the immense savings in money that he blessed me with. Plain and simple I have recommended GDO and Danny to many friends and family up to this point and to say that they are beyond happy is an understatement. I experienced a turbo failure in my 5 series and ended up stranded without a local shop that was willing to do the work to fix it, I was finally lucky enough to get my car towed to GDO Automotive where a job that was expected to take a week only took 2 days and I was able to drive my car home running beautifully. I would go out of my way to drive an hour here just to have my car serviced here. Absolute phenomenal service and work. Thank you for taking care of my car Danny.Service: Auto engine tuning

Danny and gdo automotive is by far the best shop in nj to bring ur German cars to he has the best prices around and a super fast turnaround time and consistently giving updates. he installed a turbo on my 535 in one night and was ready for pickup the next day and his prices beat every other shop in the area. he also helped trouble shoot many other issues. Also recently brought my girlfriends 2014 Audi A5 for an entire front end and again it was done the very next day with all oem parts for a great price, now the car drives brand new with no more clunks or noises. Highly recommend GDO

Not all heroes wear capes. Danny doesn t need one anyway. His work speaks for itself. I ve recommend him to several friends for a reason! He s the people s mechanic and has helped me out a lot on different BMWs.Whether be fixing the radio, optimizing the turbo or improving handling, he s got you covered. He truly does specialize on n54, n55 and b58 builds. But his knowledge expands to all BMWs. He s always busy working on older BMWs as well as 2024 models. It s refreshing to see a a real car enthusiast mechanic. He supports the community while being authentic.

These guys do amazing work. Brought my 2011 BMW 335i in to Danny and his crew and within 3-4 days had a Blown Valve Cover, Valvtronic Motor, Gaskets, Sensors, & a cracked Radiator all LIKE NEW again! I originally bought this car from a Dealer over the summer, drove it for about a month and than when these issues started to occurr the dealer, and another mechanic "couldn't" pinpoint them. Thankfully through a friend, I found and brought my car in to GDO Automotive. Needless to say, I won't be going anywhere else going forward. Great Work & Great prices! Thanks again Fellas! I'm more than Grateful to have found you guys.

GDO was a place I had never heard of due to it being a 1 1/2 hour away. I came across it, looking for downpipes for my 2022 M4 Comp, ended up getting a Custom Catback downpipes designed by them, steering wheel install, front mount intakes installed, as well JB4 tuned. They did it all. It was one of the best decisions I made. Danny was amazing. From the moment we talked on the phone, I felt very comfortable. He was very knowledgeable, very professional, and most importantly, a genuinely caring person. Definitely had no problem making him my mechanic. Trusted his knowledge and opinions and have no regrets. GDO is highly recommended. The best out. Thank you, guys, for everything. See you soon.

Had a wonderful experience today picking up my car. Mechanic was very friendly and honest. I would recommend bringing your European car, true specialist. Let s first start out that Danny has become a good friend of mine in our years of his service. Brought my car to him as an absolute wreck on a trailer after buying it from the auction. To say he put it back together and running for a fraction of what I thought it would cost is an understatement. Fast forward many cars, many trips to his shop and many friends/family referred to GDO I can confidently say danny and his father run a top notch shop where knowledge is infinite, trust is upmost, and quality of work is unmatched. Thanks for all your help Danny from e82s to e90s and e46s, e53s all the way up to e class benzes. There s no one else I trust with my 135i so if you have anything similar don t hesitate to see them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Definitely the best in the industry. Danny and his crew members are fantastic. I had a major repair to be done on a 12+ year old Audi; right off the bat, Danny knew what he had to do. Prices were extremely reasonable. The car ran perfectly after it was initially fixed, but I ran into some minor problems; however, Danny was immediately willing to fix the issue with no extra costs and was able to get it fixed the day of.

Brought my Supercharged Mercedes in for an Evap code. Got it scanned and smoke tested, turned out to be a hose going into the supercharger which needed to be replaced. Got all new gaskets and hoses for supercharger and the car was running much better. The owner Danny is very communicative and detailed in explaining repairs as well as sending very detailed pictures before starting any work on your car.

Danny is great and this is by far the best mechanic I ve ever been to. He really knows everything about European cars and if you have an e90 N54 or anything similar this is your one stop shop. The price is really good and the quality of work and knowledge he has is unmatched.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST PLACE TO BRING YOUR BMW! Danny and his guys care. Got my OFHG done on my n55 f10 m sport. Did proper oil priming procedure and his prices cannot be beat! He looks out for you and does not take advantage unlike some other shops I have been to in the past. This is my new home, and it should be yours also :)

Been coming to this shop for years now for service and extensive work on my cars and I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Danny is amazing; excellent service. I would highly recommend this spot for any bmw service you might have. I was skeptical in the beginning because another service center quoted me a ludicrous price for a service that might not have resolved my problem. Danny was able to diagnose this issue properly and pinpoint the issue to a valve solenoid and that the price and labor was great. Highly satisfied.

These guys are fantastic, I have been going to them for years. Best prices and quality work. I have serviced all my cars with them and only trust them to do work on my BMW X6. Ask for Danny, his is the man for everything: tuning, regular maintenance, engine rebuilds and many others. He does better work than the dealer; never had any issues. The level of service and commitment to the customers at GDO Automotive LLC is fantastic. The owner, Danny , works tirelessly to help each and every customer.I came to This car repair shop because another repair place wanted a HUGE amount to fix my car. I trusted the staff when they told me that the fix could be accomplished for much less money than the big car repair place wanted. Took in my 2018 m4 comp for the crankhub repair and to go full bolt on (intake,charge pipes, downpipes, and full exhaust system) major job but gdo did a great job and with great precision!! 100% will be going there in the future from now on and also gave me the best price around and did the job in great time!! I have been going to GDO for as long as they ve been in business. There is no other place like GDO. They re professional, they re friendly, they re kind, and MOST IMPORTANTLY they know what they re doing. Any issue I have brought my car with was handled perfectly, and handled timely. I have never had a shop that was so good to me and my car. I race and drift semi professionally and needless to say my car is constantly in and out of the shop for new parts and replacements. There is no other shop I ll trust my car with than GDO. Thank you for your hard work and dedication Danny and George. You re truly the best at what you do!

Absolutely fantastic shop. Took my car they're kind of by accident. was driving it to Trenton from sayreville with the brakes grinding and the car literally locked up right there in front of their shop so I pulled in parked it because it was a Sunday left a note and they called me first thing in the morning was not a problem whatsoever and completely redid the front brakes all new parts and labor on my 2015 Jeep Patriot for $260. They did a great job used the best parts and were absolutely excellent in every way. Honest cheap take your car there... highly recommend.

GDO Automotive is truly the best - trustworthy, reliable, knowledgeable and professional. Danny and George are the only people I trust with my BMW. Not a lot of shops out there specialize in BMW's and other European Vehicles. They will go above and beyond to give you and your vehicle the attention it needs. They will make sure you are back on the road safely and your car will drive better than expected. Highly recommended for major work or just simple fixes- these guys can do it all!
