Brought my car, Grand Cherokee, in for an oil pump replacement which I wasn t able to do myself. It s a very heavy job and Sergio, the owner/partner, said he would do me the favor and take the car in. After leaving my car there for over a month, after being told only 10 days, I picked it up with a variety of problems that weren t occurring when I had brought the car in. These issues go as followed- car over heating, 3 different lights on the dash (air bag, traction control and a P0038 check engine code), missing bolts on intake manifold and coolant reservoir, ac wasn t blowing out cold air (they disconnected all the ac lines to the condenser to get the front end off and didn t fill it back with refrigerant), ac making an incredibly loud noise (leak from the hose), dust shield rubbing heavy on the front rotors causing a loud metal on metal sound, and last but not least they got grease all over the cloth of the inside of my car on drivers side.(see attached photos). Overall horrible experience and horrible customer service. Had to go back and forth with them for awhile until they finally told me to fix their mistakes MYSELF. How unprofessional is that.. If I were you I wouldn t bring my personal car over there, let them deal with diesel or construction vehicles. Also paid $1000 cash for a very unfinished car. In the end I had to buy my own refrigerant and vacuum the lines out and fill it up myself, also had to bend the dust shields off the rotor myself. Also I m going to have to get my car detailed and hope the grease stains come out the cloth on the interior.

Recently went to go get tires and rims swapped on my car and unfortunately was done wrong and unsafe. I started driving and the car ride seemed off and was driving very unstable. Turns out the lug nuts were not put on and tightened correctly. Like to the point where i can screw them in with my bare hands. This was the owners son who supposedly did the job so im a little worried and concerned for his fathers business. I called and the guy brian (owners son) took absolutely no responsibility for it. Tried making up an excuse about the rims being aftermarket when in fact the rims were stock LOL what a clown. All he offered me was an apology yet he didnt take responsibility. If he would refunded me my $34 i wouldnt of had left this review. I guess they really need those $34 LOL DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU DEAL DIRECTLY WITH SERGIO. STAY AWAY FROM BRIAN.

Very lucky to have found this place. Small business owner here and downtime hurts. They jump on everything right away and get it done right the first time. They legit work on EVERYTHING. Trucks, brakes, trailers, bobcats, power equipment and anything else you could throw at them.

Liers used them twice, second time was emergency so had to use them. Tire guy ok but the rest, no idea what they doing. They say one thing but when comes to actual cost they charge different price. ABSOLUTELY unreliable. STAY AWAY.

In my time of need Eagle Tire Service rrplaced my flat tire with my spare. I was treated with great quality service by the mechanic and the owner. I would recommend this place 10 out of 10 times.

I got a flat tire with my truck in the middle of a route, they had me waiting there for more than 2h and gave me an attitude when I asked them to please help us so i could finish my route, i had to stay bc I had no more options but I would never go back in my life, it's been an awful experience.

Worst place! Over charged for work not done! Make sure you recieve paperwork and pictures of recipes when done .
