During the pandemic, Alan sold me a 2011 Mazda3 that I feel like I stole from him because it was such a great deal. The car actually appreciated in value by the time I went back to him for my newly purchased 2011 Mazda6. I only lost my Mazda3 because it was totaled while parked late at night when I was in my home. I got the Mazda3 with shocking low mileage and in the three years I had the car, I never had a problem. That made it a no brainer to go back when I lost my Mazda3. This car feels better than the 3. Extremely low mileage and even better performance. Alan did everything he could to make sure I left with it at an excellent number. His service is excellent. If you have a problem, he wants you to let him know so he can address it with the utmost kindness and assistance. If you re looking for a great car at a great price with excellent service, Alan will treat you like family.

Alan was amazing in helping me buy my dream car! He made the process super simple and easy! From negotiating and giving me an amazing price to explaining everything to me step by step. I ve know Allen for over 14 years and have purchased every car I ve ever owned from him. He has always be so helpful and friendly but most of all honest! and that s saying a lot about a car dealership, especially being a women buying a car so many dealers try and get over on you, but NOT Allen . He always made sure I was 100% comfortable with my purchases. I will gladly recommend him to anyone. If you need a car go to Valley Auto 2 and see Allen. He got you ! You can drive away knowing that you got a safe and reliable vehicle. For me that s super important, especially because I have children. Thanks so much Allen.. See you in a few years for a car for my daughters!

I brought a 2012 bmwx5 from Allen and the car is in new condition. You can't hear the engine when you start the vehicle, all the compliments that come with the BMW operates. As soon as I test drove the car I knew I had to have it. Valley Auto I give five Stars.

I've purchased 3 cars from Valley Auto over a span of 15 years. Alan offers reliable quality cars that very reasonably priced. He makes the process of buying a car seemless. I recently purchased a Nissan Altima at Valley Automotive. This is the 2nd vehicle purchase at this dealership. I was here last year with my son as he purchased from there as well. Both experiences have been great! My son hasn't had any problems with his Malibu. Alan is reasonable with the pricing and has been a pleasure to work with. Make sure you stop here for your vehicle search.

Trustworthy! From the moment I saw the ad for the car and had a phone conversation with the owner I felt comfortable with this dealership. Everything was very straight forward. No hidden fees. Car was just as stated. The lot is in a great neighborhood (not sketchy like someplaces). The owner is very friendly and a good businessman. Even when I arrived, I received a endorsement right away from a Parent and his daughter who were reselling a used car they purchased from this dealership. They gave the dealership the stamp of approval and validated everything I had concluded myself. Great place to shop for a used car!

Great Experience!! Allen sold my mother a car years ago and she has loved it ever since. I came with my Mom and I bought a car today it was the greatest experience I have ever had at any dealership. Such a great honest and knowledgeable man. Very trustworthy and truly wants to give his customers a great experience. Thank You for giving me my first personal car I will always remember this.

I found an honest used car salesman! I had my car checked by BMW dealership diagnostics. They confirmed that my car is in great shape (except oil leak of which I was already aware). Boutique, personalized service.

Allen is great at what he does. He is patient and works with the customer to make sure everything makes sense to you before letting you leave out the door. From both a professional and personal perspective, Allen is the guy to work with. Not only did he get me in the car of my dreams, but he did it in the most fair and seem less was possible. I would definitely recommend this auto dealer as one of the best in New Jersey and the fairest I have ever worked with. Give Allen a look if you are in the market for a vehicle. I promise you will not regret it.

Great experience! When I first saw the car, I knew that it was perfect for me. A God send. Shopping for and the actual purchase experience was both personable and smooth. I have sincerely enjoyed driving my beautiful and reliable car every day! Great place to buy a car from, purchased a 2011 Audi q5 low mileage, well upkeep almost looks like it s new. The salesman was absolutely awesome willing to help with pricing, payment and was very negotiable. Definitely will come back if I need a new vehicle

I am not from the US, but buying my used car from Alan was a very streamlined experience in which he made everything very simple for me. Keeping in mind I did not know much about how things work here. There are no hidden fees in his process and he is transparent about everything when it comes to buying used vehicles. I highly recommend checking out his lot if you are in the market!

I cannot say enough good things about Allen and Valley Auto. This was our first time buying a used car, and he was the least pushy and most attentive salesman I have ever met. We needed a second car, and he encouraged us to spend LESS. He contacted us when a car came in that met our needs, and he was spot on. The service did not stop after the sale, as he remains in touch and responsive about anything! The best. Truly.
