Just stopped in for a new battery for my key fob. The guy was so helpful and even replaced it for me rather than just selling me the battery. He also wanted to make sure that I understood how to start my car when the key fob battery dies, which unfortunately/fortunately I was familiar with, but I appreciated that.

Got a new battery here turns out it was a refurbished battery and was bad, my car broke down within a week of getting it fixed for a ridiculously expensive price at Napa - avoid this place!

NAPA KNOW-HOW! After chasing my tail for months trying to figure out why my Mustang wouldn t start, I walked in here feeling completely hopeless and hoping for some sort of miracle. Dan asked if I d checked my ignition points gap. He grabbed a distributor, popped it open and showed me what to look for and how to fix it. Well what do you know, IT WORKED! I returned to thank Dan and he loaned me a tach & dwell as well as a timing gun. The car is running better than ever. DAN IS THE MAN.

It's like being at a relatives house. Dan welcomes you like your family. He is very knowledgeable and can offer his very wise opinion on what you might need. That Napa know how. Lol. Well stocked with parts. Napa quality. I always liked Napa parts since I was growing up. There starters and alternators are paramount over advanced or auto zone. I also like there batteries also. They seem to last longer. I'll be back.

Didn't go in here for anything major. Fortunately this time around it wasn't any part or some urgent component I needed for my car, just an air pump to have on hand.I hit a pothole and the air pressure sensor came on, but my car doesn't specify which tire is low andI generally have a hard time with the ones located at gas stations that you have to hold onto the valve stem. These are counterintuitive in that air escapes as it is being filled. No good.I went in looking for a specific pump with a screw on nozzle, not the clip on one or any similar to those found at gas stations. The owner was very helpful and lead me directly to the one I needed at a reasonable price. Has a built in light and pressure monitor which is extremely helpful.Anyway, I wrote this review because the vibe and the service I got from this place was more involved, unlike what I've experienced at larger chain stores like Autozone or Advanced. Less salespeople and more concerned individuals. Great auto shop.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I walked in knowing nothing about the part I needed or my car and I walked out feeling confident. This is now my go to spot.

It's not a big store, but quality aftermarket and brands are sold here. The associates are very friendly and most importantly, knowledgeable.
