HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!. I spent $116k on my X6m50, and brought it to Park Ave BMW for a simple tire change. Upon picking up the car, I noticed all of my titanium lug nuts were damaged, and I brought this up to Zach, who didn't seem too concerned, and eventually ghosted me. I then reached out to David Bergamotto, who tried low-balling me on the replacement cost for the lug nuts. David then wanted to meet in the middle (his idea was below the middle), and when I pointed out exactly what dollar amount was in the middle, he has been ignoring my emails. During this entire process, getting a response from either Zach or David has been painstaking. The only reason I even heard from them occasionally was because I relentlessly followed up on our email threads. After finding out my neighbor also had damage done at Park Ave BMW for a service call, it reassured me how horrible their customer service is.This is a reflection on Park Ave Auto group as a whole, and me and my family do not plan on spending another dime on sales or service with their entire group. Such a petty issue when I have dated photos proving it happened in their possession. I don't care how it happened, what I care about is having it rectified. I WILL SEE YOU IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT! In addition to filing any formal complaint I can with the State and County.

I would like to thank the dealer and especially Glen, who was simply wonderful in helping us resolve our warranty issues on our BMW X7. you did more than we expected. the feedback from Glen was especially nice, a week after visiting your dealership, Glen called back and asked if we were all right! we are impressed by the attitude of the employees and the company, very customer-oriented. I urge you to reward Glen generously!

I recently experienced excellent service from this BMW service center. My service advisor was professional, courteous and very helpful. I would like to acknowledge Daryl Hughes who was patient and took the time to explain my car's service requirements. I dropped the keys to my car near their building. I had to have a new key fob made because they were closed Saturday night. Then I went there when they opened to see if anyone found them. The young lady at the desk got up and walked to the Service area asked Carl if anyone turned in car keys. He looked, found my keys and returned them. Someone from there found them, and gave them to Service. I am very grateful for the person who found them and appreciative for their assistance and kindness while there. A+

Darryl in service is absolutely amazing. I was having issues with my apps in my 7 series and he cleared them up in just a few minutes. Extremely nice guy and resolved the problem quickly. Can t thank him enough for making this so easy.

Actually, I am NOT satisfied with service. I took my car to Park Ave on 2/15 expecting expert repair. What I received instead was a warning that the passenger side mirror will most likely be damaged upon removal; when the electric motor is replaced. An expert technician should have be able to solve the problem of removing the mirror without damaging it. Anticipating the damage is not what a customer wants to hear. Or, should expect.I have currently have 2 BMW's and have owned this brand since 1992. I understand that dealer service is the most expensive. But, I go expecting expert service. It's disappointing when they cannot fix their own product without having to replace everything. This modular approach to repair, while profitable to the Dealer, is extremely disappointing. Beware...

Great service center. Clean waiting areas with snacks, coffee and refreshments. Access to plugs for your laptop, phone charging station and desktop computers to use during your wait. TV's for your viewing pleasure if you did not bring anything. Car wash usually included. Be prepared to stay 1 hour plus for certain services.

In May 2022 I purchased a pre owned 2021 BMW X5 XDrive 40i from BMW of North Haven, CT. X5 had 13,000 miles when I purchased it. After two months the check engine light came on and supposedly it was a software issue. Then the subwoofer went at 22k miles and I literally had to take videos with sound and research on BimmerForum to see if other owners have had similar issues. I took my findings to the dealer and they replaced the subwoofer. At 30k miles I took the truck to Park Ave BMW service because of an odor of coolant in the cabin and a check engine light. They said the water pump failed at just 30k miles and needed to replaced. Warranty covered it.Since then the truck has a rattle noise coming from the trunk area and also creaking noises coming from the rear seats . I ve taken the truck back to Park Ave Service and they fix the issue for a day and then the next day it comes right back.I have emailed the Service Manager twice and he has not had the courtesy of replying to my email with my concerns. I am keeping a paper trail of my emails and concerns. I picked up my truck on January 26th, 2024 after having it in service for almost a week over the rattling sounds. Glenn asked the forman to drive the vehicle and he was able to hear the noises and make the necessary adjustments. But this is bigger than just simple adjustments and BMW has failed at properly diagnosing the issue, instead opting to put a bandaid on the issue to satisfy the customer for a day or two.Honestly my experience with owning a BMW has NOT been the best! And the lack of interest from the Service Department in properly addressing my concerns raises many questions about the long term reliability of this brand!The Ultimate Driving Machine with its high cost and expensive maintenance have made me reconsider owning this car last 50k miles!*****UPDATE*****A week ago I received a phone call from the Service Manager at Park Ave BMW. We spoke on the phone regarding the issues with the X5 specifically the rattle noise coming from trunk area. The manager explained that it s from a part that has been plaguing BMW for years with the two door design X5 s have. So I m here thinking, if this has been an issue for years why hasn t BMW offered a recall or a permanent solution ?The rattle noise is very annoying and unnerving and I basically have to drive around always with the music on so that you don t hear the rattle.Anyways the conversation ended with no solution to the problem. The manager was more concerned about the negative review I left instead of customer satisfaction and retention. I m planning on going back to my Japanese vehicles were reliability and customer satisfaction is high!

After receiving a massive quote from a different Service Center to fix my BMW, I called Park Ave BMW and they promised me they would give the car a look, and help me in any way they could. They towed my car to their service center and were able to fix my car for a fraction of the cost I was originally quoted. We were in a vulnerable position, and Park BMW did right by us. Dave, Hector and the whole team were professionals. I don't often leave reviews, but Park BMW more than earned it and all my future business.

This BMW service is awesome. Came to fix engine oil sensor. Found low beam warning when I picked up my car and Nic offered me bulb change with no charge. Guys are so friendly. I didn t expect that for free so leave tips for the fixer. Highly recommend Park Ave BMW.

I would like to take a minute to explain how grateful I am that I took my vehicle to Park Ave BMW service center. I initially went in for a check engine light that was caused by what we thought was a faulty knock sensor. After having the sensor changed, and the several hours of labor it takes to get to it,, the warning lights came on again shortly after. Long story short, after I bought my car back to the dealership, thinking I was given a faulty new sensor, they had found previous rodent damage that was fixed subpar by the dealer I purchased the car from(not BMW). . BWM completely covered the cost of my second visit, which would ve been a substantial bill. I cannot thank them enough for their expertise and commitment to satisfying their customers. Thank you

If we could give more than 5 stars we certainly would! We had the misfortune of having our car break down while we were on a weekend trip. What was fortunate was Park Ave BMW was the closest dealer so we called and the tow truck took us there. Melissa was amazing. She was so friendly and helpful and immediately made us feel better about the situation. All of the employees were professional, friendly, and competent. They kept us updated throughout the process and the whole experience left us very impressed with this business. Thank you so much!!

I recommend making an appointment and arriving before they open so your first in line like me ;)They have an waiting room with Free WiFi, Free Starbucks ( WISH I KNEW I BOUGHT SOME BEFORE I CAME lol ) but 2 or 4 cups won t hurt anyone unless you have heart conditions. They also offer free water Yogurt, and have cool little shop, along with computers w/ a printer and phone charging station.Def a good service center.

Exceptional! I had the misfortune of being rear-ended by a distracted driver, and decided to go there after some research. Truly exceptional service! Dropping off the car was a breeze (make an appointment and send your initial estimates!). The team worked directly with insurance, provided detailed pictures and updated estimates. Chris is a top-notch professional, and the incredible ladies on the phone answered all my (sometimes dumb) questions. My car took a bit longer due to an error from the insurance company, but the team was patient and when all things were a go, got on it and repaired it. Good as new! Park Ave has a new customer in me!

I was an unfortunate mechanism issue with my BMW far away from home. I called Park Ave for assistance and I was treated like a valued client that has been doing business for years. They sent their own towing to assist me and towed the car to the dealer for further investigation. At my arrival, I had a red carpet treatment and Wilson the advisor, was super understanding and took care of my car and reassured me that they will take care of it. Very pleased with the service I received.

Update-04/10/24:I recently had new tires installed on my vehicle at Park Ave BMW.Although they mixed up the speed rating of the tire in the order details or miscommunication to the technician led to a less than satisfactory interaction with a Service Advisor. The situation was professionally addressed and resolved by the service director, Dave. Appreciate his willingness to retain customers.Old review:I recently has a flat tire and when I called the service centre at Park Ave Bmw, Bong responded swiftly and setup an appointment with Jim. Jim was quick to respond and was near my house to provide mobile service within 25 mins.

Deeply saddened with Park Ave service. This is the second disappointing visit I had. Went for an oil change. They offered a $99 special for all 4cyl and 6cyl models. I confirmed with service provider (Glen) prior to work order. He confirmed that price. When I got bill it was $130. It s not the cost difference that upsets me. It s the lack of communication and the fact he confirmed prior to work being done. Also do not advertise ALL if it does not cover all. I guess I have to report this unethical marketing practices.

The service team at Park Ave designed a seamless process from beginning to end so that I was not inconvenienced. Melissa took care of my loaner appointment, Christian and Bree put me in a very nice courtesy car, Gary and Glen were true gentlemen and professionals who went above and beyond. They satisfied all inquiries and accommodated me accordingly to the BMW standard. Very impressive

I have been going to this BMW dealership specifically for my BMW YMB M4 since 2016. I first worked with Herron who was amazing but he had left and I was assigned Daryl Hughes. I cannot describe how lucky I am to have met him as my service advisor. This is the the 4th time I have come in (for servicing, routine, and some body work). EVERYTIME, I only request Daryl because he is trustworthy, very knowledgeable about //M cars and regular BMWs, and he is professional. I work in healthcare so I know how hard a demanding field is and Daryl goes above and beyond. With Daryl, this is not a regular transactional relationship, this seems more like a sibling/family style. I will continue to bring my beloved //M car here and only here.

Earlier this week I went in for routine service on my vehicle. The service from Daryl and team was anything but routine. They were amazing. They were fast, the car was clean and Daryl went out of his way to help with a nagging issue. I ve purchase my last two cars from here because the service is the best I ve had from any auto dealership in the nation.

Great servicing and friendly staff. Like for like I d think all bmw certified servicing are similar quality. What makes the biggest difference is how Park Ave service tries their best to reduce inconvenience good communications, more upfront, and happy to make accommodations. Daryl service advisor is great. I dealt with Christian for loaner service and he s the best. He made the biggest difference in customer experience in how he handled our loaner swap situation with ease and knowing my preference from previous visit.

I'm giving the five stars to Claudio were he helped me big time with some repairs for my car . I was having problems with the sunroof drain and the engine mounts where he gave a great deal on the repairs. I'm very happy from the service that he offered me I would also recommend this service center to anyone.
