My experience could not have been better. Called on the phone for a broken part, Tariq ordered it immediately over the phone. Brought it to the shop the next day and was done in a few hours. Very reasonable prices and easy process. 11/10 would recommend going here.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tariq Usmani and their team, and I was very impressed with their honesty and transparency. They were upfront about the cost of the work, and they didn't try to add any hidden charges. They also gave me a full explanation of the work that they were doing, so I knew exactly what to expect.I was very happy with the final results, and I would definitely recommend Tariq Usmani to anyone looking for a reliable and honest contract.

Tarik the owner of the shop is friendly and easy going. Whenever there's a problem he got you taken care off. Fair price $$ and the mechanic do a good job

Honestly was checking when they close so I know how long I have to pick my truck up, and realized I never reviewed them.Place is honest, extremely good at what they do. The owner and staff are all extremely helpful and everyone seems happy to be working there, which generally tells me a lot about the type of shop I m bringing my vehicle to.Great shop. Highly recommended! 10 stars if I could

We had a major issue with our motorhome and pulled into the first garage we could find off the highway. Even though they're not set up to work on RV's (won't fit inside), they worked on it in the parking lot and got us back on our way. We are so thankful for Tariq and his team!!!

Honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Best auto repair shop in NJ. I used to go to Nissan dealership and got ripped off multiple times. I would talk to Tariq (owner and manager) for all my car issues. Highly recommended.

Not much seating area. Shop has more than one mechanic. Plenty of fast food in area for waiting. Speedy service.

Great hidden gem in central NJ. Owner and mechanics are knowledgeable and honest. I have gotten work done on my BMW, Escalade and Honda over the years. They always call and explain their findings before doing the work and advise on repairs that can be done in the future. Highly recommended for all auto repairs.

The best auto repair place that I have ever been to. Based on my experience, these folks are the cheapest and most professional of all. I've been driving for over 26 years and have experienced repairs on my cars over the years. This is the most trusted and top of the list. They work with you on your options. Many people come from far away for repairs and swear by the quality of repairs. One time I the OTHER REPAIR SHOP gave me a estimate for $1,560. These guys did it for $600. Big difference. Mechanics can be tough to choose from these days due to all the shady stuff that takes place with customers (especially women), however, these guys are the best in Bound Brook! No hidden fees, no lies, no extra costs, etc.Great service by a great team! Highly recommend! When you get there ask for Tariq or Carlos.

Its very tough finding a mechanic you can truly trust nowadays. I ve had plenty of bad experiences in the past with mechanics but Tariq never disappoints, he's a man with morals and integrity and his staff always do exceptional work on my car.

i used to get my oil changes here, brakes, etc. I ended up having a serious engine problem. I had the car towed here, was told that i needed a new engine. I agreed to the price (although $1450 was in labor alone)and let them know that i needed the car late February (car was towed there in late January). I called over and over again to see the status and the response was always "im waiting for a call back, i called a couple people" week by week passed and finally i was told "i got an engine but didnt like how it looked so i sent it back, now im looking for another". Was a month not enough time to fix a car? THEN asks me for a $2,000 deposit AFTER 2 months of having my car??!!! this was never discussed and quite frankly im not paying anyone until the job is done! I told them the urgency i needed the car as i was dumping money into car rentals. finally found someone to do the job for HALF the price and got the car out of there ASAP. Friends told me not to use this place but the location was convenient and never had an issue before. (except when they did a tune up on the engine and forget to put antifreeze in the radiator so my car overheated while i was driving). They dont pay attention to detail and take the "fast" way out. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Not even an enemy.

The owner is knowledgeable and honest. A truly rare combination in auto repair business. He would frequently suggest that I don't do a certain repair because it isn't really worth it. He does the job right and for a good price.

Any time I have any problem with my car I take it to this place. They are honest and don't tell me anything extra what I don't need. Last week I called them after hours almost 8 in the evening. Someone answered my call and helped me with my car. Where you will find this kind of service.

I have been going to Bargain Auto for about 10 yrs now n they are the BEST. Honest, diligent, optimal price, nice people to talk to, n always accomodative. They dont rip you off by selling something which isnt needed. Even if you do ask to check on something, they will come back to you n say its not needed if it isnt needed. Very unlike others. Hope they continue their good work. -Ravi

I got a flat tire and they fixed it in less than 10 minutes. If you are around the Meridia Apartment in Bound Brook and get a flat I recommend this place! Thanks guys you saved my day.
