I wouldn t go here. I m sorry but last year my wife went and got an oil change before we went on our Florida vacation. Came back gotten another oil change at this same location. I was then getting a check engine light. Car was smoking out the exhaust. Went and gotten another oil change at a different location to find out, Valvoline never changed the filter from the first visit. I called explained to them and what they told me is that it is their filter but it looks like I rubbed it on the ground. Never ever again will go to this place. If I can put zero stars I would.

I went to get my oil changed today. Christine and John helped me. They share my parents names which is awesome! They were so thorough, helpful, and professional with everything. They had me in and out and kept a smile on my face the whole time. I will always go when they are on shift!!! Keep up the great work Christine and John!!

These guys are thorough! The technicians were communicative and went the extra mile to take care of my vehicle even for just a simple oil change. Christine the manager was fantastic in guiding her team and seems like a great teacher, couldn't thank you all enough!

Marina was wonderful!Manager offered me to change the wipers after inspecting them, when I just got the changed (brand new) a week ago... :/Edit (March 12th, 2024) : The manager was right in suggesting to change the wipers. I did not realize then that there was little damage at the end of the passenger-side wiper. My sincere apologies to her.

I came here once for new windshield wiper blades and once for an oil change. While the oil change was fairly quick and convenient, it was extremely expensive. The windshield wipers were also very expensive and are already making the scraping sound as if I need new blades again. I only had them replaced just a few months ago.

Christine is an absolute nightmare. Couldn't bother to even leave her computer chair. She scoots around the facility which must be against the safety protocol. Bring back the old management and staff. Things haven't been the same for almost a year now. If you are still looking to get an oil change here, go for Steve. He's a breath of fresh air.

Great Service, addressed my after service issue with a very professionalism by the Manager Mike. Will recommend this place for oil change and rest of other light Maintanance. Keep up the good work. Always a Valvoline customer but this branch is the Best, I ve ever been.

an oil change should not cost $127.00! That is ridiculous! But I do love the convenience of just pulling in and getting the oil changed quickly..and I didn't even have to get out of the car.

They are very professional and courteous and efficient. My car was leaking oil, and the manager informed me to take it to a mechanic. Took it to the mechanic and got my oil tank replaced without damaging my engine. I went back a couple of days later to get my oil changed with a complimentary wash.

Staff is always friendly and courteous. They check everything and don't push selling you things you don't need. You sit in your car while they check and change your oil. Always a pleasure going there

I normally wouldn't do a review for oil change but the service I received was too good to not do one.I accidentally bought a Groupon for the wrong location so I had to come here and have to say it was the best mistake I could've made. The crew were professional and courteous and did everything like experts. The free car wash was the cherry on top.This is now my go to oil change spot.

Honestly, it s pretty pricey. My fully synthetic oil change was $80. However, he topped off my other fluids, inspected my wipers and even offered to install ones I had bought elsewhere for free. He walked me through the whole process in an educational, but not condescending manner. Also took a look at my wheels and tires, and got a complimentary car wash.Although they were understaffed, I was in and out of there in 15 minutes.The manager Joe took care of me and my vehicle. He was beyond courteous, respectful, and offered valuable advice. One of the kindest and respectful people I ve ever met, I d return just to interact with him. Joe earned all 5 stars in my book and I ll be back in a few months to do it again.Service: Oil change

These guys here are the most friendly staff I ever dealt with. Got my car serviced quickly and to me importantly cleanly. Prices are as fair as any other service place. You might as well deal with nice people that do a great job.

Great job and value. This is the fastest and most professional oil change spot. All the technicians are very professional and not pushy with recommendations. And you get a free car wash right next door making it an excellent value.

Great group of workers here. The manager, Joe, was very helpful. The men and women who worked on the car were so friendly (Alejandro and Joe if I remember correctly). I ve been going to this location for a few year and have always been happy with the service.

Great experience from beginning to end. The guys are courteous, informative, and thorough. They actually say out loud everything they are doing. Even showed me the dipstick to know the engine was full.

Not bad, this was my first time. I usually go to Jiffy lube, Joe (the manager) was very helpful. And got a free car wash, which is next door. I will be back again.

This is the best Valvoline I have ever been too. I usually get my car serviced at the dealership bc it is Hybrid and Toyota updates are important. During COVID the dealerships have had no appointments for weeks on end and I hate going too long without an oil change so I bring it here. I love that they give you a free coupon for the car wash that is next door (not sure if they do it for every oil change service but I get a synthetic oil change), they are always quick and always thorough. I have never had any issues, and the people who take care of you are always pleasant and helpful. This is a perfect "in-between" oil change place for my car when I cant get into the dealership!Service: Oil change

Extremely thorough every step of the way, and I love the fact that it's a drive through so you don't even have to get out of the car!The gentleman who serviced the car was very honest too. Didn't try to push me to purchase any additional services, just informed me of what was good and what wasn't and let me make my own choices.I'll probably be going back next time my car needs a tune up.

Came here in August to get my oil changed using a Groupon discount. They were efficient, professional and pleasant. I knew my cabin air filter had not been changed for years and since I had the discount I had it replaced. Below is the picture of how bad it was. I had just had my car detailed so I did not use the car wash coupon they gave me. I will continue to use Valvoline as I have in the past since all my info is in their computer system anyway.

Oscar took care of my car and was incredibly thorough and respectful. I've been to Valvoline many times and Oscar was the absolute best technician I've encountered.I also loved getting a coupon for a free car wash at the place attached, after I was finished getting my oil changed.

Had a great experience. Very knowledgeable and informative especially to someone who has no car knowledge. Daniesha let me know exactly what I needed without pushing anything on me. Mike worked down beneath on the car and they seemed like a great team. I came here last minute to get an oil change and they took me in right away. NO WAIT! They quickly explained to me what are my charges and how things worked and before I know it they were already working on my car. The whole process was easy and fast and my Technician Rueben was a true professional! Thank you so much!!

Wouldn't take my car to any other place after visiting here. The staff are friendly and more importantly, knowledgeable.Highly recommend the reasonable prices also. My go to for a quick and pleasant oil change.

Good service and like how they handle the car and give suggestions on what to clean/fix.My only question for this particular Valvoline was the car wash. It seemed to be closed and I have been using that particular Valvoline for the carwash since it was known as Posh. Is it still open or is it closed down now?Thank you!Service: Oil change
