This is a great dealer! I bought a Toyota Highlander here and the guys there went above and beyond to help us get the car we wanted. The car was in great condition and the price was great too! They were nice and friendly and I can t say enough good things about everyone there. They are not your typical car salesman. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend this dealership for used car. From the start of me driving off the lot and even after the purchase, the owner was extremely helpful and easy to work with. I told him exactly what car I wanted and he kept it for me for 1 week. He was getting so much other customers for the car but he kept it for me just because he had given me his word, what a guy he is. So if your ever in need of a car and they have it, I say go for it and you won't regret it one bit.

Bought my daughter s first car here and it was a great experience from the test drive, to pick up, to the actual car itself. Good quality vehicle and had it checked when I got home and no issues. Would definitely recommend

Great customer service. Usman is a very honest and helpful salesman. I went to purchase a vehicle that I saw online. He made me test drive it. He also made me test drive another vehicle that was within my budget. I ended up purchasing the 2nd vehicle that he suggested. This vehicle is now my daily driver. I'm very happy with my purchase.I would recommend anyone who is looking to buy a used vehicle to check out Value Depot Auto. You would not be disappointed.

I met Usman through my sister who brought 2 cars from him. My car broke down and I went to him with literally nothing. He calmed me downed and help me find the perfect car for my needs. Him and team made sure that I got a great deal with the banks and it all worked out in a matter of 3hrs. Usman is so sweet and very kind that he basically gives you the carfax to review the vin numbers to check and anything else that you may need to gain his business. Wonderful soul not all dealers are like him. Please try him out if your looking for a reliable nice car.

I saw a vehicle online and reached out to Value Depot. I was contacted by Sales Rep. Usman, who was very friendly and upfront about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. When I arrived at their lot, I realized I had purchased a used mini van there about 8 years ago. My experience was good then and it was even better now! The vehicle was very clean and competitively priced so there wasn t much negotiation room. Usman however made sure I got a little price break as a return customer and USMC retiree. There s nothing fancy about the dealership, but I can tell you that Value Depot has treated me and my family with 5 Star Service on both occasions. I d like to add that both vehicles were used As Is with no warranty, but proved to be in excellent mechanical condition. Thank you Usman and Value Depot for another positive, no pressure car buying experience!

Not sure what kinda a experience the other guy had, i had a great experience Usman was great. I know the place is not one of the best but for the prices Usman had was unbelievable. They offered me great deal and also took care of some of the issues that i had on my car. Check engine light came on my car after a week and i took it back. Usman fixed it for free

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! STAY AWAY!! COMPLETELY UN COOPERATIVE AND SKETCHY! This place was horrible, they over priced all their vehicles. I was looking at a subaru with 130,000 miles. When i got to the place i wasnt expecting the greatest, but this was just awful. Firstly i was left alone at the dealership, then located my car by spying it out. From the outside the car was in poor shape.The back wheel missing a lug, headlights were yellowed, roters and calipers rusted out. I popped the hood and found black coolant. Engine oil was more like engine hershey's syrup. Transmission fluid looked like it had water in it and low. I finally got the keys from usman after he appeared from a test drive. I get inside and this vehicle looked like a homeless man was living it. Seats had cuts and gouges, the door handle was coming off the concole had chips and scratched in it. I made my assessment and i since i mod cars i was willing to look past all of this. I could get this car in shape with some money and a ton of time and elbow grease. After explaining all these faults to Usman he dismissed me and insisted i pay his sticker price. He didn't even thank me for my time and interest. I walked away disgusted and took 2 showers after dealing with someone so greasy!

Warning!I went today to see a vehicle they claimed ran. They told me they replaced the drums, roaders and brakes. I took it for a test drive and pressed on the break to stop and it kept going for a distance under 15 feet. Do not buy from here. The back left door did not open from the inside. The back right did not open at all. The passenger door window didnt go down, ect. They do the minimum on their cars, stay away.My favorite part was when I brought up the breaks and the dealer said " it will stop, just step on the break a couple times".I'm pretty sure that it is illegal to sell a car that dose not stop right.

This establishment is a scam. They sold us a car with bad tires that could potentially cause a accident. Stay far way from this establishment.

Great place, usman is awesome he stuck with me even after my purchase, and you dont see that anymore. He gave me his word on a certain situation and till this day keeps it......great experience definitely 5 stars
