I Baught here my second car in 7 months my experience with Ali Nadir (sales representative) was very,nice I mean he didn t gave me the car for free its his job! But the way he explained me everything and gave me the car I need was incredible!got twice the best deal I asked everyone in my family and my friends they said even nowadays in this bad situation it s a good deal and I ll not gonna loose money ! I recently purchased a car from Unique Auto Mall, it arrived in South Carolina yesterday. Shout out to Vlad who was a real help and a great point of contact. The rest of his team was not as helpful; follow up on the delivery date and time had me going around and around from person to person. My suggestion if you are purchasing a car from an out of town dealership -- BE PATIENT and get the names of everyone involved at the location who also have a role in your buying experience.

Purchased a used car from these guys back in October. Was really hoping they were a reputable used car dealer; I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt although they gave me a few reasons not to.Things like:- promising a certain rate for financing and then taking it back when I went to sign (on top of the finance manager being very rude). It took me walking out for them to give me the agreed upon rate.- Neglecting me after the sale was made. Customer service seems to end when they get paid even though they agreed to take care of maintenance. Getting anything done was like pulling teeth.- Including new brakes and oil change in the transaction, and then trying to go back on their word, claiming we lost money on the car so we decided not to pay for the brakes . (All after this was promised and signed for on the We Owe you document.)- promising to resurface the media screen because of scratches then not returning calls and texts and never doing work. (also on the We Owe You document.)I worked with Ricardo and he hasn t returned my calls or texts for months. They still owe me maintenance as per the documents we signed. Seems like they want you to think they are for your needs until they get your money. Then you are no longer important.Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Typical shady used car dealership experience. We need to start doing better than this in our society.

Everything was done through the phone and online. Super easy and with zero trouble. Vlad was efficient and didn t sugar coat or forced anything, on the contrary he facilitated everything with the bank and kept me updated with calls/texts throughout the process. Easiest purchase I ve done. Thank Vlad!

I went to the dealership today , and the staff were amazing group of people, extremely friendly and great to be around with. They made my car buying experience so easy and weren't pushy at allI had met Shannon who introduced me to one of the salesmen there and she was very friendly , professional and also easy to get along with... the salesman Lamar did a fantastic job. I walked out with a brand new Mercedes G wagon , thank you all for everything

Came here 2 times looking for the car I wanted and finally came to a deal here. It was a rough start with some miscommunication. Long story short everything went well and they were easy to deal with. Highly recommend salesmen Ali stand up guy and straight forward help me through the whole process and even after buying the car I called and texted him about some concerns that I had that ended up being no issues he was always responsive and got back to me right away. I had an excellent experience purchasing a pre-owned Mercedes Benz from Unique Auto Mall. My salesman Ricardo was efficient, knowledgeable, and not pushy. His manager Damon assured the car was delivered to me after being serviced and detailed. Unique has an expansive inventory of high end vehicles, and should be strongly considered by anyone seeking a pleasant buying experience.

Live in Pa. Scheduled an appointment to look at several different types of BMW x7. Introduced to Kevin Ordonez, sales. Kevin listened to what exactly I was looking for and the monthly payment. After looking at several choices we purchased a 2022 White BMW x7 in excellent condition with 30k miles. Kevin worked to get the deal we wanted in a timely matter. The process was smooth and easy. Kevin made it easy and has a great personality. I would recommend this dealership and Kevin to anyone looking for a used luxury vehicle. Great selection of top end cars! Thank you, Kevin.

Tried to buy a car from them over the phone and was gonna fly in to buy it. Was trying to get all the numbers in a good spot before flying out and they are saying the price they have listed is only for dealerships and auctions to buy at . Car was $ 39,888 and i know dealers have doc fees and such which isn t a problem. They try to put a $3,400 certification charge on there. Asked for a manager and they wouldn t give me one and such. They hung up on me when i called them out on it. They said it s in the Description of it saying there are fees. Only fee on there was in the description was a Lock they put on all cars They said they would take it off. False advertising at its best.

Great experience all around! Our sales rep, Kevin Ordonez, was fantastic. Super knowledgeable, extremely helpful and personable. This was our first time purchasing from Unique, but it def won t be our last. I would certainly recommend purchasing from Unique for anyone looking for an higher-end preowned vehicle and when you go, make sure you ask for Kevin, you won t be disappointed!

My husband and I had a fantastic experience. Willy was amazing. He worked with us and we walked out with exactly what we wanted.Update:We have been waiting since June for the title and plates for our car . Every time we call we get the run around. No one seems to know ANYTHING. The person who is responsible for the paperwork seems to always be gone for the day , or is not in the office. The excuses are ridiculous. There was no excuse when we paid almost $40,000 in cash for the car. They were happy to take the money. Now they re procrastinating on giving us what we paid for.they won t even give an updated temporary plate. They don t care because they have what they wanted. Our money. I will definitely be calling the BBB on them. Stay away from this place.Update number 2: It has now been almost 4 months and still no plates for the car. My next step is to obtain a lawyer and have them deal with the situation going forward. The excuses that we have gotten are some of thee worst. The only thing that was provided was a letter that is supposed to help if pulled over by law enforcement. The letter simply states that they are waiting on plates which should be to the office within 10 days. The letter is dated for June. I have never had to deal with such incompetence. I will never refer anyone here to purchase a car.
