From start to finish, Nolan & the staff at Reliable AutoWorks delivered an impeccable auto repair experience for my wife and I. We dropped off our 2018 Subaru Forester (which had a few issues), at the convenient shop location right off the Garden State Parkway. Nolan repaired our car quickly with a high quality repair job, and also made some suggestions to help keep our car running for another 100,000 miles.I highly suggest skipping the dealership service wherever possible and bring your vehicle here. Nolan is the most honest mechanic I ve ever worked with, and he is quick, efficient fair and funny. He also works quickly and gives you options to help fit your budget if he can in anyway I love this place and would never go anywhere else now that I have found it. Nolan has been my go to for years. What else can I say besides he goes Above and Beyond Expectation EVERYTIME! It's hard to find an honest, knowledgeable and just all around great mechanic / friend these days. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else.RAW is hands down the benchmark of auto & customer service!

I have been coming to Reliable AutoWorks for over 10 years now. If you have any sort of issue with your car, Nolan can address it. Nolan is the best mechanic by far. He has not only done routine maintenance, part installs and fixed issues with my cars, but also for my family's cars. He's honest, polite, extremely knowledgeable and a genuine car guy. I was referred to this business by a close friend, and there's no question as to why this place receives 5 star reviews. Nolan is an extremely knowledgable professional. He gave me a great deal on high quality breaks and rotors, and tons of advice for my current vehicle/future vehicles. He was very helpful with any questions we had, as well as very personable. Not to mention this place had great vibes, and an adorable/friendly french bulldog to greet you at the door. l'll definitely be taking my car back when ever necessary Service: Brakes

Nolan is the best mechanic I've had. I could've saved alot of headaches and money had a known him for my other cars. Very knowledgeable and fair with his prices. Reliable AutoWorks is the best auto repair shop in NJ. Nolan fixed my car front noises came from struts 100%. Prices are very reasonable. Nolan is very experienced mechanic. I highly recommend this place and thanks Nolan and Reliable Autoworks team !!!

If you re looking for an honest, professional and hassle-free service for your car, look no further than RAW. Nolan is a gem and has helped me, as well as many others, with various needs through the years and I have no hesitation of ever going back. Couldn t recommend it more!

Whenever you bring your vehicle to Reliable they complete the work quickly, tell you what caused the problem and show what was replaced and why. They let you know how you can prevent the problem from occurring again and never try to sell you something that you don't really need to change. I will continue using Reliable and recommend them to others. What they charge for repairs is very reasonable.

There are three words to describe this establishment; honest, quick and reliable. I drove in all the way from Florida and as soon as I arrived to Perth Amboy, NJ I got into a car crash. Not knowing much about this area, I began to worry about fixing my vehicle. I called Reliable AutoWorks and the owner him self (Nolan) answered. Nolan himself checked out my car, explained me in detail the whole process and got my car up and running in record time. The end result was great, the people are honest and the prices are more than fair. Nolan is The guy to go to when in need of repairs. Im 100% satisfied.

I usually don't read this ratings. But after I visit him I when in to Google and checked the ratings guys guys is exactly what the ratings say. This guy is awesome and he makes you feel like he knows you, his customer service is the best. I was suppose to spend more than $700.00 end up spending less than have of that and is not even about the money is that my car runs totally different more power I don't know but if you are thinking about doing mechanic work with him don't even ask just go he is awesome.... Thank you guys

That one time I needed new brakes for my car, not knowing much so I called up Pepboys and this shop to get a quote, guess what Pepboys' price is nearly double of what this shop charge!!And it gets better! after I got my brakes done and I asked the owner, Nolan to see if my car is running normally (just a quick scan). he quickly spotted that my antifreeze was empty. Myself not knowing anything about cars other than the 5,000 Mile oil changes, I thought the fluids would be topped off when you get your oil changed. I have been going to Pepboy to get my oil changed, I figured since they're a big chain store so I trusted them.Now that I have discovered this place, I will not go back to Pepboy!I high recommend this place and the owner is very friendly.Most important of all he is honest!!!

Reading all the glowing reviews I was concerned there was some shilling going on here but after my first visit it's clear those reviews were 100% legit.After a previous oil change in Texas, the shop told me my axle boots were torn and I needed new front axles ($650). They made it sound like my wheels were gonna fall off if I didn't fix it right away. I know enough about cars to know they were FOS so I ignored it. When I brought my car to this place 25,000 miles later for a brake problem, I asked the boss (Nolan) to check things out for me because I was about to drive across the country. I also asked him to find out what was making a rattling sound.15 minutes later, Nolan told me about the axle boots and said I will eventually have to change the axles. He suggested I pay attention to it and if it starts making scraping sounds it would be time to get it done. After he fixed the brakes, he told me he also fixed the rattling sound by securing an exhaust shield (no charge), and he greased several locations (no charge) including the drive shaft which fixed a clunking noise I had not even told him about. He told me these are common problems with my Toyota 4-Runner (he and another mechanic were master technicians at Toyota for many years) and that most oil change places dont know where to grease, so a lot of cars (like mine) look like they have not been greased since it left the Toyota factory. I was so impressed I told him to put new axles in, even though I didn't need it right away. His price was under $500. Im thrilled I found this place. Its been a long long time since I found a mechanic I can trust. Joe Deasy

Finding an honest mechanic that truly cares is so rare! This place not only uses quality parts but will do it for great prices and does it in a much more timely fashion than big name places. Don't waste your money and time at Pep-boys or Meineke! Don't hesitate to bring your car here for a quote.

Being a girl and getting my car serviced is a nightmare. Mechanics usually use words I don't understand and scare me into thinking the worst but Nolan is honest & very helpful! He made sure I understood everything that needed to be done and got my car ready for the road. THANKS AGAIN NOLAN!!-Tashia

Came to Reliable AutoWorks to get my car looked at after having it break down. The owner was fantastic, walked me around the car and explained what had happened and what it would take to fix everything. After taking my car here I won't go anywhere else! Quality work and excellent customer service!

Nolan is a class act. He'll tell you what's wrong straight up, he won't blow smoke up your butt, and tell you what he'll have to do. You won't get any surprises in your pricing, either.Highly recommended, tell all my friends to go here too.

Only heard great things from a mutual friend of his. He is extremely clear with how he explains what is going on and is very honest. Really hard to find a shop like this anymore. After two visits this is the only place I will bring my cars now. I never write reviews but he knows exactly what he s doing and is very efficient.

These guys are the absolute best, they helped turn a terrible situation around and save the day. Driving from CT to FL my car wouldnt start at a NJ rest stop and they were able to help very quickly and get us back on the road. Highly Recomended!!
