This place is a gem. The two wonderful ladies up front are some of the nicest and easiest people to talk with. Extremely clean waiting area/showroom. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. The owner, Frank is a diamond jn the rough. Don't let his size fool you, this man knows his STUFF! Would recommend to anyone looking for honest solid reliable car/truck repair!

Always my go-to for high quality used tires. Honest & affordable, they do great work and the front desk staff is amazing. Kind and knowledgeable. Extremely comfortable waiting area as well. I moved futher away but still made the trip because I knew exactly what I would be getting and they didn't disappoint.

AMAZING SERVICE IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE! I called about 4 other places today to see if someone can squeeze me in for interior car detailing. Everyone I called gave me a 7 day waitlist. I finally called Jamie and Medinas Auto and he got me in the same day and his team did a FANTASTIC job!My car literally looks brandnew. I have a toddler so trust me when I say my car was really dirty before I dropped it to him. He also went out of his way to give me a ride back home so I didn t have to wait 3 hours for my car. And the exterior car wash is complimentary to everyone! I also loved that Jamie was nice and fun to talk to.I will be referring anyone that asks me about interior detail to him. 10/10

Great shop ! Tire was low and just put air in it looked up best shop in the area and this is it ! Got my tire patch done and added on a quality oil change. Top notch service and so quick..a few days later now my tire still has perfect pressure. Ladies at the front desk so nice and knowledgeable . thank you ! Great place !!

I am a frequent and repeat customer and was pleased to patronize the shop, and concur generally with the many positive reviews here. However, today when I brought in my car specifically instructing the shop to correct the car s misalignment as the vehicle pulls right, I had a very disappointing experience. On inspection, it turns out that a particular adjustment to the alignment of the car was not mechanically possible, which any technician would have reasonably diagnosed as the likely cause of the misalignment. Rather than informing me that the car s misalignment was not repairable by a wheel alignment, the shop decided to proceed with the alignment which, as expected, ultimately resulted in no corrective effect. In others words, I requested to correct a specific issue which the shop learned that it could not correct but nonetheless decided at its sole discretion to make needless repairs at my costs. Like other customers, I would appreciate more transparency, such as where the shop would ve given me the opportunity and courtesy to decide whether to proceed with the alignment. Understandingly, everything is pricey these days, but when money is just wasted it s utterly frustrating.

From my first hello to my Thankyou when leaving the interactions were outstanding! Pleasant, knowledgeable, patient. Waiting room neat and clean. I bought 4 new tires. I had many questions. 2 hours wait for a simple patch, not to mention $40+ tax. Money is not an issue but at the very least air my tires out of some decency for paying $45 for a 15,20$ job and waiting 2 hours. Terrible job! Update: your patch did not hold at all, the tire loosing air every time I drive it (m4 weekend car) honestly this experience can t get any worse

A small business I love, if you have anything tire/wheel related please come here. I hate the franchise shops everywhere and this was a breathe of fresh air. I even witnessed them tell a lady her tires were fine, adjusted the sensors and didn t charge her at all. I support this spot and you should too

My rolls was brought into this establishment who said they handle these Cars and it s not a problem. Being it was only tire changes and remounting I decided to let them do it. Upon picking the car back up we noticed the sagging which the car never had and we re assured by the owner that if the key fob was left away from the car for 24 hours then the car should reset. Me being a trusting soul agrees to take the car back with uneasiness. With that being said the car has been a complete suspension nightmare since and Medina tire has done zero to help except to run the 1800 dollars on my card for the tires. They were great at that. With that being said if you have a vehicle you care about and don t want any surprises upon pick up and post repair I would never set one foot in the door of this placeService: Tires

I got a flat tire today, a big fat staple ( like two big fat nails) went through it.I called Medina, the sweet lady that answered the phone said "come right in".I was towed there.They had a new tire on my car and I was out the door in 20 minutes.They explain your options, their prices are very good and they are so professional and kind.I promise I will never go anyplace else other than them for the services they offer.I was there last year for a different reason and had the same experience.Below is last year's review.Great service, great prices.

This is the weights they used on my tires all my other tires were balanced somewhere else and nobody puts these on the outside.When I told the guy he tells me then they are not balancing the right ,none of my other cars ever had these weights to balance them.I liked and used them a lot but to tell me these are the right weights I m done with using them.

Honest, knowledgeable, quick, excellent staff.Came in looking for a used tire due to a screw in one that I was told was not repairable from another shop.Front staff was very knowledgeable about making sure that the tread depth would be proper for a single tire replacement. After a tech checked, they had one available at a very reasonable price.While starting the tire change, the tech found that the tire was repairable and would save us a lot. In and out in 35 minutes ready to go.This honesty is how they have so many loyal customers and will always be my recommendation for anyone on any tire needs.Service: Tires

I bought my car here to install some aftermarket wheel and tires ... they came highly recommended from people i barely knew in the area but i asked around and im happy i stopped in. They were super polite reasonably priced and did a good job mounting and balancing my wheels... some people may think that any tire shop can do this but in actuality they cant. It takes a good team and a science to mount wheels and not scratch them in the process and balancing them is the key to a great ride... I have a M so trust when i say the performance is all based on the wheel and tire setup... def recommended to all my car enthusiasts this place is clutchServices: Tires, Wheel alignment

Very good customer service. Prices are very fair and reasonable. Brought a lot of cars for tires and was happy every time. They were careful not to scratch my rims that were just painted. Would highly recommend for all your tire needs!

This was my first time visiting Medina Tire and the service was above and beyond what I expected. They worked with me after I realized I did not need 4 new tires, just 2. I was in and out quickly as well. Everyone was professional and personable. The place was clean and very inviting. I highly recommend Medina Tire!

Super fast service. Dropped my truck off at 3:30pm and received a call within an hour telling me what it needed. I thought I might have needed ball joints due to having bigger 33" tires but it turns out they were fine but it did need an alignment 2 new tires and an oil change which I already knew. I received a text before 11am the next day that it was done. I am definitely bring my truck back for all service needs.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Excellent shop! Friendly people, let you know exactly what has to be done, costs, etc.had my job done in less than a day. Tires, brakes, sensor, alignment. Pricing is competitive with other places, but they have good warranties.More than satisfied. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Plus, they re within walking distance of my home.Can t say enough good things. Not your typical auto shop.Services: Wheel alignment, Auto brake replacement

Great customer service, had 4 new tires done on my wife's car with wheel alignment and just had my truck in for a wheel alignment done by them after I had a lift kit installation done. Coming from a background in auto sales and service i must say I m thoroughly impressed with MTS. I ve used them for my Honda and my BMW and they are amazing. Knowledge and courteous staff. Gave me all my options upfront and didn t try to sway me into something i didn t want or need. I ll be coming to them directly from now on. Came in to get 4 tires for my beater. Knowing my car is old and messed up I was expecting to be up sold on everything but I was wrong. I told them what I needed and the gentleman behind the counter gave me my options, and when they noticed I gave them the wrong size they were able to give me even better tires for close to the original price. Work was done in about an hour for 4 tires! Very happy with my purchase.Service: Tires

I ve encountered a fair share of lazy mechanics but this place here takes the crown. I was charged 38$ and these guys didn t bother putting the wheel covers back on correctly which could ve ended dangerously flying off and hitting another vehicle on the highway nor did they put enough air on my tire
