I broke down and I was looking for a local company to help me. I have an autistic son and he was having a meltdown, my wife gave a laundry list of things to do today and I was having a bad day. But thanks to them I was able to get pick up super fast and on the road again. I haughty recommend them. Thank you guys you are awesome!!

Had my car towed by them and they were VERY nasty in the office for no reason. Its almost as if they were annoyed that they had to work. One of the guys with tattoos in the office was blasting the TV while I was trying to talk to the other worker. Very unprofessional.

Dear family,Love coming here for my mom and step dad to see the tow trucks and see the car or truck fix. The Owner is my uncle at heart. There's a reason why my middle name is Joseph. I stride every day to make my Grandfather Ciszewski who unfortunately passed away before j was born and uncle Joey proud. Probably 9ne of the worst towing companies ever in buisness, I wouldn't call them for nothing, there all rude, the guys who drive the tow trucks will insult you, call you names, belittle you and overcharge you for eveything, it's one of the worst around, you'd be better off pushing your car then dealing with this place, they should not be in buisness, if you wanted to he treated like a dog and not a human then this place is for you. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THEM OR USE THEIR SERVICES !!! EVER !!

Forced to use this towing company after a terrible car accident that wasn't my fault. They're charging me over $1000 in storage fees for an accident that I have explained over and over again that I have no control over because the at-fault driver's insurance company is fighting it. Ridiculous. Vicious letters sent to your house of them threatening to report the car as abandoned. Are you serious, it's a wreck! They just wanna reach into your pockets for things you can't control if you get your car towed here tow it somewhere else immediately.

I wanted to take the time and let everyone know that the people here are are extremely reasonable and--although the process was stressful (car accident)--helped me every step of the way. When everyone else wanted outrageous nonsensical things to happen, the workers and owner here treated me fairly and it was nice to finally deal with people who have common sense. They were responsive and thoughtful. Please use their services as people like this are rare nowadays. Hopefully I won't need a tow/work in the future, but if I do I would happily call Julian's.

Tow truck just almost caused an accident by flying through a stop sign (not only not stopping but flying out of the side street) in front of two cars (one south bound and one northbound). Luckily we both had good brakes on our vehicles. Shame on this driver and unfortunately looks bad on the entire company since this person is driving your tow truck. I will never use this company because of this. Driver is putting lives and other vehicles in harm s way. If this driver is driving this tow truck this way, I wouldn t ever want my vehicle on it.

Unprofessional. Let their personal issues with another towing company impact a customer that neither knew of or was involved in the conflict. Refused to give him his own car because of this. Since they can't be professional enough to put business before personal matters then they should have told him not to use that particular company when they told him that he could have it towed out.

Please take your business elsewhere. Not only was I treated with a cold welcoming I had to wait 25 minutes for service, because the two workers pretended to be busy when I was the only one in the small filthy office. The lady who refuse to give her name and fail to provide identification raised the prices and added a bunch of additional fees which was not mentioned over the phone conversation prior to arriving. I was of complete disgust and left.

Triple A transferred me over to them when I got a flat on the parkway. They arrived quickly and changed my tire very fast. The man that did it was Scott. He was very nice and helpful !! :)

I was cut off in my car by a tow truck at 5:25pm on 7/28/22 in Union Beach. This dude was driving like a maniac and was endangering other drivers ... In his tow truck!

DO NOT COME HERE.Brought my car here thursday at 11pm and i picked it up sunday. They charged me three days storage and left a really noticable impact, not a scratch and not a dent. Somebody HIT the car pretty hard.Why was a charged for a days storage for thursday? NEVER GAVE ME RECEIPT.Why is there a big scratch on it? It rained on thursday, the scratch hasn't rusted so it's pretty new.Terrible experience

Being my car broke down an hour and change away from home, and had to be towed. He had every chance to ring the bill as high as possible. No, they took the time found the problem and fixed it for a lot less then I was expecting. Thanks again!

Unprofessional people working at this place and rude. I really don t understand why people take a job working in customer service when they are not cut out for the job. If you hate your job why take It out on your customers it s not their fault you are miserable. I won t ever recommend this place to no one they are super unprofessional!!!!

Driving on the parkway. One of the drivers was driving recklessly. I Proceeded to call the company and the driver drove by and flipped us off while showing his radio. Class act.
