Left Long Island yesterday afternoon to start my drive back down to Florida. I completely forgot to get my oil changed before I left so I checked my route and I was close to sayerville NJ. I went in and got my oil changed when the tech tells me I had a crack in my serpentine belt. Since I was about to be driving 17 plus hours I knew this needed to be taken care of right away. I started stressing out immediately because it was already late in the day almost 4pm, and I didn t know anyone around the area i was in. I started calling around to a few shops, thankfully I called jiffy lube , and explained the situation, they were nice enough to get me right in immediately, and got to working on the car right away. I have a turbo engine so it was a little bit more difficult of a job than a regular engine but they still got it done and I was back on the road around 6 pm.. the staff there were very nice , very friendly, they helped explain everything, showed me my old belt with the crack in it. Very thorough with everything they did. I also liked that I was able to watch the car being worked on, and that they were so sweet and accommodating to not only me but my two dogs as well. all in all jiffy lube in sayerville NJ saved the day for me.. truly grateful.. thank you guys so much!!!

This weekend was my first visit to jiffy lube. When I pulled up to the garage bay I was met with a technician that only communicated with me using hand gestures and pointing. This being my first time there, a more welcoming reaction would have been nice. Once inside, the worker inside gave me an attitude instead of being greeted. I asked how they knew what kind of oil would be used and how the tire rotation would be done and I was given a nasty attitude and a rude response.

I love getting my car serviced at Jiffy Lube because you don t need an appointment and they are usually very quick, except of course, if they have a lot of cars to service. Still, they are quicker than my local service center. They are also very nice and courteous.

I enjoy going there to get my oil change. The guys & gal are always welcoming , very polite very very friendly. They make you very comfortable, I will continue going to jiffy lube

It was a very positive experience. There was literature available. Water and tea. There was no hard core selling on the part of the rep but he did recommend I replace a brake light which I did.

I went for an oil change and needed a new brake light on 10/17/23. The service was great, but I paid 127.00 for these two services. I don't feel that I was treated fairly in regard to the pricing for these two services. An oil change + New brake light. This should have been well under $100. I don't know if I'll return. In fear of what I'll pay for a tune up or other needs.

This place is simply the best. I drive all the way from Brick to South Amboy because the service and staff are top flight. Special shout out to Dan who goes above and beyond.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube in Parlin NJ. I had been putting off getting an oil change for a while, but I finally decided to take my car in. I was greeted by a friendly and helpful technician who explained the different types of oil and filters that were available. He also told me about the different services that Jiffy Lube offers, such as tire rotations and brake inspections. I decided to get the synthetic oil change, but I was also able to add on the cabin air filter. The entire service took less than 30 minutes, and I was able to watch the entire process from the waiting area. They even vacuum inside the vehicle. The technician was very professional and thorough, and he explained everything that he was doing as he went along. I was very happy with the service that I received at Jiffy Lube, and I would definitely recommend them to others.Here are some of the things that I liked about my experience at Jiffy Lube:The staff was friendly and helpful.The technician was professional and thorough.The service was quick and efficient.I was able to watch the entire process from the waiting area.I was very happy with the results of the service.If you are looking for a quick and easy oil change, I would definitely recommend Jiffy Lube. I went for my driver's headlight and passenger back light. Lewis R. Was very attentive. The waiting area was clean and pleasant.Jiffy Lube is my go to place for my car needs for years .

After making an appointment with pep boys a few days prior. I came there only to be told that they were short staffed and had to leave my car for an oil change. This was such an inconvenience as my family and I were leaving for a road trip the following day. I called up Jiffy Lube and was told to come right away. They took in my car as soon as I got there. Service was exceptional, the place was clean and everyone was great. Will definitely be going back there again.Service: Oil change

Went for oil change and the service was completed fast. The paperwork says all the things they checked and completed. Less then 5 hrs later my tire light was on. The next morning my tire was almost completely flat but I used a portable air pump. I took it to Mavis and they did what Jiffy did not. Apparently the tires weren t checked at all!! They ll never get my business again !!Services: Tires, Oil change

Great service. No Excellent Service. In and out in less than 20 minutes for an oil change. Vacuumed the floors and cleaned the windows. Top off fluids is also done.Please hit like if this helped. Thanx

Everyone at the Jiffy Lube on Route 9 North in Sayreville, NJ was super nice and helpful. They did what was needed, suggested and few things and didn't try and sell me something that wasn't necessary. Would definitely rate this visit a 10 out of 10!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
