After sending my BMWs/Mini to Bimmer Clinic for over 2 years now and it has always been nothing but an absolute pleasure to work with them. Amanda and Chris are fantastic to work with! From their customer service, updates, and attention to detail. They have great knowledgeable techs that really know these vehicles inside out no matter which chassis. (E-G) This shop is the best for BMWs. I wouldn t go anywhere else in the area.

Had to drop off my car for some suspension work, they could provide me a rental car for a Special Rate so I didn t have to take an Uber or Train. They made it easy for me and I could be able to do my things while my car was getting repaired.

The alternator of my car blow up in the middle of the day, I had to tow my car to BimmerClinic, and then I was back in the road in less than 2 hours, that s because it took 1 hour for the parts to arrive, would definitely recommend it and I will be back whenever my car decides not to work again.

Wouldn't go anywhere else for BMW maintaince and mods. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly, pricing is great too. They put dealerships to shame with their level of professionalism.I've gotten transmission swap to basic maintaince done here, I walked away satisfied every time. No BS.Bill and Carissa are great people. You won't regret it!

Bimmer Clinic has maintained a 2006 M3 SMG as well as my 2008 M6. With all jobs from small to big, every job was done correctly and I never had to go back for the same thing.I would not trust anyone else to touch my car.They also have a performance division so if you want to do some crazy stuff they can do that as well.Dmitriy

Bimmer Clinic is your one-stop-shop for everything BMW. I have trusted this team with all my bmw needs, whether they are from standard maintenance items to full blown performance car builds. They are Trustworthy and clearly set expectations. They simply eat, drink, and sleep BMW. From simple oil changes to phantom bmw electronic issues to complete Randy Forbes Subframe and rear-end rebuilds, supercharging and tuning... I highly recommend this shop!

What an amazing business. I had the unfortunate tire blow coming off 9 after the parkway with a F150. This business bent over backwards to help me and I did not even have a BMW. They allowed one of there mechanics to change my tire, had to flag down another F150 owner who also helped because my truck was missing the correct equipment just to lower the tire. I offered to pay and they say whatever you think. If they treated me like this as a non customer, I can t imagine how they will treat a paying customer. Anyone I know with a BMW is being told to see them. A business that helped out a member of its community. So refreshing to see these days. Bravo!!! And thank you for the help!!!!

Really happy I found this place. Each time I spoke to either Carissa or Bill, they were both very communicative and honest. They were upfront about what they could do about the issue with my X3, and they gave me a very, very reasonable price for the work they did. I will definitely use them again as they seemed very knowledgable about all things BMW. I

Recently I had an issue with my f80 and left a voicemail Saturday even though they were closed, but Chris called me directly the morning on Monday morning right before I even got to my work. He told me to bring my car and right away and the same day they had my car diagnosed and back on the road the next day. Very professional, on their game for any occasion, and fast turn around. Can't thank Chris enough!

My first interaction was very pleasant and professional. They have an excellent on-line system for any type of communication that you choose to use. Estimate and payment system very simple. Bimmer Clinic assisted me with a PPI as an out of state buyer of a car local to them. The process was great. Carissa was a huge help from start to finish. Chris was very thorough explaining the results of the inspection. Would highly recommend!

I have a 2001 e46 M3 and the engine seals failed from driving the car hard. So I took the car to Mike and his crew. And now the car can be driven hard or take it to get groceries. That was about 3 years ago and till this day no issues. Very very reliable shop.

Dear Bimmer Clinic, I would like to thank you for being so fair and honest. Your garage is the closest thing to a dealership experience with facilitated rentals at very low prices.Your honesty is truly amazing. The warranty on my car expired which is why I ended at your shop with a car that was not starting. You quickly diagnosed the problem and once you realized that the issue was still covered by a warranty due to a recall, you passed up the $1,200 job and sent me on my way to a free repair at the dealership.Words cannot express how HUGE that is in an industry where people who are clueless get taken for rides every day. You gained a customer for life!Thank you!

Beyond the excellent high quality technical work they really make you feel like a valued customer and not just a number. The technician actually took the time so show me in detail what was replaced and it s purpose. I appreciate knowing what s being done to my vehicle and having the peace of mind knowing I m getting the best quality service for the price. We had to change out the crank hub on a M-4 i have to say it was a very extensive job and they did a great job at a great price.when we picked up the car it was clean inside and out.they brought the job in earlier than expected .they also kept me post every step of the way.i Highly recommend this shop ...Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My first time at Bimmer Clinic. The service is amazing. It begins with Carissa Baratta. She responded to my email in a professional manner and when I met her in person was very courteous. She was able to secure a vehicle maintenance appointment for me in a timely fashion. I spoke with Bill via telephone. Great person and trustworthy. In my opinion, Bimmer Clinic operates better than the actual dealership. Even dropping off your vehicle after-hours is an easy and safe process. There are no hidden fees. This place is truly trustworthy and transparent. If any of you out there are looking for an honest mechanic AND pure customer satisfaction, give Bimmer Clinic a call to book an appointment. If you have a used BMW and dread taking it to the Dealer bring it here instead. They do a thorough diagnostic report on your car and then waive the fee as long as you get the repairs done there. They have an after hours drop box so you can pay for the repair and then pick up the car after hours so you don't have to miss work. Their prices are a bit high but not as bad as a dealer and the techs are knowledgeable.

This is the only place I will take my BMW. Very helpful staff. Carissa is friendly and knowledgeable. Bill is honest about the work needed and prices for service are very reasonable. Highly recommend.

I brought my Jaguar here to inquire about a transmission service as it uses a ZF. The tech went to go ask his boss, Bill to see if he'd make an acception on a car that was not BMW. He agreed, we talked about the service and I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing and we set up an appointment for the following week.Everyone was super helpful and friendly, the work they did also included dropping my valve body to replace machatronic sleeves. I'm not sure the dealership would have done that, the quote I was given for the job was just about what the dealership quoted me excluding I'd assume around $400 in parts. Also it was very nice that they did a pre inspection on the vehicle that I could view on the internet with pictures. (I had rotted bushings)I would highly recommend them, ill be back in about 40,000-50,000 miles.

My first time using the Using Bimmer Clinic and all went well. Bill the owner is very professional and honest. Jon was my tech, he was great. Carissa at the front desk is very friendly and pleasant. She was in touch with me the entire time and answered all my concerns.
