Excellent service. They got to me in less than 20 minutes when Triple A had me waiting over 3 hours. Got the job done in minutes. I would definitely count on this company in case of an emergency again. I also want to add the drivers were extremely courteous and professional.

I am deeply disappointed by the service provided by this company. They seemed very nice at the beginning when they towed my car however when it came to replacing my tire they gave me an absurdly overpriced quote. And when I called to inquire about putting on my spare tire myself to avoid further fees, the person on the line responded with outright hostility, yelling at me to remove my car from their property and promptly hanging up. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I caution anyone considering their services to steer clear, as they exhibit absurd prices, horrible customer service, and are very unreasonable.

Pure crooks. Denis is an Alfa there. Stay away from the place as far as it possible if you do not want be fooled about the price and time of job done.

I got hit by another vehicle. My car needed to be towed. They took my car to the South Amboy location. When I went to do a quick look over, I told them that the insurance wanted to total it. They were very professional and told me to ask if the car could be sent to the local collision repair place instead of the salvage yard for assessment. Long story short, my insurance said yes, saved me over a week of waiting, and my awesome car wasn t totaled.Thank you for all of your help. Your advice was invaluable. I was in an accident on the parkway and the State Police called this towing company. The tow driver was super nice and helpful, but then the experience became a nightmare. Every time I called or my insurance company, the staff was unnecessarily rude and made it difficult for the body shop to pick up my car. I am not one to leave negative reviews, but this place deserves one.

Broke down on the parkway. As a premier AAA, they used All Car because AAA doesn't service the parkway. All car arrived in a timely fashion and got m back on the road. Logan was friendly, knowledgeable and went the extra mile. Great guy. Great company from what I can tell.

Dennis and his crew were efficient. Broke down right off of rt 9 and they were there within 20 mins to my car. Once they started working on it I was able to pick up the car the same day.

I got stuck on the Nj gsp Kevin came to my rescue right away he said just get in his truck (was pouring outside) was very professional , courteous , nice. Turned a nightmare car problem into a worry free event thank you Kevin!

Abner is a magician. He was able to help me get into my car when I locked my keys in it, when it seemed the only way was to break a window. Definitely the best place to call.

I called many tow services that could not tow me. Everyone was backed up. I spoke to Denny and was told he would be there is 45 minutes. He came quicker than that and I thought was very nice and personable. He was great! I didn't even have to follow him to the place they towed my Ford Escape to. I would HIGHLY recommend them just on my experience with the one tow that I had. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Got hit in the rear end sent me 30 ft into the woods . All car came pulled me out and price was way reasonable for the amount of work performed a plus . Keven was awsome definitely recommend

My experience is these people made me wait an hour while they decided to have lunch instead of towing my car when I needed it to. They do provide a good service but they provided at their own leisure which is not customer friendly they could be better customer resolve but they got the job done when I needed it done even after taking an hour making me wait an hour for them to have lunch..

Bad customer service. Over priced when it comes to heavy equipment service $1500 for a 30 minutes road service job plus 10 miles towed. Won t recommended they denied to show hourly rate sheet pretty much they can come up with any price they want been towed from exit 7a of the turnpike all the way to linden with a loaded truck hub missing 2 tires and wasn t even near to what they charged me today. Totally a ripoffService: Local hauling

Today I had the privilege of interacting with the most professional, proficient and courteous service I ve ever encountered! My vehicle stalled on me as I was traveling North on the Parkway. Justin s response to my dilemma was EXCEPTIONAL! He ensured the safe delivery of my vehicle to the Circle BMW dealership in Eatontown and was very instrumental in assisting with the facilitation of the Dealership providing a loaner vehicle for my use to travel to my residence in Toms River. His customer service and working relationship with the dealership together helped me tremendously. I m extremely Grateful!!Services: Special vehicle towing, Car towing

These guys were awesome. Broke down with a flat tire on the 4 horse trailer on 287 yesterday and they were able to get to us quickly and get the trailer jacked up with the horses in it to put the spare tire on. Don t know what would have happened without them. Sam was amazing! We cannot thank you enough for saving the day and helping us keep the horses safe.

Service was terrible , charged me 150$ for 3 min drive to the place and 375$ on labor work. The labor cost and towing were more then the alternator and belt that needed to be replaced. They over charge for labor per hour and they re consideration level and manners were terrible. Considering I went with them for the repairs and I waited an hour in the cold for the tow only 3 minutes away from them it was a terrible price and terrible service.Services: Battery service, Car towing

Guy said 30 mins, i call back after a 2 hours for the operator to answer then proceed to start snoring. He fell asleep while he answered the phone. Left me stranded never use this company.

They saved me on the Parkway when I needed a jump start. You could tell the technician Tim is a master of the towing craft. He took care to keep my S600 in the same condition.

Just saw a review of Sunglasses being stolen.. they stole my sunglasses worth $176, and the owner offered me $75 in reimbursement after numerous phone calls. -The old, call back tomorrow! -and, yes, a police report was filed!

Absolutely the worst people and company to deal with. I was promised one price by Ann Marie and come in and charged another price because she failed to inform anyone about her promised price. Just to top that off they are all extremely rude!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

They were assigned through chevy roadside assistance and were supposed to pickup up my car by 930 am. At 4pm it was still not picked up, I called and their answer was we got busy we will be there in 30. At 830 p. The car was still not picked up and had to call roadside assistance back to queue a different company to pickup my car.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

God forbid anyone who gets into an accidents and their car being towed by All Car Towing and Recovery, South Amboy. The one star is a negative 10 star. The person I dealt with was very rude and in mannered. No sense of talking at all. If you get stuck with this towing company, please do not hesitate to fight back and be as loud as this guy (who looked like he ran the place).He would not let me take a picture of my own car, so that I have a record of my car being damaged.He was rude from the 1st minute I entered his dirty stinky office.He would not print out a copy of my invoice so that I could see what he charged me for. He said, he is not going to waste a piece of paper for me!!Further more, their website states that they offer courteous and the best customer services!! A BIG FAT LIE!!!! They need to go back to school to learn their manners. Probably they didn't even go to school and didn't get proper teaching at home.I have never written a bad review for anyone. But for this company, I am going out of words. I will pray everyday that his business shuts down!Seriously, I could not wish such a thing for anyone, but for this guy, SURE!Karma will bring him down! The day he will be treated as such will come soon.
