Came in with an emergency, needed a new tire and had my kids and wife with me. Brotha at the front desk help me very fast and guaranteed a 25-30 job and he didn t lie! 5 stars

I had a great experience working with STS representative. His name is Evan.Everything was done fast, and on the topProfessional level. Besides working on my car himself, Evan produced all documentation with clear descriptions and suggestions for proper maintenance. Also I was provided with clear explanations on what I should pay attention too and plan my future visits to STS. I'm looking forward to work on safety and reliability of my old, trusted Subaru. Thank you STS, thank Evan.

The staff were super friendly. I'm a female and I don't know anything about cars, but they walked me through the whole process of fixing my flat tire. It was one of the best services I've ever had in my life. Hands down.

I had had trouble getting my truck serviced properly in two other places in the area. I Met with Evan and he assured me he would take care of my truck and he did. Top notch service,called me to explain what was going on with my truck . Spent time to talk and go over things with me. Just made me feel like the good ol days of politeness and friendly attitude. Kevin was super helpful when I ended up getting a flat tire! He had me come right in, he checked it out and got back to me quickly with a diagnosis. I've been to plenty of car places try to take advantage of me knowing I know nothing about cars but he was honest which I really appreciate! I would highly recommend STS tire, ask for Kevin!

The staff was amazing, honest, very professional and courteous and was able to fix my car instantly. I usually waste a day at the auto repair shop but these guys got me back on the road in no time. I highly recommend going there because their honesty is unmatchable.

Great service overall. I went in early on Saturday to get a tire replaced and they had it done in no time. The manager, Kevin, was very friendly and helpful. Prices were a good deal compared to other stores near by. They even had cartoons playing in the lobby while I waited. I am pleased with the job done and will return for all my car maintenance needs!

If you want quality work at a reasonable price, this is your spot!My daughter suggested this place as she had an great experience.These are the most honest, reasonable helpful mechanics in town. They changed out my tires with no crazy surcharges like I have been experiencing in another near by shop. They balanced and aligned all at a very reasonable price compared to what I had been previously paying. To my surprise, they also do suspension and oil changes. I can't say enough about how polite and informative they where. As a woman I feel grateful I found a trustworthy place.

Everyone was just so nice and helpful. I went to another tire store first, and they told me that my tire could not be fixed. I then stopped by STS and they said that they would look at it while I waited. Mind you this was at 3:00 on a Sunday afternoon. They fixed my tire while I was there. You could not ask for better service. Denise and her staff couldn t have nicer to me. You still can get good service if you go to the right place

I had an emergency 30 minutes prior to closing. I could not be happier with the service provided by the entire staff! They took every precaution to make sure sure that my vehicle was safe to drive before they letting me leave. Evan, the manager, was extremely professional and courteous. He seems to run a great shop and I strongly recommend this auto center.

Well, I had the best experience today at STS because of Denise. Denise explained in details about the tires I need for my car. We need more people like Denise that, love what they do and take care of their customers.I would definitely go back to replace my tires to STS. The guys at STS have given me impeccable service since I have been in the last couple of months. Evan at the front has been super helpful in getting me in and out fast, as well as giving me great recommendations! I d definitely recommend getting your service done here! The prices have also been very reasonable! 10/10 recommend coming here for quality car care and great service!

So I called and talked to Evan as I was in dire need of a tire because of a flat and my commute back home was far. Thought he did not have the tire in stock at the moment Evan was not only able to order and expedite the shipment he also ensured me I would be taken care of and not miss my second job. Not only both of these were upheld but the customer service from the STS team here in Somerville were very helpful, kind, and professional. I couldn t feel more secured knowing my car was in great hand. Thank you Evan and the STS family!!!

Amazing customer service from the manager. The mechanic Shane was very helpful and walked me thru the process. Definitely will be back here. Best prices02-06-2024Came back to get maintenance done on my vehicle. The manager Evan was very helpful and broke down every repaired needed me and gave me estimated prices for everything before I picked what to fix. Great mechanics and costumer service all around.

The people here are very caring and I would say they make this store a top notch tire & auto store. I came in from out of town to have someone look at my tires. I had been driving for over 4hrs. and while slowing down I noticed my front passenger tire was making a throttling noise. I had someone put winter tires on two weeks earlier and I was sure that one of the lug nuts was loose. I saw the Mavis store and pulled in to have them check the sound out. Someone named Evan took care of my concerns and had the service people take the tires off so that we could see what was going on. After further inspection it was discovered that my front struts and sway bar links were old and corroded. I took pictures of the struts so that I can show them to my mechanic in Ithaca NY. Evan assured me that my car was safe to drive back to NY. I was not charged for this at all. It was the best Christmas present ever to have the assurance that my car was safe. Thank you Mavis Tire and thank you Evan!

I went to Mavis Hillsboro and they had me there for a 2 hour job for over 5 and a half hours and they still didn't fix the issue. In fact, they out parts on wrong. So I drove straight to STS Somerville and they fixed everything immediately. Very helpful and professional!

Awesome service at STS Tire Somerville.Evan was great to work with, he was very friendly, he took my daughters car right in and checked it all out and let me know promptly it only needed a new battery. I always feel very comfortable going into the shop and confident I m getting the service I really need. A++
