Wow! My experience here was incredible. I was able to get my one-wheel a refresh with tire and plates. Team here is super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! Great experience! They have Segway scooters too! Wow this is a an adult toy store! You could spend hours here. They also let you demo the toys!!!!

After giving up on Segway s negligible customer service, I was happy to find One Stop. They are professional, knowledgeable, and the quick turnaround time in service made it worth every penny. The staff is very patient and friendly - pure class. I am relieved to have my Max G2 back in action!

Great customer service and support!I bought an Evolve GTR 2 Carbon AT for a competitive price here and had an issue with the remote shipped. Brian, the owner, got back to me right away and resolved the issue with Evolve, the manufacturer.This will be the 1st place I go for my eSk8 needs. I believe it's better to buy local then buying straight from the manufacturer in order to have someone in your corner if something goes wrong. I look forward to visiting the shop, as this was an order online.Thank you, Brian and OSBS for having my back. Much continued success to you all!

Checked the place out and loved the vibes. My XR board needed a massive overhaul; Burris threaded tire change, orange fang mod(no more ground diving;-.-), orange Kush curved backpad, front foot-sensor replacement with cushion, orange Float plates and last but not least black camo rail guards. OSBS delivered with awesome customer service and appreciation. I was on the way to pick up my board the next day (great turnover!) and was going past closing time. They waited for me T_T. I was definitely struck by how much they care about their customers.Happy ending I got my board back and it feels and looks like a new beast. Better, stronger, able to take the pounding and explore beyond those awesome dirt trails as well as cityscapes.Thanks so much OSBS! I love you guys!Will be back for my bearing change and water seal installment!

5 star service, 5 star folks. Brian and the crew worked relentlessly to fix up a notoriously difficult to repair board (Bajaboard S2) & I couldn't be happier.An added plus is when you plan to go for 15 min, you stay for an hour given how fun everybody is to talk to.Look forward to working with them again on future board stuff!

Amazing people, and awesome shop. If you ride a Onewheel, or any E board, or even if you re just curious and want to learn about the boards, this is THE place. I live right in town and finally stopped in after a long ride on my Onewheel. Not only we re the guys working there SUPER friendly and welcoming, they took the time to tell me everything I needed to know and MORE when I asked about different tire options, waterproofing the Onewheel, and even just helpful info about the group-rides they host with local riders.I can t say enough good things about this place. I ended up buying a treaded tire for my Pint X since they had a great price for Black Friday, and I was extremely happy to see that they carry almost every Onewheel accessory I d ever need. Even the little $3 charger plugs! Now I don t have to spend $15 from FM to ship a piece of silicon to me!I 100% will be coming back soon so they can swap my tire, seal/protect my bearings, and waterproof my board.So excited to have a local shop like this that you feel like you can just hang out in and charger your board (oh they have a wall of chargers free to use which is amazing!), but also excited to just be a part of the community and meet other Onewheel riders.Do yourself a favor and make a STOP at One Stop Board Shop, you ll be happy you did

So grateful to have this incredible One Wheel resource a stone's throw away in NJ. They did a fantastic wheel upgrade for me on my OW+ from my flat stock Vega tire to a Hoosier Slick + Armor-Dilloz sealant.Smooth sailing!It's also just a cool place to hang out, so much eye candy, gear galore. Brian is a trip, and everyone there is just so knowledgable and friendly.I am good with DIY-ing cosmetic stuff like switching out rail guards but tire and electronic stuff are way too gnarly, so great to be able to pop over there and get fixed up on the spot!

Was 5:59pm and I arrived in desperate hope of swapping a tire! THESE GUYS DELIVERED! I had apologized for arriving at closing time and was like it's cool if ya can't do it. Well the AWESOME customer support hooked me up. They even got me a loaner Pint (never rode one) to cruise while the work was done! A+ service! After work was done the owner cruised in the parking lot with me MAX CHILL! New tire is sick! Thank you OSBS!

I received an upgrade for my onewheel + as a gift. I sent my board in and was told they would do the battery swap the same day they got it. That was not the case. Osbs had my board for several months due to faulty battery's (not exactly their fault). Due to the delay they replaced the wheel bearings for no cost (very kind). When I finally received my board I was hoping for any information at all about how to connect to and monitor the voltage of the new battery. I got nothing but a ripped up piece of paper with a barely useable qr code which brought me to a page about the installation of the battery (not useful for connecting to an app). I was eventually able to figure out what app to download through a long rabbithole on the battery's manufacturers website (nothing helpful on osbs's website). Now that I have the (not user friendly) app, I apparently need the product ID of the battery which I was never told about. Aside from the issues with reading the battery info the board itself rides poorly. A nice thing about the ow+ compared to the og onewheel is the smooth ride... not anymore. I don't know why but the motor is now very loud and feels super choppy. I am disappointed in the lack of information given by osbs and the severely underestimated time frame. Not to mention it will now be harder to sell my ow+ because it takes a specific set of knowledge to make it practical. I regret my decision to upgrade via One Stop Board Shop. Do not trust this business with anything of value.

Incredible customer service! Brian did me a huge favor by taking my old Pint off my hands, and was incredibly kind and helpful. Definitely the place to go for any electric board assistance!

I came in over an hour late to my appointment for a new tire on my Onewheel and was expecting to have to find a diner for a few hours while my board got serviced.But instead of that, I was greeted warmly by multiple people and then introduced to the different options of tires available. Once I decided, my Onewheel Plus was loaded on to a cart and wheeled into the back room, emerging minutes later with some sweet new road shoes. It was kinda like watching a relative get wheeled off for surgery and then coming back good as new.I'm pretty sure I ended up chatting with every person there - even after I got my board back and paid for the service. They're great to talk to if you've been doing the DIY e-bike/e-scooter thing and want to talk to someone and learn new things in the process.If these are the kind of people supporting the Personal Electric Vehicle revolution, I'm excited for the future of it!

Couldn t have been happier visiting this store. Besides the fact that they sell and service the coolest electric boards I ve ever seen, they are super helpful and knowledgeable on all the gear they carry. Shoutout to Justin for answering my 100 questions lol. The awesome customer service combined with the knowledge and huge selection of products, you are always gonna have a pleasant experience visiting this place.I went for my Onewheel specifically but they have a lot more cool stuff to check out and ask about.

When you do business with OSBS prepare to be welcomed like family. Great experience with awesome people. If you have interest in electric vehicles or need service or repair, look no further! The bearing change on my onewheel has got me riding smooth as butter and they took every precaution when handling my board. Come on in and prepare to be stoked!

Brian is an authentic Onewheel fanatic and one of the best dudes I know! This is your place for all of your upgrades, repairs, and parts. Bought new footpads and a tire as well as install and my Onewheel feels like a new board, even taught me how to ride like never before, highly recommend a core group of riders here at OSBS!

Extreme professional and fixed my board in less than projected times. Easy to talk to and ask questions as staff is open to talk with any concerns or questions you potentially have. Being able to try the boards is a plus if you have any buyers remorse. Also if you live near them I d say it s worth driving down or do their 1 day delivery for parts or accessories.

Really wanted a Ninebot Max but Segway wouldn't accept my card on their payment plan. I typically use $hop pay and came across you guys after some searching.I prefer to buy direct usually but your reviews are very good. Makes me much more confident in my purchase.

An absolute killer experience. These guys are super friendly and knowledgeable. I have little doubt that this will be "The place" to outfit and purchase your personal electric vehicles. I visited to accessorize my Onewheel and they had anything and everything I could have wanted in stock and competitively priced. Veteran Friendly.

Everything they say about Brian and his shop is 100% true. Tried to do a bearing change myself and it was clear that something was not right with my board. Brian fit me in for a next day emergency appointment and told me more things about my board than what I knew! He was also extremely friendly and patient. If you're a Onewheel rider or e-skater, you gotta stop by and see all of the merch! But if you also need a servicing, there's no one better to go to than Brian! Will definitely be back for my next bearing change :)

Great customer service! Being a local shop for the Onewheel community is definitely a plus. Brian was very outstanding with his service, very friendly, and especially very informative. With having my XR being repaired, he was very fast and efficient with his work and especially clean. Any issues or questions with the Onewheel, Brian is your guy to go to!!

I got to say, this place is awesome. Not only do they have really cool stuff in stock, from boards/bikes/scooters, but also safety gear, mods, and merch. Beyond that, Brian and the guys have been so cool and patient with my kids when we stop in....even after they have asked thier 500th question! Their knowledge base about the industry is impressive, and the quality of their work is beyond par. Definetly the only place to go for buying, upgrading, or getting gear for an EV.Keep it up guys!
