I purchased a 2011 GMC Terrain from them with 70,000 miles. Nice vehicles with less mileage. The Carfax is free on their website. I recommend this place to purchase a used car

Not too bad. Bought a great luxury sport car but had to put $5k into it to get it up to Porsche standards. I would go back AGAIN! Very good people in sales and finance.

At first I loved my new/used car. But I received the car with a broken strut/shock. Both sides had to be replaced. Then there was an exhaust leak, which needed replacement. And last but not least, I also needed a timing chain replacement. The total of repairs were $2500. I will never buy a car from NJ again. At least in NY we have the lemon law. Mula Group never put my car on a lift, it was transferred from another dealer.

I had a great experience at the dealership. I explained to the guys my budget and they showed me a variety of cars available. Vick especially was knowledgeable and helped me chose the car right for me I would suggest to ask for him for any questions.

These guys are scam artists. Do NOT purchase. I repeat, DO NOT purchase. In July, I bought a 2011 Jeep Liberty from this dealership. By mid September, the car has internal engine failure. Now, I accept this is a used car and I inherit that risk. However, my mechanic told me somebody had gone to great lengths to conceal all the leaks within the engine. I have made 3 efforts to discuss this with Mula dealership. It s been 2 weeks and nobody has had the courtesy to even respond to my call.

This place is overwhelming the cars are so cramped in there you can not see comfortably. I was literally climbing over cars to get to other cars, bumper to bumper. Some you couldn t see at all.While staff are friendly enough it kind of lacks professionalism you need while making an expensive purchase. They kept us outside in fairly cold weather while talking numbers, usually you d be invited to sit in the office from past experiences of buying a car

Very welcoming people! Made my experience of buying a car very easy and enjoyable. I use the car every day and util now even though its old it has shown no signs of damage in the transmission or the engine. Would advise anyone to go there and check out their cars. If you want to buy a reliable car this is the place to go.

Overcharged for an "as is" vehicle with headgasket issues they didn't disclose. Vehicle was listed with a different VIN# and different carfax on their website. Judging by the amount of stop leak copper flakes I found thinking it was just a thermostat issues it is clear this was a KNOWN issues before sale. Either dishonest or negligent work but they sure won't forget to charge exorbitant "dealer fees" for the nothing they do to the car.Shop elsewhere.

I went to the dealership not knowing a lot about cars and was a bit scared tbh but Vik (the sales guy) was very friendly and kind in helping me find a good affordable car. I ve been using it since collage started and the car has shown no signs of not functioning properly. I would recommend it to everyone who needs a affordable and lasting car.

We bought a used Suburu a week or so ago. Kyle was very helpful as was the rest of the team. No high pressured sales at all. What got us to drive out to them was the reviews we read. Plus I reached out regarding another car about 3 weeks ago and they were very responsive. What has really impressed me is the service did not stop when we drove off the lot. We had a check engine light come on the day we bought the car. They had already closed so I sent an email on Sunday and I received a call from Kyle first thing Monday Morning. He assured me they would figure out what was wrong and make it right. We dropped the car off and their mechanic said it was an 02 sensor that had Dust on it he cleaned it up and we picked the car up today and so far so good. Kyle again said if any issues they will address it. (It s been a long week we bought car less than a week ago sat June 17)At the end of the day you are buying a used car and there can be issues but the service they have provided has put us at ease. I hope no more issues but I am confident that if the problem persists they will fix it as promised.

Called up to see a 05 jeep listed at $4995. Okay, the car ad didn't list that the rear doors and both windows roll down. The moon roof didn't close all the way and how I know that is because it was raining outside. The paint had overspray over the whole car and was painted green ( all door handles were painted with black spray paint and the overspray on the green paint oh and even the roof is turning blue again. The power steering was leaking from a hose and needed fluid. The whole undercarriage had some type of oil on it. I turned on the heat and it blew cold air and stopped after pushing the gas pedal then and only then it would get heat and then go back to cold again. I didn't seven get to drive this jeep because they said the price was firm. We were told that they dropped the price to $4995 from $5500 about a few weeks ago but we've been looking at this jeep for a little over a month. (So that was a lie) the salesman called his boss and then was told that the price was firm. Shady used car lot here. Please beware!

This was a good experience buying a car. I was looking for a specific make and model, serched online, visited 3 dealers in-person looking close at 6 cars, test drove 3. Mula was Zero on my sketchy-meter. They had the most solid vehicle and it was fairly-priced. Also the most straightforward, routine process from inquiry to inspection and test drive and especially closing the deal and doing the paperwork. No BS. Victor is a pro and easy to work with. Very happy with Mula.

Everest and his team are awesome to deal with. He is a man of his word and the process of buying a Mercedes from him was perfect This was a top level car and I was skeptical at first but after speaking with him we knew they were a great dealershipFor all the people who post negative reviews, they are not working things through with the dealership. Went to go buy a used car. The first car wouldn t start and there was a security light on. The second car I went to go test drive started making noises right out of the parking lot and then not even a block later the car completely died. Very unprofessional. NEVER Buy a car from this place.

great car we bought but the men at the dealers never got our plates on time. cant drive a vehicle with expired plates and they basically f ed me over. irresponsible and unprofessional. if you were having an issue getting plates from the dmv maybe you should have stated that we may need another set of temp plates before we get the permanent ones WHEN we bought the car, NOT a day AFTER the plates expired. poor way to do business especially with something so important. i guess my other appointments today will have to be rescheduled since the men here cant do half of their job right.

Bought a car from this dealership two weeks ago and had an issue that needed to be repaired. Brought the car in and had it back 2 days later with no hassle, no excuses, no shortcuts. Happily fixed all of things I brought up with the car at time of buying and that level of service didn't disappear once they had my money. Good dealerships like this are rare, would definitely recommend them and will be buying my next car here.
