If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This shop was amazing to work with. I needed auto body repairs done to my vehicle during the UAW strike and before I even had the car towed in John was upfront and told me that the strike was affecting the availability and delivery of parts so it could take longer than expected, but that he would do whatever he could to get the car repaired. And that s exactly what happened. Parts were on back order, he emailed me and let me know, but without telling me, he sourced the parts from several different places to get my car repaired within the insurance rental timeframe so I wouldn t have to come out of pocket on the rental. Imagine my surprise when he called and told me my car would be ready for pickup within a day or two!!! That was 2 weeks after I had it towed in to him. My car looks better than it did before! I couldn t be more pleased! Hands down, if you need body work done to your vehicle, call K & L.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I would highly recommend this shop for any autobody work. They were extremely nice, and provided outstanding customer service. They were prompt with repairs and did a phenomenal job. They cleaned my car inside and out, and made it look like it was brand new. I was extremely impressed with their work and wouldn't consider any place else for services.Service: Body & Trim

K & L went above and beyond in repairing my car. They worked seamlessly with my insurance and their time estimate was right on the money. In addition to repairing my passenger rear dent and 1.5 foot long scratch, they fixed a an old scratch on my front bumper. They also were able to go over the custom stripes on my lines, which was an added plus and apparently a very difficult task! Good professionalism, documentation and work was done by these guys. My interior and exterior look better than they did before my car was the victim of a hit and run. So overall it was a huge win for everyone!

Went there for an estimate for some body work because I was referred here. I had other damage on my car from a hit and run that I was looking to have a secondary estimate on to get fixed at some point. I was only there because someone hit me and was honest about it and willing to pay for damages. They essentially told me that they considered me to be a thief and that they would have to charge me to even give me an estimate because I was more than likely to pocket the money for myself. I wish they would have asked if my car had any other damage while I was making my appointment on the phone. That would have saved us both time. I m not paying for an estimate when I already got one for free somewhere else and was not treated like I was trying to pull some scam. I can t comment on the body work since I didn t receive any, but customer service was not great. I didn t see anything on their website about this policy either unless I missed it.

They were wonderful to deal with and keeping me informed with delay of parts availability. Once the parts were received they got my car done immediately! Beautiful job!! Stopped by on 6/16/23 to get a quote for my truck. Owner seemed to be nice until he denied work on my vehicle because I said I was looking for other quotes from different shops. He couldn t even give me a price! First and last time at this body shop

I went to K&L after visiting to other reputable auto body businesses in the area. I wanted to get a repair done without going thru my insurance. They exceeded my expectations both with the quality of their work and their fees. And they were very nice and took my car quickly. I will only use them in the future.

John and the team at K & L Auto Body did a fantastic job on my Subaru, which needed work on the rear bumper as well as calibration of the blind spot monitor. The entire process was quick and easy, from scheduling the estimate and subsequent repair. John was very responsive and easy to work with and the job was completed quickly, despite a snowstorm that dropped 2' of snow early in the week. I can't even believe what an amazing job K&L did on my car!! I have never been so happy before with an auto body shop before in my life! There are really no words to describe what a beautiful job they did! I will never use anybody else. K & L AUTO BODY DID An EXCELENT JOB in providing an estimate to the insurance company & worked with the insurance co. when hidden damage was discovered. They scheduled the repair only after all the repair parts were secured maximizing down time, all the time communicating the status of the repair process to us, of course the car looked great after the repair. K&L was recommended by both my insurance company and the person's company who backed into my car. They did an estimate with no problem, made an appointment to fix my car, and the repair was done earlier than expected. The work was excellent - you can't see where the damage was - and I am completely satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone.

John at K&L Auto Body and his team did an excellent job repairing a dent in my front passenger fender on my BMW X1. The craftsmanship and service was excellent and the repair was completed in a timely manner with clear communication throughout process. I highly recommend K&L.

I just picked my car up from K & L Auto Body shop, what an amazing job they did. John was very pleasant to work with. For the amount of work my car needed, you would think I drove it off of a dealership lot new. I recommend this Auto Body shop to everyone.

Friendly and honest. I hit a deer and they fixed the car so it was better than it was before (I swear they also fixed something else with my car). They had the repairs done before their quoted time, at the quoted price. Definitely recommend.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Every car in my family has been to this place at one point or another for major body work or minor jobs. These guys are the best I have worked with. Their work is top notch and they are courteous and easy to deal with. I highly recommend them.
