This may be the worst ford service in the area. Unless you're a sadist who likes to be talked to like an idiot, avoid at all costs. People are rude, service is questionable, they never have the parts in stock, and they are inconvenienced by people trying to pay them for a service.

showed up at 8 am today for standard service(oil change) and was met with need appointment now, oh OK no communication ever received for this significant change. I can go inside make appt.-OK inside I say need first available, was asked irrelevant questions I repeat 1st available, approx how long a wait while here-depends on who shows up, what? , return to ask where my car is nice young man says we took it down to service, will get it back. He says" they don't tell us what is going on, they do not know what we are doing. Uh OK. So Fullerton Ford Service is less customer oriented and dumber than before, not sure how that is possible.Service: Auto maintenance

Sadly my car broke close to this dealer and it was tow there. I wasn't expecting a 5 stars service but at least a decent one. The Advisor (Montana) that was assigned to my car didn't do the effort to help me. Even after I explain that my car was bought with the extend CPO warranty. That is a trademark for all Ford vehicles with a high reputation. She just reiterate that I was not a client of this dealer and had to wait at least a couple of weeks before my car was going to be inspected and if the defect was not in the warranty terms I needed to pay over 100 dollars. Never gave me a solution just told me that I had no other options.After taking my car to a different Ford dealer, it was fixed in less than 3 hours. Cover by the Ford warranty that I highly recommend.

Bad experience overall, just needed to see if I had any codes pop up . Car sat on lot with no work done to it , incompetent front staffI m going to find a local mechanic , I ll have better luck than with any ford dealer
