I ve purchased many cars in the past, I can easily say this was the best experience working with any dealer. They were extremely professional, no high pressure tactics, and the entire staff were friendly and accommodating. I was fortunate to work with Jean-Pierre, who helped me throughout the process, which was quick and easy to purchase. I would highly recommend contacting him directly, should you have an interest in one of these cars. Fantastic dealership!

My service expert Giancarlo at Fullerton is great to work with. He is very thorough, friendly and always provides great customer service every time I take in my truck. Everyone else there is also very pleasant and makes your experience as easy and seamless as possible. I would highly recommend Fullerton when you need your vehicle serviced.

Edward and Brian were amazing to work with. I came into the dealership for pricing and with the help of Ed and Brian I was able to walk out with a brand new 24' jeep wrangler. They were exceptional and very professional throughout and did not pressure me at all, they made me feel very comfortable. They were very patient with me and really worked with me on this and made sure I was satisfied with everything. I am thankful for going in there and completely satisfied with doing business with them. They strive for customer satisfaction and they achieve it. Look for MATT LONANO! I would highly recommend his services. So knowledgeable and detail-oriented. We went there to buy my first Jeep. we were a little hesitant because we never had a jeep wrangler and heard mixed reviews about that. Matt explained us everything very thoroughly and also gave advice with soft top. It was a weekend but he stayed with us even after work hours until we got the keys of our car.Highly recommend Matt!!

I was extremely pleased and satisfied with the first class experience I received from Nicole Martinez and she d service staff during my annual servicing visit on 01.15. 24. This is no different from the Stella service I received from Nicole during my prior visit in 2023. She is very professional, transparent and does a terrific job at keeping you up to date and in the loop every step of the way. Nicole lays out all your options and looks for the most affordable ways to keep you satisfied while ensuring maximum performance from your vehicle. I went to Fullerton Ford to see a Alfa Romeo Giulia and possibly test drive it. My car was coming off lease and i was looking for my next vehicle. I was greeted by a salesman, Jean-Pierre Usala. Jean-Pierre described the car to me, demonstrating an in-depth and thorough knowledge of the vehicle and setup my test drive. After my test drive, I fell in live with the car, and made the buy decision right there, no second thoughts. Jean-Pierre then worked with me to arrive the right deal. I am impressed with his knowledge and professionalism in helping me to get to yes. The delivery itself was smooth, and I was on my way in my new car in record time. I am a very satisfied customer and will recommend Fullerton Ford to anyone who asks.

Had an excellent experience buying my Alpha from this dealership. The experience was seamless and the salesman Jean-Pierre was great to deal with. Fullerton goes the extra mile with great customer experience from start to finish. The dealer is transparent and very fair! It s hard to find a personable dealer that values the long term relationship vs the quick pay check. It s more than just selling cars. Highly recommend!

Just took delivery of my brand new 2023 RAM TRX! 7+ month wait on factory order! Have driven many performance vehicles over the years. All I can say - WOW!The sales team at Fullerton Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM has been awesome! Originally, Richard Zeller took my order back in January and has been helpful in keeping me posted and tracking the order. Anthony Catena, the Sales Manager has made the actual purchase process once the truck made it to the dealer a smooth experience! Lionel Otchere has been great and instrumental in finalizing the delivery of the vehicle - very knowledgeable and helpful! Finally, thanks to Craig Barrett in Finance! A true team effort there! I have purchased many cars in the past and without question, Fullerton Alfa Romeo was one of the best experiences ever. Jean Pierre is one of the most knowledgeable Alfa Romeo representatives on the east coast. His no-pressure approach was very much appreciated and he worked every angle to make certain we got the new 2024 vehicle we wanted at a very competitive price.He was super helpful with all the paperwork and spent as much time as we needed explaining all the car operations and technology at pick-up. I had the best and most professional car buying experience with Fullerton CJDR just before the new year. I can t say enough about our sales representative, Rob Yonker, whose knowledge, decades of experience, and no pressure approach to customer service guided us through the process seamlessly. We went from the Fullerton online platform, to the dealership, to the test drive and, ultimately, to the purchase without a hitch. There was no detail left out nor a question unanswered. I most highly recommend Rob and the dealership for a new or used vehicle.

Giancarlo was very courteous and helpful with getting my vehicle serviced promptly. When most other dealers couldn't look at my vehicle until three weeks later. Communication, follow through and thorough explanation of service needs were excellent and best of all, my vehicle was completed sooner than expected. I will be back here for my future service needs for sure!

Had a great experience over the weekend with a last minute purchase. Ed Onka made it a really easy process, and put up with a lot of last minute issues (not with the dealership, I just wasn't expecting to find exactly what I wanted that day, so didn't have title, my trade in wasn't cleaned out, etc) Team worked with me to make it as smooth as possible.

John Carlo, my Service Advisor, was very helpful and reassuring. I had an independent mechanic look at my car and they misdiagnosed the problem but techs at Fullerton quickly found the real issue. JC hooked me up with a Loaner vehicle while my Challenger was being serviced. Repairs were completed quickly and correctly. I would recommend not wasting time and money with your local mechanic and let the Pros at Fullerton diagnose and repair your car. Very happy with all at Fullerton

Waited two hours for an oil change and not a busy day. Turns out when I get my car back. I didn t put any windshield wiper fluid. I called them and they said my service representative was not available at this time. I speak to somebody else and they said bring the car back. I just spent two hours waiting for an oil change that takes 15 minutes, and they couldn t complete it let alone they told me I have a tire rotation that I purchased a while back and I noticed my tires and rims have not been touched or changed from position
