Very professional organization. Working with John Caruso to purchase my Fiat 124 Spider was awesome. I am out of state and he helped me navigate the added complications. He was always super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Far better experience than I have ever had buying a car! I highly recommend this dealership.

We had a great car-buying experience at Fullerton. After visiting several other dealerships during the previous few days, we contacted Fullerton and worked with our sales person Sydney Martinez. Sydney was a delight. I first spoke with her over the phone to confirm that a specific car was available on the lot - she promptly confirmed with a video of that car. We met her that day and she took us for a good test drive and answered any questions we had.We felt that we paid a very fair price for the car (a CPO 2020 Jeep Compass in great shape) and we were offered a fair value for our trade-in.Sydney helped us through the paperwork, insurance documentation, etc..Thanks to Fullerton (and to Sydney) for having made this a very smooth process.

I had a great experience at Fullerton. I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee there and was helped by Erich Kaiser who was very knowledgeable and patient. He was able to answer all my questions and showed me several vehicles, while never pressuring me to make a decision.The manager, Ken Castellaneta personally called me toLet me know the exact vehicle Inwas looking for arrived on their lot.My husband also recently purchased a vehicle from Fullerton and was helped by Alex Kalos who was also great to work with.All in all, a very satisfying car buying experience!

I have been to many dealerships. This one was different. Thanks to Ed I made the choice to go with the Jeep. He was the perfect gentleman. Very knowledgeable, friendly, but not too pushy. Answered every text, phone call and every question that I had thank you Ed! I would definitely recommend going to this dealership and working with Ed:)

I cannot say enough nice things about the Fullerton auto group. I was in the market for an SUV, and as a previous Alfa Romeo customer I wanted the new 2024 Stelvio. I connected with Frank Antanasio who was so wonderful, knowledgeable, patient and very honest. He was super accessible and answered my million questions without frustration. I would recommend Frank and the Fullerton team to anyone on the market for a new car. Will definitely be doing business with them in the future! Thank you Frank and team.

I had a great experience here with Heather. She worked with me to turn in my old lease and find me the perfect new Jeep to lease. She made sure to check in with me and figured out how to get my payments down to where I felt comfortable financially every month. I will definitely be returning to her when it s time to change out my lease again!

Great dealership that made the process of buying my Alfa Romeo very quick and easy as they were able to get me on the road the same day. My salesman Frank Atanasio made the process quick and pain free with his overall knowledge of Alfa Romeos and professionalism. From the first day I visited Fullerton CJDR Alfa Romeo Maserati, Chris West, my salesman, was wonderful to work with. I did not feel pressured and felt that he gave me all the time and attention I needed. Chris was so kind and understanding during my process of deciding what car I wanted. I felt that Chris West went above and beyond in taking the time to explain the features of each vehicle. Chris also was very attentive and knowledgeable about each cars features. He answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with his answers. In addition, Chris did not hesitate to show us the many scenarios we requested when it came time to finalize the purchase. He even spoke with his sales manager, and got us exactly what we wanted. The sales manager at Fullerton CJDR Alfa Romeo Maserati was also a pleasure to work with. He was genuinely kind and made us feel welcome and like we were special customers. I can honestly say it was the best experience I have had at any dealership and by a sales team. It did not go unnoticed or unappreciated. I will definitely be recommending this dealership and Chris West to others and I look forward to a long relationship with Fullerton Maserati. And I love my new car!!

I just took delivery of my 2023 Durango SRT this past Saturday. Bryan Levin, the sales associate I worked with, is extremely knowledgeable on the product line and great to work with as a person. Given the price point I didn t want to work with just anyone, but someone like Bryan, with his experience and his friendliness. Anthony, the sales manager is also great to work with. He took the time to answer my questions, address a couple of issues related to the OEM, not the dealership, and I received a really good deal in the process.I highly recommend Fullerton in Somerville NJ, and Bryan, specifically if you are shopping for a CDJR product. And if you are into Formula 1, Bryan is your man!

Just got my third Alfa Romeo from Fullerton- a 2024 Tonale. Sales advisor Chris West again made the process a pleasant experience. He is very professional and knowledgeable about his products. As usual he went out of his way to give a fair price and took time to explain all the features of the new technology in this vehicle. I'd highly recommend seeing Chris if you're in the market for an Alfa.

This was one of the easiest and low pressure car buying experiences I ve ever had. I contacted Lionel Otchere via the online app and scheduled an appointment to look at a Jeep in their inventory. It was so easy from start to finish and I would highly recommend talking to Lionel. I was excited to buy my first Jeep and it was cool that my salesman was also a Jeep owner! The interior of the dealership needs a bit of a refresh, but don t let that deter you from shopping here.

We were just "looking" for a new car, and stopped by the Fullerton Auto Group's Alfa Romero's showroom where we met Chris West, the salesman, we told him we were "just looking", but he did such an outstanding job in understanding and listening to the type of car we were looking for and guess what - he "sold" us on Tonale Ti. We were not really looking for a hybrid, be we were so impressed with Chris's customer service and his knowledge of the Tonale, we had no other choice but to pick that one.We never thought we would own a hybrid, but Chris re-assured us we would experience no difference and actually we would enjoy both worlds- gas and electric. We have been thrilled with the car so far!!!!The whole experience with Chris and Scott the Manager was outstanding. We were in the showroom on Wednesday afternoon and picked up the car on Friday afternoon!! Overall, a great experience and we know we made the right choice with the dealership and the car due to Chris West's customer service and his knowledge of the Tonale Ti!!!

I went with my mom to look for my first car and Fullerton in Somerville was the first dealership we pulled into. In a million years would never imagine how easy and fun buying my first car would be! When we walked in we met with Erich Kaiser who was friendly, sincere, professional and really listened to me and my mom on what I was looking for. He helped me find the perfect vehicle and I was behind the wheel of my first car in zero time! The whole process was stress-free and enjoyable thanks to Erich who now has a life long customer! Thanks Erich I really apricate you! I absolutely love the Jeep and could not be happier!

I had a very positive experience leasing the Tonale. It was probably the best experience.had at a dealership. Jean-Pierre was very helpful and accomodatiing, responsive, no sales pressure, he was extremely professional, no games, and true to his word. All attributes very rare in buying or leasing a car nowadays.Thank you Jean for making the experience a pleasurable one.

Purchasing a vehicle from Fullerton is a real pleasure when you have to deal with a sales person like Rich Zeller, he's the most Profesional,honest and caring salesperson I have met over the years, I purchased my third vehicle from Fullerton through him and we keep coming back because him, Fullerton thumb I am sure Rich has to be your #1 sales person but the customer service provide by him it is amazing and you won't find this service very easy...thanks Fullerton and Rich Zeller...I love my new 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude...

This is my 3rd car I have bought here and it just gets better. Shelsea was amazing. Between getting the truck and everything together she even told me to go do the paperwork while she watched and played with my 2 and 4 year old. That alone was a huge help in the car buying process. And then even Big Tom the manager stepped in to watch and play with the kids while I was transferring insurance and going over rates. The truck wasn't prepped yet since it just was delivered and they handled that quick and painlessly. Inventory is maybe the only reason I would look at a car somewhere else.Please if you decide to go to Fullerton ask for Shelsea. She was top notch and most of all not pushy what so ever.Thank you Shelsea and for all the help today.
