This is my third time at Fullerton Alfa Romeo and it s still a great and easy experience! It s the easiest I have ever leased a car. My salesman, Jean-Pierre Usala, has helped me all three times. He s a class act, helpful amd not pushy. Highly recommend!

Outstanding team at Fullerton Alfa Romeo.My sales specialist, Jean-Pierre, was simply a joy to work with. His knowledge of the product and process made buying my Stelvio effortless. All my questions were answered and not once did I feel taken advantage of nor mistreated. The was a real sense of compassion and I could tell that Jean-Pierre valued his customers and their experience. The same could be said for Scott in the management office. Both are stand up guys and both will continue to earn my business. 10/10 would recommend Fullerton Alfa Romeo (Jean-Pierre and Scott) for any and all of your Alfa/Maserati needs.

Fullerton sales was great. In March 2019, we got the lease deal we wanted and all the options to our liking. Service was great during the time of our lease as well.After we bought it in March of 2022, the service dept and manufacturer started to decline big time after my 4 year warrantee was up. To their convenience it wasn t even 1 month when my 4 year warrantee lapsed with only less than 39,000 miles. The Manufacturer (lady s name is Beth) said they would spot me just $5000 since the warrantee just lapsed but Fullerton quoted $16,000 for a new engine. That s $11,000 out of pocket with only 39,000 miles.Ed is a great service advisor and it was a pleasure to work with Ed, but this problem is beyond him and he was basically put in the middle of something where I needed to speak to at least the Service manager, whom I left messages with Ed but never spoke to, returned my calls and never even heard his voice.Today, I am still presently stuck with a non working, beautiful inside and out Alfa Stelvio sitting on my driveway about to bid on a used engine with a decent warrantee from EBay ($2000+) and 35,000 miles and about $2000 Labor. That s $4000+ out of pocket vs $11,000.Please service dep, work with your customers and stop hiding.

This was my second time working with Fullerton Alfa Romeo. Jean-Pierre was upfront with pricing and there was no pressure. He explained all my options and was clear and honest about the whole process. I would recommend Fullerton Alfa Romeo to anyone.

I inquired online and was connected to Rob Long. We chatted back and forth about what I was interested in doing with my current car and what I wanted in a new car. He was quick to reply, honest and most importantly we were able to reach a number I was comfortable with. He made the process simple and quick. I was emailed videos of cars I was interested in (thanks Scott) so that when the decision was made, the in person appointment would be easy. It was easy. I ve have a handful of cars and a day at the dealership is dreadful. When I walked into Fullerton Alfa Romeo I was greeted promptly and we got straight to business. My offer stayed the same, no gimmicks, no change in numbers. I signed, was showed new features and was on my way. Thanks for making my car buying experience pleasant! I would recommend Rob and the others at Fullerton Alfa Romeo to anyone interested in a Alfa Romeo or Maserati! Thanks

Purchased a vehicle from this location last week and it was all one could ask for. Overall an easy and seamless transaction without any time wasting. Jean-Pierre is a very knowledgeable guy and does his job with a passion. Scott the sales manager provides great support to the team and was both very helpful and welcoming.It was a pleasure doing business, I will certainly recommend and will come back.

Excellent experience working with Jean-Pierre & Scott for my new Stelvio Alfa Romeo. JP was very responsive, prompt and personable. After touring several dealerships and being given false promises, JP went above and beyond to deliver! I will continue to send friends/ family here but will also continue to a repeating costumer. Thank you Chris West ! We're living at Florida with my wife and there wasn't good inventory with Stelvio in my state. I contacted Fullerton Alfa Romeo and made an application form online . Chris gave us right information. Everything was clear. He helped me to be approved absolutely online. When I came to their place, my car was ready, paper work takes me just an hour or so. And Every information was clear as Chris gave us before! Financial manager also was kind and effective. Chris West is a very profecional and helpful manager . We had Very exciting experience!

My new go to dealership. Highly recommend Frank, he puts all the car salesman stereotypes to rest! Was shopping around on a Sunday, was driving my new Alfa Romeo Stelvio home Monday afternoon. I told Frank my budget and he showed me exactly what he had that fell within it. Never tried to up sell or waste any time. He is straight forward and understands the customers perspective 100%! Just had the best car buying experience with Fullerton Alfa Romeo Maserati. The whole sales team was awesome and the finance group was excellent. Special thank you to Chris West for taking the time to ensure my vehicle had all of the options I wanted and answering all of my questions patiently. They let me take the lead when it came to the time frame of the purchase and delivery. I got a great price for my trade. Chris and Joe in finance were top notch! They explained what coverages and service contracts would best suit my needs to ensure years of happiness with my new Giulia. The delivery was very smooth and exciting. Chris helped get me connected to the infotainment and Alfa Connect. Chris showed me how to access all of the options, also showed me how to personalize settings making sure I had no questions feeling confident before driving home. It was all very easy. The service team is extremely welcoming and courteous. I didn't mind driving an hour away to receive the best car buying experience. I was not left alone for extended periods of time or shuffled all over the place like other car buying experiences in the past. Last summer we worked with Frank Atanasio at Fullerton Alfa Romeo. The experience was so easy and Frank made us feel right at home. When I needed another car this spring, we went back to Fullerton and worked with Frank again. He understood exactly what we needed and found me the perfect car. There was never any pressure or up-selling. He is really great to work with and I highly recommend him and the dealership.

I recently leased a Maserati Levante Moderna from Fullerton Alfa Romeo. My salesperson was Mr. Jean Pierre Usala. The experience I had was superb. He is so knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and helpful. As a matter of fact every sales and service person I met was excellent. I recommend this salesperson and location to everyone. You cannot get fairer treatment than you will receive at this location. Mr . Usala , in particular, is a person you can trust. My family and I will always use this car dealership in the future for all our transactions.

First time using this dealer for service last month. I have always used a service department at a dealer further north.Staff were polite and efficient. Service was completed faster than expected and pricing was very competitive.Only area for improvement is that the waiting area chairs are not comfortable.Update July 2023Another wonderful experience. Went in for scheduled maintenance and they diagnosed an issue covered by warranty.Very professional and courteous.Highly recommended.

Over the weekend, I purchased my second SUV from Fullerton and again had a great experience. Scott and Jean helped me with the purchase, and I didn t feel any pressure from them, which some other salespeople I dealt with while shopping lately. They both were very understanding and listened to my needs and my budget, and offered me a deal for my trade and the purchase, which I couldn t refuse. I highly recommend this dealership, especially Scott and Jean, to anyone looking for a new or a preowned Maserati or Alfa Romeo. Was looking at vehicles on a Sunday, emailed a salesman named Frank. Monday I was driving a new 2023 Stevio. Frank was amazing, told him my budget and I ended up getting a car UNDER it! Even got an excellent rate for my 2012 trade in. This place is my new go to for vehicle purchases! Highly recommended Frank Atanasio.

We were hunting for our first car and stoped by this dealership with the interest of Alfa Romeo cars. JP is the most friendly, patient and supportive sales man we've ever met. With his help, the whole process is very smooth and we ended up of leasing the Giulia Estrema which we absolutely love! Really enjoy it and highly recommend this dealership and of course JP!

Group of gentlemen here. You can tell Ed runs the service dept like it s his own. He had my stelvio in and out of service. Chris West is a great salesmen s. All around this establishment is run properly! Makes me love my Alfa even more.

This was my very first experience shopping for a new car on my own and I also work for a premium car dealership; so I know what to expect from an excellent sales experience. I had my eyes set on an Alfa Romeo Giulia, and other dealerships were beating around the bush when I asked for numbers first in order to make sure it was in my budget. After reaching out to Fullerton Alfa Romeo in Somerville, I was put in contact with a really excellent salesperson: Chris West. Chris was able to provide me numbers on the vehicle I was interested in and took into account my trade-in, all online, while the other dealerships told me that I needed to come in first or send copies of documents that were not needed yet during early stages of a deal. I drove almost an hour away to meet with Chris and do a test drive because of how professional everything was. Once I had done the credit app and all of the rest of the necessary paperwork after coming to a deal, Jason my finance manager was also extremely professional and upfront with what I should consider in terms of warranties & protections for my new Giulia. The finance process was quick and easy, the way it should be when everything is done on-time and well.If you are considering an Alfa Romeo, definitely don t settle for something else. I ve had my Giulia for only a few days and it is a treat to not only drive, but for others to see and ask about as well. The driving experience is sublime, only matched by its looks. A stellar vehicle I really did not imagine I would be driving in my early 20 s. So if you want one, please bring your business to Fullerton Alfa Romeo in Somerville and ask for Chris West. Huge thanks to him and I look forward to working with him again soon.

Didn t buy my Alfa from Fullerton however my first service experience was a very good one. The service reps were very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Planets are always available. Highly recommend this dealership.

I am someone who does not usually enjoy the car-buying process. But working with Chris West and the team at CJDR Alfa Romeo Maserati was the exception. From the moment we walked in the door, we were welcomed with professionalism, kindness, and transparency. Chris was super patient, answered all of my questions and never made me feel like he was trying to sell me. Rob Long was an excellent salesperson, he did not pressure me into purchasing a vehicle and he was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was interested in. Rob took his time with me in deciding which color and model vehicle I was interested in. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up my vehicle, all the paperwork was ready. Rob made the process very easy and enjoyable. Best salesperson I ve had in a very long time. Overall my experience with the Rob and the Fullerton staff was definitely one of the best!!!
