They invent unessecarry and costly things to add to their various miles based service intervals, wanted to charge me $300+ on top of oil change to do routine 24,000 check up and when i looked it up with Subaru themselves and called another dealer they had never heard of the carbon flush they tried to sell me as part of mandatory service. Nickle and dime scammers will never buy or service with them again, go to Richard Lucas down Route 1 instead, honest and way easier to deal with. Thank You and God bless.

I like Victory's policy of coming in for an oil change without an appointment. Carol the service rep, and Luis the service technician were great. Carol explained everything to me in detail, and even better, Luis physically showed me on my car where things needed attention, as opposed to just talking about it or it being printed on paper. Things on my vehicle was handled really well, even though it's older. It's awesome how they now give you this option of tracking your service with an actual inspection video and recommendations on your phone in real time. Furthermore, as a current military service member, they made me feel welcome and appreciated. Overall, great service appointment. Thank you, both!Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

My experience with the service department at Victory Subaru was very good. I went in for a routine service, oil change and the rear brake replacement on my Forester. Staff at the counter was very polite and professional. Patiently heard all my concerns and planned the service. They did give me a loaner since my car needed to be there for half a day. I am impressed with their mobile application and inspection video. Luis, the technician was very thorough with the inspection and pointed out the right maintenance/repair needed for my car. After the suggested maintenance and the quote in their web page, there is an option for you to accept or reject the services suggested. I could take my time and make my decision. I am glad that I decided to go with all 3 services suggested. My car feels like a whole new car after the service. It is a lot smoother and I feel more confident while driving. The service was completed on time and they were okay with me picking my car the next day while I keep the loaner car provided.I do have one suggestion to the team. It would be awesome if you could send a video of the work done once all the repairs are completed. I would be going back here for the service again.

Really unpleasant experience here. They operate under the guise of a high quality customer first approach but my experience has proven that it is a veneer. I brought my car in with an appointment to have the oil level check and the A/C serviced at 7:30 in the morning and I was told that my car would be done around 9:30-10:00. That was not the case. I tried calling several times to get an update but I was told that only the advisor that I was working with could give me an update and she was unavailable. I also texted the number I was given but no answer. I left a message but did not hear back after several hours. I had to repeatedly call until finally the advisor, Jana, texted me at 4:30pm. Not only had my car not been looked at, but also she did not get the message I left hours ago. She claimed she was too busy to call. I also spoke with the manager and she was incredibly rude and short with me. When I returned to pick up my car and drop off the loaner Jana barely acknowledged me and did not look at me but left my keys on the desk and told me the car was out front. They claimed they did a multi-point inspection but less than 24 hours later my car experienced issues with the check engine light and warning lights. I had to take it to another more diligent dealership. In summary: Avoid Victory Subaru if you want thorough care for your car

Victory Subaru Service is a nightmare. There 24 month tire warrantee is a hoax. I had my tires replaced last Sept. One of the tires was showing wear on the side. When I took my car in June of this year for service I informed the service desk about the wear. She did not bother to see my car and instead told me that I might have gotten the tires replaced at a different place. Her system clearly shows that the tires were installed at Victory Subaru. After I took the car back home the low tire pressure was displayed in the dashboard. I had to take the car back the next day and they informed me that they had rectified it and the tires are all good. I had to call the tire company and file a customer complaint. When I called the service manager(head of service) at Victory Subaru in July and gave her the case # to get my tire replaced she started yelling at me and said she had never done this before. I never got a reply from her. This month the low tire pressure light came back and when I went to Victory Subaru the technician inspected and informed that the tire has an air bubble and needs to be replaced.The tire was replaced after the manufacturer agreed for a replacement. The Victory Subaru service team started telling me that I need to replace several parts and it was critical. This was not critical when a major service was done in June. To recover their cost of replacing a tire they billed me over $650 for servicing which was not even scheduled. To recover the tire cost they pulled this gimmick. Avoid this place if you can find a better Subaru service center.

I have no idea how this service department stays in business the way they treat people and myself. When I called to make my appointment I relayed all my concerns and of course they don t have it saved in their CDK. I had a few things going on with my car and the advisor acted like I was crazy and lying about the recalls I received. I have owned these cars for twenty years. I explained my concerns on my brand new car and as soon I told her something else she was getting all huffy puffy. I will never go here again and will be contacting SOA.

Assisted my daughter and Fiance in finding a replacement car when hers had to be junked unexpectedly. Found this dealership to be very welcoming and informative. Initially met with Alex H and Chris S who were very helpful and educating as first time considering a Subaru. Checked out vehicles at other dealerships just doing our due diligence but came back to Victory Subaru and finalized the deal with Alex H and Alex F. It was a great experience and have comfort in knowing my daughter will be in good hands.

I got an online quote for my trade in and they touted that they had the best offers through Pure Cars- which they did. I was prepared to pay asking price for their car (which was high) if they honored their online valuation. When I got to the dealership, they were ready to offer kbb value (a few thousand less). Everyone was nice, but being more transparent would be better. It was a big waste of time. They shouldn t run numbers through Purecar if they use kbb

Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. After 2 and a half hours waiting, I m told (after getting up to check) that they are almost done and will just put it in the wash line. Fifteen minutes later I check again, they say they are waiting for the wash. I tell them I don t care if it s washed, I just need to get going as it s been almost 3 hours. Finally get my car back (not washed), with the driver s seat all the way back and the inside smelling terrible.Never again going back here.Service: Oil change

I went to Victory Subaru this past weekend and I would like to give 5 stars to the dealership especially to Eder Gonzalez. Even though they were low in stock, he patiently and professionally took the time to help me and my family: find a comparable car to test drive, gave me all other options to get the car I was specifically looking for, and answered all the questions we had. I would definitely go back to Eder again in the future.

This was a recall on a car I just leased in August. I waited for over 6 weeks to get an appointment. I checked numerous times in that 6 weeks to make sure the parts had arrived to correct the issue. I was told they now had the parts. I made arrangements to drop off the car and that it would take 2 hours, so I had a ride to take me home and bring me back when the job was completed. However, I was told I had to sign paperwork and it would take 10 min. The 10 min. Turned into over a 1/2 hour. I finally questioned the receptionist and was told someone had to inspect the car to see if they had the parts for the repair. The supervisor came out of his office when he heard the discussion. Someone then took the car to the service bay. I waited 10 more min! Nothing! At that point the supervisor came out again when he heard me speaking with the gentleman from the sales/lease department. I was explaining the problem with the service department not explaining the process when I made the appointment. In the meantime my ride was getting worried because she had to be home when her children arrived home from school. If only someone had said, sign the paper, leave the car here while we inspect it, and we will call you after the vehicle is inspected if we have the parts to repair it! The other thing was no one offered the option of a loan when I made the appointment. What a mess! Disorganized and inconvenient. !

*Update: I ve asked repeatedly. Remove me from your mailing list.Joel, I've called, your voicemail didn't work, so I emailed and still have not heard a response.Avoid the service center at all costs. I could get into all the details but it ll take a while. To put it simply - I went to them 3 times, $4,000 later and I still have the same issues with my car.

Fixed the telematics unit in my Forester like a charm, but totally missed the mark on problems during my 72K mile scheduled maintenance. Diagnosed my car needing brake pad & rotor replacement, when [...] Morristown called me into the technician area to see for myself the source of a rattling issue I told Victory about; which ended up being more serious front lower control arms issue (can really fckk up an axle). Like a doctor's hypothesis you aren't sure about, get a second look.I do appreciate what was done right, because it was done really well.

Back for a repeat visit. During regular maintenance last week, they didn't check tire for leak as I asked.So, warning light came on again yesterday. Stopped at Victory today. There's a nail in tire. And I hope this time they'll repair leak and put a valve cap on stem.

Service is friendly and prompt. The waiting area is cramped and the WiFi unstable but, fortunately, I could use my cell data service for a reliable and fast connection. Coffee was available albeit luke warm and only artificial creamer available.

Overpriced horrible service! They let me drive with zero brake pads. I'm lucky to be alive. I am editing this because it gets worse. They put more oil than necessary in the car. Overflowing oil problem, can you believe that?

Not a Dealer, it s a Deal Breaker. If you are nostalgically in to a sleazy car buying experience this is the place for you. After a couple hours of 70 s out dated sale torture by a person who call himself a manager, you will realize that there are other way courteous Subaru dealers and deals. Got the car not the attitude and that fake advertised deal but a new Subaru.
