We love the service of this dealership, honest and straightforward. This is by far the best experiences that I had with the car dealers. I spoke with Kevin Shulca over the phone about the model I prefer and budget that I have. After that, we exchanged a few emails about the price. Day later, I got the best offer from Victory Subaru beating rest of dealers. We drove to the store with the offer and bought the car same day within 3 hrs. Miss Genevieve who is super sweet and helpful, exhibited her supreme people skill and helped us process the purchase so fast while we had enjoyed wonderful conversation with her during the test drive. I forgot the name of Finance guy who is also very professional and nice. We felt no pressure when he introduced other service products that Victory offers. I give 5 stars to show how much I appreciate their help. Thank you!

Everyone at Victory Subaru was so friendly. Genevieve is such a sweet girl and so personable. It was such a pleasure dealing with her. This is my 2nd Subaru and I think I'll be a part of the Family for a long time.

Victory Subaru was truly a great experience. Rob was an awesome salesman who literally spent 7 hours with me, allowing me to test drive more than half a dozen cars until I found the one that checked all the boxes that I wanted. He also helped get me the price I was looking for. Victory offers so many amenities (free oil change/tire rotation for 3 years, LIFETIME power train warranty, and convenient concierge loaner car service, dropped off right at your home when you need service) that I wouldn't shop anywhere else. Overall great experience and great salesman.

I had the pleasure of working with Julia. It was one of the best experiences I ever had working with a dealership. She was genuine and was interested in my needs and wants while selecting a new vehicle. She was a great listener and didn't to upsell at every turn which made me very comfortable with making the deal to by a new Subaru. Julia is amazing and the car is pretty nice too. :-)

Great experience buying our new Subaru Outback with Victory Subaru! Big shout out to Julie, Chris and Allison. Incredible service and attention to our needs. I would have expected nothing less as this is not the first Subaru we purchased from Victory and I anticipate it will not be the last!

People at this dealership are indeed very kind and friendly as many reviews are saying, but that doesn't mean that you will get a good car deal here (it's no better than what you can get anywhere else, so shop around).I went there with my son to help him with negotiations for his first car. They will greet you with a very nice smile, which will soften you and make you take down your guard, but the actual negotiation will happen with another shark, not the person you first interact with. In our case the "smiling friend" was Julia (yes she is very nice as many reviews are saying, but make no mistake, she doesn't participate in the negotiation process and her role is only to make you take down your guard) and the "shark" was Mario (and he is a ruthless proverbial stereotype car dealer who will pull every trick, cheap or sophisticated, on you, in order to swing the deal in his favor, and give you all kind of nonsense talk in the process).We haggled for hours until we reached an acceptable deal and when I look at the combined purchase price less trade-in numbers, they were close to what we would have got had they just offered the fair Blue Book price for both (which I would have accepted). So, hours of wasting our time and their time only to arrive to something we could have done in 5 minutes (with Julia alone) and they could have moved to another customer (and maybe make two sales on that day instead of just one). It shows how ridiculous the whole car-dealer business is and makes me wonder if too many people fall for their tricks that it makes worthwhile for them.When we arrived close to the deal that seemed acceptable for us, I tried to do one last shot to notch it in our favor and then Mario pulled the cheap trick that that would make him lose all respect with me. He went around the corner to "talk to the manager" (I wonder if they actually talk to anyone or if that's just for the show) and came back with numbers slightly shuffled that made the total cost (downpayment plus total cost of loan payments) higher. I noticed that right away and picked one random "knob" from his sheet (trade in allowance) and turned it just enough to bring the deal back to what it was before his last talk-to-the-manager gimmick and he accepted it. Had he not done that trick, I would have characterized this dealership as "tough but fair". Now, all I can think is that they are just another sleazy dealership on the strip. That last "trick" he pulled sent me an insulting message that the thought that I was not smart enough to notice that.Hence, three stars, which is the average of 5 for being nice, kind, and friendly, and 1 for being full of dirty dealer tricks which in a way disrespect the intelligence of their customers.

Purchased my first car and kicked off my driving journey with Subaru Forester. Victory Subaru has the most down to earth and polite sales person that I have ever encountered during my car purchasing journey. No words can describe the help, support, knowledge, and the calm nature of Alex Howerton, who served as the sales person for my Forester. Alex helped walk me through all the naive questions that I had for him. He does has some good sense of humor that made the negotiations a bit relaxed haha! Overall the whole process was smooth and looking forward to enjoy my new Subaru.PS: Alex my keychain is still pending

Julia was a great sales person and understanding. I purchased a 2023 Solterra Touring for a great price and traded my lease. They help me get out of my lease early and gave me a reasonable price on the Solterra. I would recommend buying or leasing at Victory Subaru.

This being my first time buying a car, I had a wonderful experience at Victory Subaru. I purchased a New 2024 Crosstrek, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received, particularly from Isaiah K., my dedicated sales representative. Isaiah was kind, patient, and knowledgable throughout the process. He efficiently located the exact car I was looking for and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. With Isaiah's assistance, the entire process, from consultation to purchasing, was smooth, quick, easy, and enjoyable. The level of service provided by Isaiah and the entire team at Victory Subaru was impressive, making the entire experience seamless. I was satified with my experience at Victory Subaru.

Previously I had bought an Outback at Victory. Which I since sold. I decided to go back to test drive a Forester. I was taken care of by Julia and met Mario again who sold me my previous car. I was treated like royalty. Will definitely be buying my new 2025 Forester from them. I recommend this dealership highly.

We went to Victory to look at a 2023 Outback, mainly because the car checked a lot of our boxes. It was about a 45 minute drive, there certainly are Subaru dealers that are closer, but we re very glad we went the extra distance. The overall experience was excellent, very friendly, efficient and professional. Alex was our salesperson, and he did a great job managing the sales and financing process. We were able to get exactly the car we wanted at a reasonable price and with no hassle whatsoever. I would highly recommend Victory Subaru.

Great car shopping/buying experience!! Everyone at the dealership was friendly, honest and very accommodating. Our salesman, Konstantin, never put any pressure on us and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He even offered me the Subaru Victory vest off his back when I said I wanted one, but I didn't have the heart to take it. I highly recommend Subaru Victory if you're looking for a reliable car and a painless car buying experience.

Wow!!! I usually don t right reviews but I just had to talk about my absolutely wonderful experience I had at this dealership. My mother had recently purchased a used vehicle here so she recommended it to me. We worked with Rob who was very patient and answered all of my questions as a first time car buyer. He is incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and was beyond understanding of all of my needs and wants in a vehicle and found me the perfect one in my price range. He throughly explained all the safety features and went over everything in depth which I am so appreciative of. I could not recommend him more!! I also had the pleasure of working with the general manager Mario and Bilal who handled the finances. Both of the nicest, most understanding individuals who ensured my first time buying process was as smooth as possible even with all of the questions and concerns my family and I had. Could not recommend them more either!! My used Subaru Forester is absolutely perfect and I m beyond happy with my purchase here!! All the members of this staff go above and beyond and I would recommend this dealership to all looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle. I was at the Victory Subaru dealership in Somerset NJ where I purchased a pre-owned Accent. I have to say that I really hate the whole car buying experience, it gives me anxiety however I worked with Rob Kelliher and he really made me feel comfortable and confident that he was there, not to pressure me into buying a car, but that he really listened to me and my concerns and fears and he took the time to help place me into the right car for me and my family. Rob was always quick to return and answer all of my questions and by the time we shook hand to close the deal, I was confident that Rob did all he could to accommodate my requests and that he had worked hard to get me into the car that I wanted and for a great price. I ve always used Victory s service department who are fantastic but now I am also a big fan of their sales team and a loyal customer

(Updated) Great Experience ever. Buying a Forester for my mom on Victory Subaru with the help, support, knowledge, and the calm nature of Chimezie who served as the sales person for my Forester. Chimezie walk us during all the process and always answering all the concerns we had about the car. The whole process was really smooth and direct. The time spent there was worth it.

Genevieve was patient in answering the countless questions we asked when we visited Victory Subaru to inquire about a potential vehicle purchase. This wasn t our first visit to this Subaru dealership, as we d brought our Subaru to be serviced on two previous occasions. It was, however, our first time purchasing from them. Both Genevieve and Chris were delightful and accommodating. Happy and excited to report that we are now proud owners of a second Subaru. Wow!!! Such a great experience for a first-time car lease at Victory Subaru!I absolutely love my new 2024 Crosstrek Alpine Green, and the service I received was top-notch, especially from Alex. Alex is extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He quickly found the exact car I wanted and was always there to answer any questions I had. Thank you Alex! He is a great person who never got tired of questions, showing us all the cars we wanted to see and wanted to test drive. Wow! A vastly improved service experience since I've been getting my cars serviced at Victory. I actually left for a while to get repairs and maintenance done elsewhere because I wasn't satisfied with the service. Coming back, this time it was seamless even though the place was packed. Ann Mary, the service manager, is running a tight ship. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because when the mechanic installed new window regulators, the windows were left smeared with greasy fingerprints. Really minor. An overall great experience.

I used to recommend this place to friends and I have spent hundreds of dollars here on parts and service.if you re looking for work and have no experience you should definitely apply here now, clearly there are no standards nor are the employees held to any.On my last visit I interacted with some of the rudest, most incompetent people. It took 3 days to do a basic service, and they still screwed up the car, so I need to take it to another dealership to be fixed. There was nothing wrong with it before I took it in. Now it stinks and the interior needs to be professionally cleaned. I don t know how people are allowed to work here and mock customers after THEY damaged a car, but hey, capitalism right? They aren t going to be in business for much longer.

The service department also were great about handling the many questions I had. All in all, a good experience.

Today I had the greatest experience at Victory Subaru in Somerset! After driving the same car for 10 years it was time for something new. Working with Chimezie Nwosu (Sales Consultant), Alex Fiducia (Sales Manager), Craig Buttcher (Finance Manager), and other staff I was able to come to a very fair deal on a brand new 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Limited. Chimezie was a phenomenal salesman, and by that I mean he wasn t being a salesman at all. Simply put, he was welcoming, very cool/kind, and treated me like family. He was able to advocate for a good sale between Alex and I and did his very best to get me what I was looking for! Couldn t ask for more! Craig was very kind and helpful in finding the right deals for coverage and answered any and all questions. Will definitely be referring friends and family to this dealership in the future and hopefully it retains these wonderful staff members!

Konstantine was friendly, patient and walked us through the entire process from start to finish. He made sure we got the best value on our trade in and helped us figure out the best car suited for our wants and needs. He fought tooth and nail to keep us within our budget and made sure we left happy and satisfied customers. Needless to say I ll be returning as soon as I am in the market for another vehicle. Highly recommend!

When I first bought a car at Victory subaru 2 1/2 years ago I was lied to and given a fake Carfax told there was no accidents when there was. I went back now that the car is rusting away from the frame and they won t do anything for me yet again. This is the worst experience I ve ever had at a car dealership, and I would suggest going somewhere else. The past managers were fired for what they did to me, but I was given no Recourse on my vehicle. The new manager Mario also did nothing for me. He tried to offer me a car at 600+ dollars a month he said that was all he could do. Clearly, that s just a good deal for him and nothing for me. Once again, do not shop here Subaru as a corporation also did nothing for me. I would suggest looking for a Honda.

I've purchased a number of new vehicles and this experience was near the top of the list. I wanted something not on the lot and they went well out of their way to get it. My salesman Chimezie and finance officer Bilal were comfortable to deal with and very accommodating from test drive to signing. Thank you, Victory!
