Absolutely Excellent service. My engine light was on, called shop, Tom responded and scheduled an immediate diagnostic. They found the issue, among other concerning repairs that had to be done. High level of expertise, they began working on my car immediately and one of the mechanics even gave me a ride back home. Very reasonable fees and car rides like a dream. We discussed other maintenance issues to be addressed in future. I'm super pleased with the service. Highly recommended. Best place ever! Was having air pressure issues with my tires. Even if I put air in them the lights would come on. No one could figure it out! But Tom did. It was the tire valves! Tom is smart and on the ball! Just love this man. Would recommend his business to everyone!Service: TiresService: Tires

I m currently working on upgrading my 335i GT XDrive, and stopped in to get some aftermarket brake pads and rotors installed. I had been calling around and no one would do it, only wanted to use their own parts, etc. so I called Tom and got a happy No problem! . I brought the car in, got the brakes swapped out, and they look great, and function perfectly. The employees were nice, had a good sense of humor, and we chatted for a bit as I picked up my car. Will be having them do the parts install for the upgrade, hands down.Service: Brakes

My husband bought an older Ford Explorer for our son who just got his license yesterday. My husband wanted to have the vehicle completely checked out before our son began driving. He brought the vehicle to Tom's Auto Repair and they went over the entire vehicle to see what, if any, repairs needed to be made. The mechanics went over the entire vehicle and made some minor repairs that were necessary. My husband was very pleased with the mechanics, the service, the cost of the services and felt reassured the vehicle was safe for our son. Thank you Tom's Auto Repair for giving us peace of mind that our son is safe. We will be referring our friends and family to Tom's Auto Repair in the future.

As always I'm happy with the service received! Thank you tom for being an honest mechanic! My car broke down on friday and I had it back on Monday. The fuel pump was bad and I was expecting to pay at least $800 and was happily surprised when it totaled out to under $600. I would and do recommend Tom to others.

Do not take your care ANYWHERE ELSE! Tom made me feel so comfortable from the door. He put my car on the lift and explained every piece under my car, showed me where everything was and also explained what actually needed to be replaced. Another repair shop told me I needed $3,000 worth of work, in reality Tom showed me I only needed $300 worth of work. He fixed my car quickly and made sure I fully understood what needed to be done. I will be back any time I need work in the future. Thank you again!!!

It is difficult to find an auto repair person who doesn't give you a laundry list of "needed" repairs just to make money off of you. Tom is always honest, fair and will never suggest something that is not needed. I trust him completely and he always gets everything done quickly and his work is top notch. Thank you!

Horrible experience. Will never take my car there again. If I can give this place zero stars I would.The wife and husband are very unprofessional. They fix things that I never asked them to fix and the things I wanted them to fix they did not fix and then wanted me to pay $800. Never again . They do not know how to fix cars and i would stay away from them. They used profanity while talking to me, and lie. Isnt the customer is always right? Worst mechanic ever.

The owner will be getting investigated by the better business bureau. He is a poor quality human being looking to finesse people when he has done nothing. Zero stars. Look elsewhere

This shop is absolutely amazing!!! They treat you like family. Tom is completely upfront about everything, 100% honest from the beginning to the end. Great customer service and even better job done!

This is the WORST repair shop I have ever been to the owner and is wife are VERY unprofessional they lie and don t do the work that you ask them to do. I had them remove all the parts they put in my car and refused to pay the owner. He is not nice to his customers and lie on them. The service was so bad I had to contact the BBB it came down to that. If you know like I know you wouldn t take your car here especially if you want it fix right

Gave me a price of $180. When I picked up my car the price was $240. Definitely not returning for anymore work !!!!!
