I brought my car in for a simple power window mechanism repair. The repair was done, but in the process something on the door was damaged - the wood trim under the window was chipped (!?). How???? He did not bother to look for the chip and give it to me. He did not even have the decency to tell me about it. I do not appreciate that. If I had it I can glue it on. This was sleazy, underhanded, and dishonest on his part.Service: Auto power window repair

I want to Mario shop to get my breaks done. First thing he said i need my rotors done too. I come back 1 hr later and paid 120.00. I get into my car and my break are now grinding. I go back into garage to talk to mario and he said the rotors are to big. He wanted to charge me more money to put the right size rotors on To make a long story short mario charged me 120.00 and he pick my old rotors and break back on. I would not recommend his shop to any of my friend and family he is a ripe off.

Very disappointed. He is normally our go-to guy. We were having issues with our car taillight being on randomly, which would drain the battery. Took it there two times. The first time, we thought we were fine after he checked it. A few days passed, and it died again so we assume it was the battery. Called triple A and they change it. The triple-A guy pointed out that my taillight was on immediately after he put the new battery in. He was concerned because no one was in the car. So we took it back to Mario. He had it a day, called the next day, and said it was fine. Now it's dead again.

I go here every time for an oil change since my father is good friends with the owner. I decided to take my Acura here to replace my breaks. Was charged in total about $550. This was back in July and the breaks still make a loud squeaky noise. I took it back less than a month later and they charged me an extra $150. The breaks still make that squeaky noise and it is very annoying. They did not do a good job on this and paid a lot for their service. Was better off investing more money and taking it to the Acura dealership.Services: Brake service & repair, Oil change

This place is scam. I called in to get my tire patched. I was told it will be a $10 charge . I confirmed with the person on the phone if there will be any additional charges, I was told no. After my visit I was told there will be an extra $20 charge. Without initially informing me. To make it worse. I was told my tire couldn t be patched, that I had to purchase one of their tires. I declined their offer. Mind you my tire was brand new and he rudely threw my tire on the ground.I went to TOYOTA service center. I was told my tire did not need to be patched they ran test to prove it, and it was free of cost. I saved my self from a scam.Overall this place is unprofessional, unreliable and a complete scam.

Very knowledgeable about cars, courteous and very reasonable charges. I had brakes, AC, tires serviced at the Mario's and the quality of his work is insurmountable. My mother and I have used Mario's services for a few years. Most recently I dropped off my car hoping it would be done and assessed. Mario stated he would fix the minor problem but wouldn't guarantee it would fix the problem. We paid over $600 and the car continues to have the same issue. I took the car to the dealership and they said nothing was done to correct the problem. A squirrel or rat chewed the transmission wires and needed to be fixed quickly. $800 later the car is ok. Not happy with Mario. He never mentioned the wires being chewed. Could have avoided the additional money....Services: Transmission, Electrical, Brake service & repair

I went there to get my oil pan and engine mount fixed. He did it but they called me the day of saying something else was wrong with the car. After the given me a break down of there original analysis. And I asked the girl could they hold on to the car until I get back from out of town she says sure. They wanted to charge me $300 extra for something they missed and the lady at the desk acted like she never to me they would hold my car until, like I made that part up my recommended go somewhere else.

I came with a broken water pump and timing change, I also my ac was blowing hot and my head lights were dull and not pointing the the right direction. After just a week in shop all the problems were completely fixed. I m very happy with my service on my Subaru!!

Was told that he runs a professional business poor customer service lack of professionalism left my car there to be repaired on two separate occasions the first occasion he told me the car will be done that day which was a Friday drop the car off 10 AM as instructed by Mr. Mario didn t receive the car back until Monday 4:30 in the afternoon no call but I understand things happen gave him the benefit of doubt tried it again for another repair told me the repair will be done same day drop the car off at 9 o clock came back at 3:30 car was never worked on and the part was never ordered even thoughI left a $160 deposit to buy the parts without even a phone call. Another day waistedAgain totally unprofessional

My husband and I had traveled from Florida to New Jersey and the truck broke down. Being desperate to leave we came across his service online and he had his company send us a tow truck to our hotel. He figured the problem for the truck and allowed my husband to contribute to the work and consider his opinions as well. We were there the whole day and we found out there has to be some replacement on the truck but he made the truck work for us to atleast make our way back to Florida. Very grateful for God putting us in his hands and he saw how desperate we were to get back home that he even reduced our price. My husband and I are really really really grateful for your service and for behaving so nicely with us. We have not stopped thinking about that day and for how amicable you were! Thank You! Also, for our +18 hour long trip back to Florida he gave us some sodas and water bottles. Overall, you made our bad day seem like a good day. You gave us hope and my husband says thank you because you also included me, his wife into the conversation and took me into consideration. Thank you so much and we hope God gives you more blessings!P.s. 5 stars is nothing compared to how well you treated us and for your service. You deserve more.

The guy there show no respect!!. Was on the phone talk with who ever while I was trying to talk about the car I wanted to buy. He reused to let me hear the car run. And wanted to sell me the car in really bad condition. sits all ripped up, paint all discolored, two different lights on the car. More than 90,000 miles in the car.( point is he low ball me) and in the end he walk away when I (asked)him if he could lowered the price for the car.

This place was so kind to me. I was in a hurry with a nail in my tread. They took me right in and fixed it in 5 minutes for cheap.

Horrible service. My wheel wasn't bolted on properly and my wheel fell off on the way home. Mario the owner tried to say I loosened the bolts on my own.
