If I come in for an oil changes that's ALL I expect to be done. Nobody comes in expecting to pay one price, then find out at the end their total is $60 more. $5 to refill the fluids that didn't need to be refilled is a rip off. If y'all wanted a tip, should've provided the refill as a courtesy. Also, most of the online coupons are invalid. You're better off building a rapport with a mechanic and supporting their small business.

I have been using this Jiffy lube on & off since it opened. I have brought at least 3 cars here. I have no complaints regarding the service they deliver.But, in the waiting area, the beverage area looks like it could use a thorough cleaning.

Been to this place a couple of times first time the forgot to put my tire air caps back, 2nd time ask for tire rotation they did not have the equipment to due it on my vehicle. The most troubling thing is I was at another place and decided to get my rotation and oil change there and they informed me that whoever did my last oil change which was jiffylube stripped the bolts to my skid guard trap door. The bolts had to be drilled and I had to buy new bolts which costed $96 extra on my bill. Go to s reputable place who take responsibility for their actions.

Excellent, honest service. I've been coming to this Jiffy Lube location for years and I'm always 100% satisfied. The staff and management are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I try to get there a little before 8 am, and I'm always in and out in an hour or less. Highly recommended!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

My check engine low pressure oil light came one minutes after I left this oil change location. I took it back and everyone had that deer in their eyes look like "that is weird, we only changed the oil" well, now my car has been sitting at the dealership waiting to get serviced and find out what they did to my car. Expect a hefty bill coming your way from Ford.Service: Oil change

Jiffy Lube in Somerset. Is always trying to scam you for more money. I currently have a case open with Jiffy Lube corporate. Went in for an oil change with a coupon. I really did not want to go to Jiffy Lube knowing that they sometimes try to scam you but they're open on Saturdays so it's convenient, because I work of course. Guy is telling me that in addition to my oil change I also need to change the rear differential oil because my car is now past 15000 miles he said it's in the manual and I really should do it. Didn't have the manual with me so I said OK but it's an $80 service. So of course at home I have the manual and look it up and that is only for special operating conditions when you were towing a heavy load or using a heavy car Carrier. Have never towed any heavy load with my car. Called corporate and currently have a case open ......they are going to contact the franchise owner. My husband tried to resolve it over the phone with the manager of the Somerset store but he said it was totally optional and I didn't have to do it. So that's why I escalated it to corporate. Beware of the Somerset Jiffy Lube.Service: Oil change

Once My go to for oil change and friendly service. Now, I don't even know what to say. Their Prices are ridiculous and with no discounts (heck even 5 or 10 bucks)... No budge. Went there for regular oil change with my own oil and filter. They showed me really dirty and black air filter and asked to change it for $39. I denied it. Also told me that antifreeze is low and to top it off it would be $5 so I said OK. I bought my own air filter for $19 and when I took out the old filter from my car it was not that dirty and different filter than the guy showed me also checked the antifreeze and it was never filled and still very low. Don't get anything done there except oil change (with your own oil and filter). They are always asking you for unnecessary high price service, don't fall for it.Service: Oil change

They charged my daughter $270 for a oil change on her Volkswagen. We get it that it s a European car that requires synthetic oil, but the oil costs $80 tops. Second oil change came around and we called the dealer and everything was $95. These people are pure scammers and definitely get over on women.

I understand many people were forced to raise their prices due to the pandemic but over $60 for a basic oil change?? NO WAY! Sorry! I went to Walmart and bought my own oil & filter and was forced to change my oil myself as I simply couldn't afford to waste the lil money I'm making as it is on something I used to pay $35 for, and even THEN I paid it reluctantly and only went when I had a $10 off coupon. Don't get me wrong they were always nice and provided good service but I think the prices are obviously insane it only cost me 25 bucks to change it myself!

Very neat and clean premises. Loved to have a coffee in Waiting Room. As such it is 'first come first serve' / no appointment. I was lucky. No sooner I reached, my car was attended immediately. Seems a bit more $ cost though. Overall, I am happy and may come back for next service :-)

I used to take all of our vehicles there until I took my new Honda CR-V there. After the oil change on the way home the whole computer was malfunctioning and every light on the dash came on. This car was new with 3000 miles on it. I ended having to have the car towed to a Honda dealership they fixed the burned up cylanoid and also said the oil was disgusting and changed it for me. So not only did they break the car they didn t even do the oil I paid for. I called corporate for a refund and they refused. I won t be bringing the 4 cars we own there ever again.Service: Oil change

I have been taking my cars to this Jiffy Lube since 1997 on and off and didn't have problems with their service. But in the recent most visit in September 2022, I wanted JL to perform Signature Oil Change, Tire Rotation. They upsold me to do an air and cabin filter change. I waited for an hour and still didn't get my car. That's when I noticed some of the employees gathered around my car which was stuck on the lift, because the left cylinder of the lift failed. I clearly heard on of the employees grumbling to another employee that this is the third time he was witnessing it happen. It took them almost another hour to get my car out of the jam and I was extremely worried my car might be damaged in some way. The owner/manager told me some deformation to plastic rocker panels have occurred and JL would be responsible for it. Added to this misery was that when I took my car and started driving I began to notice the "low tire pressure" sign was coming on. Because they were closed I called JL next working day and JL told me I have drive some miles before the warning sign went away. Yesterday I took it back to them and one of the employees took 1 to 2 minutes to fill up each tire to the correct pressure. After this this the warning light went away automatically. This means they also lied that they inflated the tire pressure to the correct level. I will avoid going to this place in future as I have lost confidence in JL.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Waited in line for about an hour, patiently didnt mind because I thought they were going in order. Then I saw a technician take a car in front of someone else because they have 3 lanes. I thought maybe they had a different order. Then they proceeded to do the same to me when someone new arrived who had not been waiting. I left I hope no one else had to go through what I went through.If there are reservations I wish I knew but don t put them on the same lines as the walk ins

If I could give zero stars I would. I came early and got in line for oil change. I ve been a regular customer for 2 years. I m waiting for them to open, 10 min late they finally do. And the mechanic calls a car that got in line after me to get into the mechanics garage right in front of me. I ask why and he tells me because they were there before me. Well they weren t in line though, and I was.Last time I ever went there.Service: Oil change

First I would like to say this is the best Jiffy lube I've ever been to. The receptionist Maya is awesome. Her attitude is so warm and always make me feel welcome. She always greet me with smile and always say "Hi it's been awhile" always make me feel missed lol she's a type of employee that shows that she wants to be there and shows care to the employees. Awesome customer service! I appreciate that. And Robert the manager is awesome and always show kindness and care towards the customers . He make sure he tells you every bit of detail that you would need about your car. He even fix my battery plug that wasn't in place. Thank you Rob and Maya, keep up the great work Happy customer.
