I had a wonderful time working with Ken and his team. They patiently listened to my concerns and were able to address my leaky tire in the same day. They worked quickly, communicating about the entire process and what to expect. It helped me to be at ease and wait patiently, knowing that the problem would be addressed. Despite initially being stressed and confused (after several attempts to solve it elsewhere), Goodyear serviced my vehicle and exceeded my expectations. Thanks to them, I m back on the road, more confident than before.

Walter is the best. I came in because the check engine light came on and I was concerned because I just purchased the car.Walter took care of me, was very attentive and professional. He explained the issue to me and what needed to be done. He kept in communication with me and didn t leave waiting unnecessarily. The issue was resolved and the light is off. I highly recommend this location.

I haven't had good experiences with this Goodyear. I am writing this review for people to be wary because the people who work here are dishonest, greedy, and not straightforward with you.My latest appointment was for an oil change, nothing more. Whoever was finalizing my appointment in store did not even ask me what type of oil I wanted. The representative went ahead and added a more expensive synthetic oil than I needed, without even any mention of what my preference is or what I can afford. Later after I picked up my car from the oil change appointment I found out that a tire that I am having issues with and that this Goodyear has "diagnosed" stating there are no issues with the tire was moved from the rear passenger side to the front passenger side. No one at this store told me they were going to do that, no conversation was had about it.I took my car to get a second opinion on the tire to Mavis Discount Tire and they found out that my tire was patched up incorrectly causing the tire to have that constant deflating issue. The Mavis mechanic said that the patch job was on the side of the tire instead of on the treads, which caused the leak to happen. Goodyear told me that same tire had no issues even though it was leaking air constantly, so if they did patch my tire why didn't they mention it? I know this store is responsible because I only took my car to this store for maintenance in the last 6 months so no other mechanics have touched my car.Essentially, if you are using this store please make sure you are asking questions about what they are doing because they will not inform you. This Goodyear will call you to say they have found a problem with something in your car and they need to replace it. They are money hungry and all they care about are themselves. Do not trust anything this Goodyear tells you and always get a second opinion on whatever they are telling you needs fixing in your car.

If I can give a negative rating, I would in a heartbeat. If you have any other option to get service performed on your vehicle, I suggest you go there 1st. Today was the last time I will visit this location. A simple service request (oil change and maintenance light) turned into a customer service experience nightmare! All 3 managers on staff were present today and all 3 of them were rude and unprofessional. As a customer, I have the right to ask about what your staff/mechanic/technician is telling about my vehicle. I don't just accept any and everything you say, without following up. This is especially if I need further clarification. I've been going to this location for many years without any issues. Over the past few years, it's been very intense to visit this place. Due to closeness and convenience, I've been trying to see if things will get better. Today, I'm done. If the owner of this location would like to discuss this matter, please let me know.Sincerely, No Longer a Goodyear Customer.

Quick and professional service. High quality tires and parts. I had a punctured tire which I plugged with a plug as show in the pictures.Well as it turns out, it's the the safest nor is it a long lasting solution; not a month has passed and the air was starting to leak. The shop advised me that it is much safer and longer lasting to have a plug put in from the inside and then patched. Since then I haven't had any issues with the tire!

The customer service agent was really nice. This review is purely on the actual work done on the car. Bought new tires and after driving it for a couple hours, noticed big vibrations. Took the vehicle to another shop and they confirmed that the new tires were not properly balance at all and were really off. On top of that, the bolts were switch and therefore these caused minor damages. Certainly poor quality mechanic/tire service.

Not Good service here. I went there for a simple tire rotation that took 3hrs of wasted time. Didn t do the Job tried too hard sell me new tires. Totally bad service rude to customers don t waste your time here.

My husband had his truck in the dealership to have AC fixed for the 2nd time in a month. We were leaving for vacation on Friday during the week it was in the 90s. He dropped the car off at 6 am on Wednesday. He had told them we needed the truck AC fixed to drive to Myrtle Beach on Friday. Wednesday afternoon they said they were sorry but they wouldn't get to his truck that day but were sure they would get to it the next day. On Thursday he called over at lunchtime to see how they were doing. They said they were sorry but they wouldn't be able to get to it that day either! I called over to Good Year to see if they could help us out. They were very happy to make sure we were taken care of. We dropped the car off around 1p. We got a call from them a little after 1 p on Friday saying our truck was ready! We had told them we needed it for 3p on Friday! They went way beyond our expectations! It was a team effort to get our truck fixed & ready on time! We had a nice cool ride all the way to Myrtle Beach! Thank you to everyone at Good Year who made that trip possible!

If you take your car to be serviced here, don't expect it to be running well after their first go with it. Or their second. Or their third. Or their fourth. Find a place that hires people who graduated fifth grade.

Told my fianc� how great Goodyear was with my oil change which was a huge mistake because when we took his car today this is what happened to his driver side window courtesy of whoever the hell Mike is at Easton ave Goodyear. I scheduled an appointment for his car for today for 11am and scheduled my car which also needed an oil change for 1:30. He drove his car and I followed in my car so we could drop it off we arrived at 11:03 and left at 11:15. By 1 there was still no call for his car, by 1:10 we left the house to drop my car off and wait for his car to be finished. When we arrived it was 1:26 or so and his car was still parked where he left it they hadn t started yet lol. So I go in with him and I tell them I d like to reschedule my oil change for tomorrow. Their noon time slot was open so I said ok. We left did a little running around had some food and went back home. We got home around 3:43 or so and finally got a call from them at 3:58. The guy on the (mike) asked if he knew that the window was off track. My fianc� replied yes and inquired as to why he was asking him that. The guy on the phone then said oh nothing, I managed to get the window up tho and your car will be done in 15 minutes. The phone call needed and they called back at 4:14 to let us know to come pick up the car. We drive down there in my car we get there around 4:40, I m in my car waiting for him to come back out while waiting I notice his driver said window was all lopsided, I text him his window is messed up lol I should ve taken a pic of the window. We drive home and arrive around 5:06. Thats when he notices that his window is really bad. He had the window rolled down on the way home because the weather was really good today. So when he tried to roll it back up it wasn t doing it like it usually does with a little finesse. He was sitting there trying to fix it while I decided to look on the passenger side trying to understand why it wasn t working and that s when I point out that the guard isn t supposed to be in there it s supposed to be flared out like the one on the passenger window as you can see in my two pictures one took and one I had him send me that he took. He calls to see if they will fix this screw up of theirs and asked to speak with the owner and Mikes reply was all I did was pull the window up a little and that they are corporate owned. That s fine I will leave this review with these detailed pics and I will be calling around for corporate to have this injustice fixed to my satisfaction because this isn t right. I called to cancel my appointment for tomorrow. We will not ever be going back there which is a shame because he was about to spend about 250 for them to fix his cars alignment. Also if Mike had any common sense he would ve done what I did to see how the window was supposed to be instead of jamming things where they don t belong, should lose your license and your job you don t need to be working on cars if you re going to be that brainless.* Earlier today after some calling around the car got taken back and the window is now back in the semi working order it was in when this whole nonsense began, we will have to replace the weather tech rain guards on both sides which would ve had to do eventually anyway. I am satisfied with this outcome. We didn t pay for them to revert the window back to how it was.*

When.power window dropped down suddenly, realized it's serious issue. Jim calmed me and took car in right ght away (,I knew they were loaded). Prompt service by Tara, Walter and perfect diagnosis by Niki. Also when the replacement part was defective, and in back order, thx to Jim to ensure issue is fixed temporarily and Walter, Tara for coordination and for a perfect fix by Niki. Thank you all!

Used an inferior part from Mexico and marked up the price 125%. Broke off the clips that secured the wire to the bracket and said nothing. Having nothing but issues with the substandard part they installed.

Had a urgent issue with my wheel well detached from the body and it dragging and scraping along the road. I was in a rush to get somewhere but luckily was right next to a good year. I told the mechanics my issue and they were able to do a simple patch up in 20 minutes and have me on my way. Plus, they were kind enough to not charge me for it as they saw I was a bit stressed out and in a rush. Will definitely come here again. Excellent service !

Entire staff including manager are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They recommend tires after listening to your custom needs and applications. All cars/Truck full service and repair available

Incredible liars!- No alignment was performed as stated on the receipt.- Over charged for their services: Air filter installment (parts $71.51, labor $52.50), Cabin filter installment (parts $14.17, labor $70), Val ventilation cleaning (parts $35.99 and $49).No one should go.

Worst Goodyear Service Center that I have visited. Main issue they were very slow in terms of work. Poor communication, looks confused and do not understanding the importance of the customer time. I told I have all warranty program for alignment as well as balancing but the guy could not figure it out and in the end up finishing without balancing. Poor poor service center run by Goodyear. At the end once my car is done (without balancing) to just the finishing the paperwork they took another 30-40 mins. Totally waste of time of the customer. NEVER NEVER Recommended to others.

My wife got a flat tire on the way to work so I called Goodyear to see if they could take care of it this morning. Even though they were busy with other appointments, they fit me in and replaced the bad tire with a new one ahead of the projected wait time. Everything was handled with polite courtesy and in a professional manner. Thanks Goodyear.

I had an emergency situation with my car during the morning rush hour and came in without an appointment. They said they would be able to get to the diagnostic, but couldn't say when because they had a schedule full all day. Well, they drove me home so I wouldn't have to wait there all day. They were able to do the diagnostic AND the repairs all in ONE DAY! INCREDIBLE! Very courteous and professional service. The repairs were fairly priced and everything was explained in full to me in terms I was able to understand (as someone who is not a mechanic). I will always bring my car back to them. GREAT WORK!

I pulled into Goodyear's parking lot during the morning hours of a business day with a flat tire. The worker behind the counter told me the soonest they could patch the tire was the following week. Absolutely unacceptable for an emergency repair. I would not go back to this shop or trust them with anything moving forward.

On Saturday July 3rd, I made an appt for a oil change . My car maintenance for this job was overdue due to illness in my family. Ken at this Somerset location gave me a late appt that worked for me . I was able to leave in about 45 minutes . The waiting room was clean and comfortable. I was very satisfied with the friendly service and Ken s courtesy.

Not a good experience the guy on the counter was just trying to avoid my warranty claim and un necessary trying to upsell didn't do alignment check on tire replace, I have to ask for it and wait more to get it done

Brought my car in to get my winter tires put on and a couple things checked out. Made an appointment for 9:30am online, which said to expect a 2 hour wait for pickup- my car wasn t done until 4:30pm and they charged me $250 to switch the tires and look at my alignment. Absolutely absurd that they were so far off the mark on how long it would take and the man I dropped the car with in the morning was surly and unpleasant. The new employee who helped me check out at the end of the day was extremely polite and helpful, but it didn t make up for the rest of my experience.

I had an emergency situation with my tire during some bad weather. I came in without an appointment and they took me in immediately. Very courteous. I worked with Brad, very nice guy. They completed the work quickly and efficiently. I was out faster than expected. Highly recommended, five stars. Thank you!

Service Manager WV was great to deal with. He is an asset to this store. Tremendous customer service. Had a TPMS issue on my newly installed tires. WV had it corrected efficiently.
