I have been to two prior dealership before coming here. I can't believe I walked out with the car I wanted. I was so disappointed at first before going here that I thought that this wasn't going to happen. Carlos was really cool. They do everything to get you what you need at all cost. I felt discouraged upset before this I'm so grateful that I came here and got what I wanted out of this. Words can't explain my emotions, my heart of the joy I have to buying my first car. Thank you and I'm in debt with them in a good way not bad.

I don't like putting negativity out there but I feel as though I'm obligated to try to at least help someone avoid experiencing the same issue as I did. I had made an appointment to look at a specific vehicle. I asked before we made the hour and a half trip if I should put a deposit down to "hold" the vehicle. I was told it was not necessary. Calling about the vehicle (also inquired online) and making an appointment (two days away) to see it, was enough as it was their policy to hold the vehicle until I test drove it. On the day of the appointment, 10 minutes from the dealership I received a call from the sales rep saying it was sold the night before. Should I have called before I drove an hour and a half, yes, but I was the first appointment at 9am so I figured no one would be there at 7am. I get it, it's a business and needs to make money. They have bills too, but don't sell someone on an empty promise. That's just bad business. I would have been more than happy to put a deposit down sight-un-seen to ensure a test drive. From the reviews it seems as though this dealership does well for the most part. Just have to make sure they don't sell from under you!

Great experience and customer service, so much so we came out the lot with a purchase - after much detailed evaluation and support from Al. He was super patient as we looked through the car of our choice, mutiple test drives, etc. We appreciated the flexibility and trust/hope this was a good car decision for our family. The WORST EXPERIENCE BUYING CARS, I am an honest man who works day to day out and well I went to this place to buy a black Jeep that I saw on the internet, and I went and that day it was raining and when I tried the car it had a hole in the roof and well I told them that I wasn't buying the car for that reason, but they insisted and we reached an agreement that I would buy it but if they repaired that roof and then I paid for the car and they told me to come pick up the car for a week. which wasn't, but they told me that they had changed the roof new, so I went to pick up the car after 3 weeks and thank God that day it was raining and I could tell that they didn't do anything to the car, and that same day I took the car to the mechanic because it had a sound in the engine, and the mechanic told me that the engine was bad, so I went and told them that I was going to return the car, and well, they told me that it was not so easy that I had to to do a lot of paperwork, about three days later I received a call saying that they were not going to give me all the money, because supposedly there were some fees for which I only drove the car for about 2 hours, I paid $15,188 for the car and they returned me $13,714 $ really bad experience, if you want to lose money buy a car here, which I do NOT recommend.

BUYER BEWARE-----------Salesperson was friendly. BUT! The price was NOT as advertised and was actually higher than the $28,800 on the site and when all was said and done I would have walked out paying $36,400 which is WAY to high for Taxes, Title, and Fees! $8000 difference is ludicrous. Way too many hidden fees. They didn't even have the decency to clean the truck before I got there when I told them I would be there 3 days before. Very disappointed as I drove a long way for this vehicle.EDIT RESPONSE TO OWNER - The "negative equity" of my trade in... For the sake of keeping things simple I left out the trade in which was also several thousand below KBB value. So I'll elaborate below.Trading in my truck would have made the vehicle purchase $32,400 because they were giving me $4k for my trade in (Thousands below KBB by the way). That was the offer, which was still $3,000 above what it was listed at on CarGurus being the $28,800.

I went in with one car/SUV in mind. Nate/Mike both worked with me get it done. My car just broke down and I needed a replacement fast. The SUV drives great. The only concern was the check engine light which they said they would address.Update so I originally asked about the check engine light. They told me about the part that was on the way. It would be here that week and I would get a call and it would be put in. No call no part. Asked about the part 2 weeks later when I got my plates. They didn't know about the part. I was getting the car either way. It the fact they said The part to address the check engine light was never put in.The part cost 246 and the service light is gone. Still like the car plus it's a temporary solution to get me to work
