Wayne and Kevin are the best mechanics! I have multiple cars and they always exceed my expectations. My cars and trucks always run better after they service them. Their customer service is top notch as well.

Wayne and Kevin are great. This is the 2nd time I brought in my Pontiac Aztek and they fixed the problem 100%. Planned to take the Aztek to see the Total Eclipse. Radiator broke. Replaced with days to spare. And she made it 800 miles round trip. Bucket list achievement accomplished. Thank you.

Within 1/2 hour of my call on a Friday, Wayne's Auto picked up my car. Within an hour they figured out it was the fuel pump. By Monday, my car was ready. Working great! Thank you.

Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. Had to reschedule because I couldn't get to the shop because the street was being paved. Was never informed. Rescheduled and dropped off the car. Cost me over $100. Ended up needing to refill my one tire every 4-5 days. Went to another mechanic who said the tires should have been tested and flagged and not returned to me and I ended up with new tires. To add injury to insult, my card was stolen and charged $760 3 days after my "service" to a small engine shop. Never answered any of my additional calls about the service and card questions. Do not recommend. Ever.

These guys had my truck and Charged me well over $2,500 in repairs and here we are we less than 2weeks later and the same part they claimed to fix just broke again. These guys are a joke. They take advantage of woman. Wayne is one of the most disrespectful and dishonest people I ever met. I heard some bad things about this place but was in a pinch to get my truck fixed stay far away.

This is a Top Tier Mechanic! They go above and beyond what the typical shop will do! They treat you with respect, and they are honest people. I went in under the impression that I needed $3,500 worth of work from another shop, but I went home needing nothing done at all. I recommend Wayne's to everyone who wants honest men, giving you top notch work! Wayne's Auto Services and Towing is definitely a business of integrity. The team are extraordinary in their knowledge, skills and abilities to diagnose problems with your vehicle and are determined to fix the problem. I am most impressed that Wayne's Auto Service will not charge customers if a problem does not exist. Again, a business of integrity!

I have been going to Wayne's Auto Service for a few years now for all my automobile needs, the guys are 100% honest and very efficient. One of my repairs they had retrieve a part from DE and still finished the job that same day. That won me over, I highly recommend!

Kevin and Christian, thank you so much! They listened and fixed the problem I've been having with my car for 4 years. I had taken it to the dealer and other largely know automotive service places and ended up paying for everything but the solution to "the rattle comming from under the car." When I drove off their lot I felt like I had a new car. My car is 10 years old. I want to drive it for another 10 years!

I have an appointment on Wednesday to have my car serviced here for the first time. I don't know what to expect but so far Kevin's phone customer service was great. He was honest about not being able to take me today or tomorrow but said he would gladly take me on Wednesday. I will update my review after Wednesday to give an overall review. So far so good!!

Wayne's auto is amazing, I don't usually do reviews but when I do it's because they deserve them. They are absolutely amazing when it comes to helping even with the small things. They go out of their way to fit you in, always makes time for you even if their swamped and always gives you fair pricing. In this past month I've had 2 cars worked on along with 2 of my friends cars. I couldn't be happier to have found this shop, and will honestly only come back here. PLUS they have an adorable doggo!

Kevin great mechanic and towing service is great. Very responsive to calls and or questions.If a bill is going over quoted price for whatever reason they phone to tell you the reason and get your approval first. You could not ask for a better local long standing business to use.Update sep 2021. Using this shop again for auto repair great communication from Kevin and others in shop great technical skills and hard working business.If the local police departments will have repairs done by them to patrol vehicles it says alot about the quality of work they are able to provide.This is a long running second generation business that I often refer others to use because of the fair pricing and honesty you get every time you use them.24hr towing service is also available by them without the gouging you get from others.I don't think anyone would find a better local repair garage in the area to use when every dollar counts and you can get dealership quality repairs at much less the cost why not save the money and get the same or better quality work done it's a no brainer.R.P.

Called around for tires when I ran over something in the highway. Waynes Auto towed my car to their shop and replaced my tires and also gave me a tire alignment. Very professional from the tow truck driver to the Mechanic. This Business has a contract with the Borough to tow accidents. My son had an accident - his first ever. The police called Wayne's towing. They arrived on the scene. My son was flustered because it was a bad accident. They asked him where he wanted the car towed. He contacted me while I was at work, and I told him to tell them to take it to Bryte's. They asked him for the address, and he did not know it, he called to tell me that the guy that towed him said 'Brytes is not a body shop' and since my son did not know the address, he was taking it to Wayne's. Turns out Wayne's is also not a body shop. They charged him $22 per day, and the towing fees.When I called, to complain, I got an employee that told me that since my son did not know the address they took it to their business. I called Bryte's before I went to get the car, and Brytes, as well as other friends and family, told me that they should never have taken it to Wayne's if my son told them Bryte's . Also, Brytes told me they knew his address, as they interact weekly. Bryte's does not charge a holding fee. The owner is obnoxious, rude, and unethical. The last thing he said to me and my son, was 'this is just part of life's trials and tribulations'... apparently, he thinks he gave my son a life lesson in that people are dishonest and will swindle you. They apparently need to charge towing expenses and storaqe expenses because they are a poor service center. In the 3 days I experienced this, I heard 3 separate stories on Wayne's questionable ethical tactics. I will warn ALL my friends and family and the public not to use them if you can help it. One other thing... he offered to waive his fees, if I turned over the title to the car without offering me any money for the parts.

There was an angry Little old Man working at wayne auto, Junkyard Side, Now This Man is So Verbally Nasty He Is Toxic, please No one Ever Think you did Something To deserve His venom, If you are unlucky Enough To have a car accident and it is Totalled, Then it's dropped at waynes by Tow,,,,,,, Just Bring The cops TO start, The cops gotta know that this Man is an as* x ole, They could avoid Him And don't,,, So Make Them deal with HIM,
