I recently had a tow hitch added to my 2019 Ford Ecosport for a bike rack. The dealership wouldn't do it, but these guys found the proper model and gave me a fair price. I was concerned about the need to modify the rear fascia in order to fit the hitch, but forgot to mention it to them. When I picked it up I checked on the installation and the rear fascia was in place and everything looked great.The only reason this review is not a 5 star, is because the overnight key drop box is not secured very well. It is just an open mail slot in the door with a very shallow box. Anyone could easily reach in and take the keys back out. I was a little worried leaving my car there overnight and called first thing in the morning to make sure my car was still there. I did mention it to them, but got no reaction. Seems like an easy fix, so I hope they take care of it.

Franklin trailers has done a lot of work for me over the years at both Somerdale and Berlin branches. Most recently the Somerdale branch installed a receiver on the front of my truck, quick Quality work and great customer service!

They are a joy too work with. Franklin Trailers modified my trailer just as I had wanted. They installed a new hitch so I was ready to go in no time. Mike, the sales rep knew his stuff, and was easy to communicate with, as I plan my trailer modifications. The price was reasonable, and the quality was excellent.

Great customer service! I was looking for a 6x12 deck trailer. Michael showed me the trailers in stock, explained the different models, pricing and I was out in no time with my new trailer. While paperwork was being finished, they put the temp tag on for me, mounted my spare tire and hooked up the trailer to my truck. They also made sure all my signals worked before I left the lot. Very happy to find a local business like Franklin. I'll be back to Franklin for anything trailers. Thanks guys!

We blew a bearing on the N.J. turnpuke around 11:30pm. Exit 5. Stopped at the comfort inn. Took the hub off and saw that the axle was shot. Found Franklin trailers on the web. Called as soon as they opened. Friendly and helpful. Had everything thing we needed. Prices were fair. Put it back together within an hour. Back on the road. Thank you God and Franklin trailer.

Very good experience... I knew very little about trailers and how to hook them up to my new vehicle. Mike helped me with all my questions and made the experience of buying an enclosed trailer for the first time ever, painless. He was very knowledgeable and I will be going back for an open trailer in the fall. Their prices are fare and the exchange during covid was contactless. Mike even explained what to expect at the DMV process of getting registered. Thanks again Mike and Ryan who helped me with the hook up!

We were recently stranded with a burnt wheel bearing on our trailer hauling our Can Am Spyders. They made the repairs and made sure the others we repacked with grease so that we could head back home to Louisiana and complete a 7200 mile trip. Great people, great customer service and a fair price! Thanks to everyone we spoke with!

As I was traveling from Connecticut to the South Carolina my trailer had some issues with the wheel bearing.I call the folks at Franklin trailer, even thought they were two weeks out with work, they took my trailer in and it was fixed in an hour. Although it was without an appointment, considering the emergency. They were polite and reasonable with the cost.I ll recommend them anytime.Great guys

I never ever buy any trailer from this store. The manager Dan leconey instead solve clients issues creat problems. I bought trailer for $6200 for my boat and paid cash but the jack and handler had broken and also the tongue got issues and I accepted toungue issues but I spent $761 for replacing jack and handler because of few trailers technician said quality of materials and weakness. Two times I spoke with insurance and factory spoke but Dan created wrong story and stopped them to pay warranty. He just was going to keep his position and even call factory upfront talk with supervisor to stop pay my warranty and I m wondering what s wrong with him. Even dealership accepted to get my trailer warranty but he stopped them and gave wrong information to them. I hope I can give under zero star to this company.

I recently purchased a new trailer from Franklin Trailers thru Mike. This was one of the easiest transactions I ever did. Everyone from Mike to the guy that got the trailer ready for me was absolutely awesome! Mike even had all the paperwork ready for when I got there. Whenever I am in the market for another trailer, I will go to Franklin Trailers. Thanks guys, the trailer is great!

I went to Franklin trailers to have my tounge weight checked on my trailer. Mike was extremely helpful and professional. He took his time to set up the scale in the rain and talk to me about my options to help lower my tounge weight. He had no intention to sell me anything, nor did he push me into something I didn't want. As per my request he found me a hitch that could save me over $500.00 and solve the tounge weight issue. I felt so relaxed and well taken care of feeling no pressure or obligation to buy. Because of this, Mike at Franklin in straford is my main goto man if ever I need anything trailer related. Thank you for being so awesome.

About two weeks ago, my boyfriend and I were starting our move from RI to FL. We had a trailer full of possessions that were loaded in the trailer to the top. We noticed at a bathroom stop on the Tpke that the rear leaf spring shackle had detached from the trailer loosening the axle and removed it from the frame. I had called many repair shops to see about getting it repaired and nothing was open. So I called the closest trailer shop near us and spoke to Rich at Franklin Trailers in Somerdale. He confirmed they had trailers in stock that fit our needs and to come on by and take a look. Let me tell you, we have never met people who would go above and beyond and take your safety into consideration like the guys at Franklin trailers. Rich, who helped from the start, Mike who helped us with insurance paperwork and registration as well as removing our welded generator off of the old trailer and Adam who stayed 2 hours after his shift and crushed it to help us get our things moved over, are a great asset to this company. We purchased the trailer after they jumped through hoops to get us up and running to continue our move south. We were worried we wouldn't be able to transfer all of our belongings from one trailer to the other before the sun went down and we were surprised when two of the gentlemen stayed after hours to help us move all of our belongings to ensure we could still get on the road before the sun went down. Their act of generosity was more than appreciated and we wish you all the best. Thank you for making sure we made it home to our family safely.Josh and Britny

I had a hitch installed on my 2018 Toyota highlander. It was down quickly (took about 1 hour) and flawlessly. Additionally the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They were very accommodating when I had to change my reservation. I would recommend them to anyone who needs hitch or trailer installation

These guys literally save the day today! We had a far away show and needed the trailer and had a last minute problem. Called them up at 8:00 a.m. and they were able to squeeze us in last minute and fix the trailer. Great service thank you so much.

Not helpful people at desk guy with tattoos on both arms I little rude was looking for small part for my trailer he didn't look at the computer he says I don't have it without looking in his sistem probably because they don't make money on small parts my advice if you don't buy expensive part don't even go there

They have very informative and helpful staff with a good sense of humor too. We were looking at dump trailers and the gentleman who helped us went above and beyond to give us all of the information we needed. The office area was well organized and had a laid back friendly vibe. We will definitely be back!

It's the best trailer place I've ever been to and dealt with. The staff is knowledgeable pretty much know the regular customers butter voice on a phone and or by name they're literally right there with you and then you can stop by and pick up all your parts and stuff and it's a painless trip and time because soon as you get there you're leaving within minutes and all your stuff is bagged up or boxed up and waiting for you.I just always had great experiences with them even after purchasing a trailer and they treat you just as good the next time you come in and then if you're buying another trailer it's as if you're buying your first trailer and they treat you amazing and afterwards their second to none in anything you need or want and that's a hundred percent to me. Franklin trailers any one of their stores are absolutely the best place to go thumbs up all the way Mikey and Summerdale store and then the route 73 store incredible people right there thank you for everything you guys do for me Yull's Tree Service LLC. Friendly helpful service. I needed a hitch installed on the same day that I called them and they completed it by 1 pm. This was after I got the run-around and excuses from U-Haul.
