This mechanic did something to the car belonging to a friend of mine that put her at risk. He should not be allowed to repair cars. I strongly urge anyone who reads this to go somewhere other than here. And, he lied about what he did, and did not do to the car later. He is not a nice man. He is an even worse mechanic. He behaves criminally when he bills his customers.

A few years ago I was broke and having a real rough time. I blew a tire right out front of this shop when it was still across from Walmart. Larry took care of me, stayed late, and basically charged me for the tire. This is the only shop I go to for the past 5 or 6 years now. These guys will not rip you off! Prices are always fair and they stand behind their work. Don't bother checking anywhere else. Client for life!

I went to Express Auto Services for the first time on April 1, 2022. They were recommended by my stepdad. My car was making a bad noise near the back tire. Turned out to be the drive shaft. They had it done when they said it would be done and for the price they quoted which was very reasonable. I will definitely bring it back when I need my car serviced again. Nice people working there.

I'm so thankful for Larry helping us out with our car when a light came on. We have a newborn, so we were neglecting car maintenance despite this being our main vehicle.Larry was the first one to be available to check out our car and he fixed it super quickly! I went to this location due to the positive reviews I read, since it was close to my work. Very impressed they diagnosed my problem while I waited and had it fixed in about an hour. Express auto was fabulous. Larry and his crew was great they got my Mercedes in and out I got brakes all the way around and a fresh oil change and his prices are great. The Lobby was comfortable and air condition and it's a Taco Bell a half a block away so I definitely will be going back to Express Auto Service and I recommend my family and friends. Vantana

*****Edited to add:I was in a minor accident and my car sustained somebody damage. I had my car taken into express Aito. They worked with the insurance company to get the repairs I needed. They found all the appropriate parts and did a fantastic job on matching the paint. The car actually looks better now than it did prior to the accident. They were quick on getting the car fixed and returned and response to all my questions.Larry came in like a hero today! My car is how I make my PT money and I was down and out with a bad throttle body, not able to get my side hustle on. Every other shop I called either wanted me to wait or weren't saying what I needed to hear to feel comfortable bringing my car to them and dishing out my money to. I had an idea of what work needed to be done, I read Larry the code from my code reader and he knew right off the bat what it was related to. That's what I expected to hear from an experienced mechanic. Out of the 10 calls I had made, he was the ONLY one that knew it without skipping a beat and that 's the confirmarion I needed to know he was knowledgeable about what he does. And he took me in the same day and had it out when promised. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, honest mechanic. My sister took her car over there before and he did excellent repair and I feel very reasonable with the prices going up. So she had a problem with her car and took it over there and he did an excellent job and the car was ready by the next day.

I've had engine work 100,000 miles later still no problems now on 200,000 miles. Keep up on your vehicle maintenances and know your mechanic. Excellent shop.

Fantastic!! They are a very no nonsense shop! Honest and Dedicated. Cost effective and Efficient with High Quality work!!!Larry is good. My car was seen my Jassi and Gopi. Great to work with.. Gopi made sure that I left the shop satisfied. Unlike other places these guys listen to your issue first fully, give you options and explain the costing for repair and help you prioritize your repairs. They are very honest. I am so happy i found this shop, it was a fluke. My BMW X5 was out of the shop in no time, all alarms cleared, no noises, no leaks, smooth as a whistle. After the first time, I went 2 more times and got the same top notch service. God Bless these guys!! Full Power!

I've had 3 different services with 3 different cars done here. AAMCO had my 06 Milan for weeks, it Kept dying. They had me replace starter, replace alternator, replace battery...still didn't work. Took it across the street to express and they told me my security system went, they replaced, car started just fine and remained that way. Next vehicle I was gifted used 01 Honda Odyessy, transmission went immediately but for a free car I figured it was worth the investment. They had my transmission rebuilt and returned to me in 4 business days! Incredible, 1 year 12k Mike warranty and an unbelievable cheap price. They even gave us the parts that went bad in the transmission to show the work done. Good job guys.They recently changed my husbands brake pads & rotors... Best price, had them done in 45 minutes

Great experience. My Lexus was not blowing hot air. I was nervous it was going to very expensive being a luxury car. Thankfully Larry at express auto was able to fix this problem for very small cost. This place is very honest and I would high recommend this service station to any of my friends and family.

You would be wasting your money and time going to a corporate ran mechanic shop! These guys know what they're doing! My entire family gets repairs and maintenance done here! With reasonable prices and a perfect record, I know my car will be fixed!

I had brought my 2008 Chevy Suburban to Gopi for lifters to be replaced in my vehicle. Gopi does the job for $2300. This is a major engine job that you should only have to do 1 time in the life of a vehicle if the job was diagnosed correctly and all the possible corresponding issues are also diagnosed and taken care of as well. This is my wife's vehicle and she is a stay at home mom of 5 children. She hardly beats on her truck. Well 13,000 miles later the lifters blew out again and when I called Gopi for an explanation, he didn't want to be bothered nor did he want to help me in any way. He looked at the truck and quoted me as if he never touched it. It was cut-throat, show me the money type of attitude. After going back and forth with him he basically tells me that he will only do one side of the lifters for $800 and if there are other motor problems that I would have to pay $4000 for a motor overhaul. Basically just trying to scare me away so he doesn't have to take any responsibility for his work not holding. $7000 in motor repairs Gopi because you won't take responsibility for your work? I just feel that this isn't right and that he should have offered to fix his work. He said "sorry warrantee was 12,000 miles" and sent me on my way. Gopi...you should stand by your work! You should have brought my truck in and fixed it right. It never ran from the time it left your shop.I was told that it had to break in and that in time it would be better. Well it broke in alright and now it is all messed up and your trying to get $4000 to repair it? That's almost $7000 in engine repair. . .and you don't feel any obligation to fix your work or take any responsibility for the job that you did. Please...anyone that takes your vehicle here should know that all is well until its time for these guys to stand by there work. Anyone can take your money! You really should judge an establishment by how they stand by their work. Gopi will not stand by his work.
